This air bnb was beautiful and looked even better than the photos. We stayed at this location because of its proximity to Cascades Indoor Water Park. We enjoyed the location, it was close to many different restaurants! We brought our 10 month old daughter. Do take note that there is no TV in the home; also if you are bringing a baby there are no gates for the stairs or outlet covers over the outlets. That being said it was in pristine condition without as much as a crumb on the floor.

My friends and I had a great weekend at Nicholas’ Air BnB! He was very helpful initially when I had a few questions when booking, and was responsive to all questions we had during our trip. The place was very clean and exactly how it was described. It was somewhat small, but perfect for what we wanted, and had 7 beds plus a large couch so definitely for us comfortably. Would definitely book again!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood. The host was gracious and flexible when we arrived later than expected. The upstairs room and bathroom where we stayed was clean and comfortable. If you’re coming to visit Homer or Cortland, or even somewhere a bit further out like Ithaca, it’s definitely worth a stay here!

Caryn's cabin was a cozy, comfortable stay perfect for our family of 4. We spent a week over the New Year holiday at this very well-stocked and appointed home. Every detail was considered in making this a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils a home cook would want, to the very nice linens, blankets and bathroom amenities. There was plenty in the house for our needs and we didn't feel anything was missing at all. Sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable, the house was perfect temperature and easy to adjust to our needs and we enjoyed using the Sauna after a full day on the mountain. Everything in the cabin was quality and it made our stay a real joy. The location was perfect as we planned to spend our days skiing at Greek Peak, and it's just a short drive to supermarkets and Cortland. Caryn and Chris were both very responsive and helpful in every way possible and beyond welcoming. Overall 5 star experience highly recommend!

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at the house. The main living space and 2 of the bedrooms had gorgeous views of the lake with many windows. The house was well equipped and comfortable. There are alot of stairs in the house and the walk down to the beach is steep but worth it! We would love to come back!

This is our second year staying here for a long family weekend. Spring skiing and the afternoon on the deck had us sporting lots of color The house is perfect for us with each family having their own sleeping space yet plenty of room to come together for meals and fun. Bart and Julia have a well appointed home which made it very easy to prepare meals and relax. We look forward to returning next year

We loved the jacuzzi and board games. The open concept kitchen was excellent. We got to cook with family and enjoy each others company. The arcade room was a hit for the kids and kids at heart. The gate on the stairs was a lifesaver since we had a toddler present. We recommend putting the heat on immediately if you want it warmer downstairs.

Linda is a fabulous host! From beginning to end, she was in communication with us, ensuring we had everything we needed and making herself available for any questions or concerns. The property is exactly as pictured--it is a lovely, beautifully decorated home, with many, many personal touches and inclusions that other hosts do not provide. We were very grateful to have found this property for our trip to Syracuse.

Everything as promised; quiet place, great size, and very clean living area. Very accommodating to late check-in and extremely responsive!

Accommodations are excellent! I slept great every night. The restaurant Potocka's serve excellent food and has excellent servers . This is my third stay with Gary. I plan to continue staying with Gary upon all future visits to Greene!

It was a quiet and fun place on the top of a hill on a dead end road. Fabulous spot, the hot tub had a nice view. We will visit again!

What a beautiful and cozy historic space! I loved the fireplace in the bedroom and the very comfy bed. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Extremely clean! The bathroom is tiny but functional. My only complaint would be that I was provided only a single bath towel for a 2-night stay. Other than that it was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Tim!

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.

It was clear people had loved their stay. They also managed to turn the place around in record time—immaculately clean and feeling brand new. My employees had nothing but great things to say. The stay was quiet and comfortable, even with another guest downstairs. The furniture was super cozy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the fireplace made the space feel extra inviting. They especially loved starting the morning with coffee on the enclosed porch and having a dedicated office space for work. The location is safe, quiet, and close to downtown. Allison and Stephen were fantastic hosts—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I’d definitely book again!
