An idyllic place to stay on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca…If only we could have stayed longer! The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed, set up perfectly for a family getaway. Our 3yo was over the moon when she saw the adorable kids bedroom filled with books for every age and toys, including an Anna doll (IYKYK!). Ardys truly has thought of everything - from the basic toiletries like hair ties and Q-tips to board games and a fully stocked kitchen. This was a truly lovely stay with an incredibly helpful host.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sarah's and Matt's lake house. We loved the clean house, well-supplied kitchen, and the beautiful view of the lake, and our dogs loved having that fenced-in yard to run around in. What a find! Thanks for everything!

Owasco Lake is beautiful - crystal clear - and staying in Adam’s place almost felt like staying on a house boat since it’s RIGHT on/over the water. We loved hearing the waves lapping up against the shore and seeing the sun rise over the lake in the morning. The use of the 3 kayaks was great, and we also brought some inflatable SUPs for our kids - they had a blast on the lake. The house is also close to a Wegmans, a beautiful waterfall (Carpenter Falls), and a great brewery (Aurora Brewing Co). We all had a great time! The neighbors were SUPER friendly and Adam was very responsive to questions. The outdoor fire ‘pit’ on the patio was lovely, and there were plenty of life jackets and towels for the lake. My only complaint is that the house was a bit run down, and the middle bedroom was a bit warm because there was no AC in there. Overall though, a wonderful trip!

This Airbnb was the PERFECT location for my two night stay in Ithaca. Only minutes from the city, right on the lake, and had everything and more than I expected (thank you can opener 😂). Highly recommend staying at this location especially with Ata as a host, who messaged back within a timely manner to answer any questions!

Fantastic place right on the lake! Having the canoe to use was a huge bonus, we ended up going out 4-5 times over a couple of days which we never would have done had we needed to rent one. Would absolutely stay there again!

Denise's home is charming, beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located. With eclectic decor (furniture, art, and collections), comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could ask for during a visit to Ithaca, the house is a rare gem. You can tell that Denise has carefully curated each space and at the same time, we felt completely at home here. Responsive and kind, Denise is the perfect host. We loved our stay, thank you!

I have only good things to say about the experience at this home. Michael was responsive and went above and beyond with recommendations. The key word I would use to describe the house was peaceful. It was perfect to just get away for a few days, stare out at the lake and feel free of obligations. Exactly what was advertised, highly recommend.

We loved our stay on the lake. The house was as described and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed having use of the kayaks and waking up to beautiful views of the lake. I hope we can stay again!

We highly enjoying our stay at Samantha’s cottage. It was a beautiful weekend getaway and the fall foliage made it even better!! The kitchen was extremely clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. We weren’t there long enough to use the washer and dryer but I was grateful to have it if needed. The house has lots of natural sunlight, and the covered porch was great when it rained or when we didn’t want to make the walk down to the lake.

It's a special spot to be able to stay right on the lake. Enjoyed that there were chairs on upper porch and right on the water too. Two parking spots right down by the house. Loved walking our dog across the road on the trail that runs parallel to water and main road. Really comfy living room dining area.

We had an incredible time at Jesse and Bernadette’s!! 10/10 would stay here the next time we visit the Finger Lakes. Truly magical. Falling asleep to the sound of the lake was a definite highlight.

Johnathan was extremely responsive and had very detailed clear instructions for everything. He checked in during our stay to make sure we were settled in. We were looking for a quiet comfortable place to relax and recharge and it was perfect for that. We especially enjoyed watching the ducks and geese swimming. The gas fireplace was so easy to use and cozy! There was a big snow storm forecasted during our stay and I was panicking a little bit about getting stuck and losing power, but Johnathan put my mind at ease and we didn't get snowed in or lose power and the snow on the lake was just beautiful.

We loved our stay at the Hidden Lakefront. It was a perfect escape from our everyday city environment. Beautiful property and house. The home itself was clean and spacious, very warm for the snowy weekend. I recommend this property for warm or cold getaways!

