We had a fabulous stay at Daniel's beautiful house. The house is extremely spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for 9 adults (aged 22 - 85!) to sit and chat, eat, drink and play games. The position of the house is fantastic for the pier, beach and town and there was plenty of parking on the drive and on the road outside for our 4 cars! Daniel was a very responsive and helpful host, answering all our questions and even arranging an 11am check out for us. We can't wait to return to Pier Avenue for our next family mini break, to see the outcome of the building work being done on the outside of the property and to see house not covered in scaffolding! Thank you for a fantastic stay in beautiful Southwold.

We spent a lovely weekend in Boris and Tim's home and were very grateful for their flexibility around an amendment to our booking which made it possible to stay there. Their garden is SUBLIME and of course May is the most idyllic month to see English herbaceous borders in full bloom. Incredible hedges, wonderful sweeping lawns, majestic trees and lots of space to sit outdoors in the sunshine. They recommended great pubs for dinner (Gunston Arms in a sensational deer park) so we had great food while in Norfolk. Highly recommend, thank you Boris and Tim

Glowing review. We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 children and we'll behaved small dog, our apartment was really lovely. The grounds around the Hall are just incredible. The Hall is steeped in history, grade 2 listed and has been brought back to life by the current owners Tim and Boris. The apartment was really well equipped, with a rainfall shower and excellent country location. Cromer beach is about 6 miles away. We aim to go back in the summer to enjoy the Hall in the sunshine. Thank you to both Tim and Boris for all the hard work you have put into the Hall we loved it and hope all future guests enjoy it as much as we did and treat it with the respect it deserves.

lovely place, especially the conservatory area. great for us as we were staying with multiple generation and there was plenty of room to have our own space mixed with some large socialising areas.

A lovely location walking distance to Great Yarmouth. The house was clean and very spacious for a big family. I highly recommend.

Great house and very clean, I’m a keen cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. Good location and close to bewilderwood, handy as we travelled with three young kids. It did lack that friendly touch as felt like it was run as a business and having to pay an extra £25 per night for every night of our stay to use the hot tub left a sour taste but also understand these things are an expensive thing to run these days.

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.

I recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb, and it was an incredible experience. The highlight of the stay was definitely the hot tub! After a long day of exploring, there was nothing better than relaxing in the warm, soothing water. The hot tub was clean, well-maintained. The summer house itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local spots to visit. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing retreat with a fantastic hot tub.
