This really was a lovely stay. The home is perfectly situated near some beautiful historic buildings and homes in Montour Falls, which is just a few minutes drive from Watkins Glen. A two minute walk gets you to an awesome local water fall. It doesn't take long to feel at home. Comfy furniture, great natural light, a selection of books that you actually want to read and fun games to play with the family. The kitchen has just what you need including some pantry items. We had a great time here.

Had everything I needed for my stay while working at Southern Tier Imaging. Southern tier is in Johnson city and about 15-20 min drive . This place has easy parking , close to Dunkin and Batch coffee and has hot shower with nice water pressure. Short drive to splash car wash ( I recommend getting the monthly pass if you are here for the winter as you can get unlimited washes for 40.00 a month and first month was 20.00. Short drive to Starbucks and shopping plaza and price chopper grocery store . My cat was allowed to be with me for the stay as well.

Honestly had no complaints about our stay here. The place was perfect, clean, spacious and comfortable! It felt like a home away from home. Darya was great and communicative. The living room faces the parking lot so you can always take a peek at your car. Ample amount of natural light and the place was in a great location. There is also a pretty great taco spot and deli right behind the building and parking lot. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Enjoyed our AirBnB stay visiting our daughter attending Syracuse University. Great neighborhood location, very convenient to the university as well as restaurants, Starbucks and grocery market. Plenty of space, very clean, made good use of dining room to work and family room was comfortable with a RokuTv for streaming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location for our short weekend away. Close to the places we needed to go and found some great local restaurants and shops as well. The host was very friendly and responsive, and the space was very clean and spacious. Would absolutely recommend!!!

We had a great stay at Phil’s place. He responded quickly and helpfully to a few questions I had before our stay. The homemade brownies were a nice touch! The home is well stocked and there are lots of personal touches, such as a display of local recommendations. It’s really close to a great brewery, and a pleasant drive to other area destinations. We’d highly recommend Phil’s place and hope to return!

We loved this spot. It is super close to downtown and to Ithaca College. It is convenient to get to every place we needed to go. It was easy to get in and private with your own entrance and code. The place itself was perfect for our stay and it was comfortable and clean. We were back and forth from college and the included parking space was great. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I felt a warm welcome even before we arrived due to the responsiveness and details provided by the hosts! This spacious, comfortable and very clean apartment was a wonderful place to land each day. The sun room & the adjoining room served as both an office and a connection to the outdoors, tree-lined streets and local artwork (mural across the street)! The location provides easy walking distance to The Commons, a yoga studio, bagel/deli/coffee shops, restaurants, book stores and more. Walking the neighborhoods is also a benefit. Street parking is plentiful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was already there! We are grateful for the ease of our experience in booking with David & family!

The home was located in a quiet neighborhood. Cheryl was great with everything. Check in was extremely easy, great communication. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well organized. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The whole experience was easy and flawless which makes for a nice trip.

The coziest atmosphere in the New York state. We felt like at home. The house is old but owners take a very good care of it. The most authentic American experience — we felt like we were staying not at a regular AirBnb place, but we were guests at an American family and felt really welcomed. A lot of things and details made our experience even better. Strongly recommend staying at this place.

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

It was everything we could have hoped for while we visited my son at college. We will definitely be back next time!

Tracy & Tim's place is truly a gem. It's a beautifully restored Victorian within walking distance to restaurants, bars, Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen State Park. it felt like we were at home. We truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. We can't wait to come back.

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, die Lage direkt am Bach ist extrem ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, und der Außenbereich mit großer Terrasse und Garten direkt am Bach ist sehr großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Thee BEST air BNB, thee most comfortable air BNB, and lastly what a awesome host! you wont regret staying here! my 2nd time staying here and it won't be my last! I will be back!

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

We loved our stay at Rachel’s place! The sauna was so nice. I was working remotely and the internet worked well. Rachel was so welcoming, helpful and communicative. She did so much to make our stay great. highly recommend! also love the location! thank you!!

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!

Very happy with my stay! It was cozy and the hot tub was a nice treat. Location is great and there is plenty of food places nearby. Shalisa and her family were very polite and accommodating. Next time i’m in town I will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent stay once again! Kyle and Eileen are wonderful responsive hosts. The condo is extraordinary. It’s beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, close to restaurants and theaters. It’s a 10 out of 10. I would definitely return.