Beautiful location! Kitchen and living room space wonderful with great views of the lake. Lots of stairs to get in and out, since it’s nestled on the slope near the docks, but we got our steps in! Also located close to the scenic falls and parks, and very convenient to Cornell Campus and downtown Ithaca. Host was super too. We had everything we needed and more.

This place was a magical experience on Lake Owasco! The house was super clean and cozy, and was in a really nice community on the lake. The hosts were responsive and set everything up perfect for us. The water was crystal clear and the kayaks were a great bonus. Will definitely return!

Beautiful little piece of paradise! Cute and cozy little cabin on the water, perfect for our 10 person family getaway. The kids fished and kayaked all day long. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and sit on the dock with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed our crew. Joy was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and helpful.

Nancy’s cottage was perfect for our little family of 4. We enjoyed card games on the back porch, meals al fresco w a beautiful lake view, and of course roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at sunset. The cottage was intimate and cozy and we hope to return on a regular basis. Thank you Nancy for being inviting and more than accommodating.

Judy's cottage was even more than we could have hoped for. Nothing to be desired. Everything we could need with all the comforts of home. Beautiful peaceful location. Cant wait to go again! Judy truly goes above & beyond to welcome her guests. Even had some snacks & beverages upon arrival. One of the best air bnb's Ive rented!! Ten stars should be an option!

Now I know the reason that someone mentioned they want to give 10000/5 stars. Yes, this place was special. As Zeb explained, no Wifi and no running water at this time, but that was not important to me and my wife. I saw thousands of stars (including 5-6shooting stars), enjoyed bonfire, walk around with our dog, very calm and private surrounding, everything was perfect and we had unforgettable time. Zeb and Suzi both were so nice and kind. They do anything they can do for guests. I really appreciated that. Also great access to Ithaca. I will definitely recommend to my friends and Airbnb users. Thank you again Zeb and Suzi !

This is our 4th time staying at Sherry’s cabin. It sits on 200 acres with trails a pond a pavilion and fire pit. We wanted some quiet quality time with our dog Petal who just got a grim diagnosis. She LOVES this place and she was lit up with joy exploring the grounds. Our stay at the cabin was salve for our soul. Sherry was so kind and such a wonderful host.

The cabin is a wonderful get away!!! The description cannot do it justice. The surroundings, the forest and lakes are beautiful. Christine and her parents are great hosts!!! The cabin doesn’t have plumbing or electricity. However, there is everything you need. There are battery powered lights, generators, a functional toilet, a sink with pressured water. There is a wood burning furnace with an oven above. Christine provided lots of wood for the stove to keep warm in the winter. There is a Coleman stove and a bbq. The cabin is a beautiful tranquil and rustic getaway. Perfect spot to rest or write or read. Lots of walking and outdoors activities around. We also did the sauna and ice water plunge which were an amazing experience!!! Would 100% go back.

Shellie’s place is very quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect space for 2 or 3 people for a multiple day stay. It felt like we were camping due to the large amount of windows and closeness to the water. The walk around the lake is 1.75 miles and a nice thing to do in the morning. You will want to bring in your own food and plan on staying at the house as there is not much around. But in a pinch you can be at a store in about 20 minutes. She is very helpful with questions. We had a nice time and happy with our choice to stay there.

This is a rustic cabin and it was an amazing stay . We didn’t want a fancy hotel. We wanted a relaxing and quiet place. We did not have loud people like a hotel. Other than rain interrupting an outside relaxing and coffee drinking it was good. Stocked with basic stuff and I would recommend leaving a treat for the next visitor or trinket for the owners. You can’t get bored! Get phone service by why be attached when you can enjoy the games, books and surroundings. Animal adventure park is 7 minutes and recommend seeing the up close experience! Will return with my family or us old woman :)
