Simply put, there is no other AirBnb we would rather book. Anywhere. If we could clone Martha, and duplicate her lovely chalet, we would put one in every town (I mean forest) between the west coast and the Mississippi. Truly. Nothing not to love.

So good! What a pleasure all the way from start to finish. Very comfortable and lovely spot. Dog friendly and great communication. I would stay there again when in South Salem without hesitating. Thank you for everything Kyle!

It's an excellent place to stay out in the hazelnut fields of Oregon. It is a beautiful house on a small lake with tons of birds. The house is clean and comfortable, with everything you need inside and out for a lovely stay.

Great space for games and cooking and playing in the yard. Hot tub was amazing!!

It is in a safe, beautiful and private neighborhood. Very easy to go everywhere and close to freeway access. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The host, Brady, was responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was close to great restaurants, and less than an hour from the Portland airport. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay

Manny and Daisha were great! They responded quickly to questions and made our stay very comfortable. We were on a trip to the area to find a house to live in and now are moving to Salem. As noted previously in reviews, the neighbor is totally picky on anyone using the driveway (which is the only way you can get to the house.) we had our dog with us, and one time I forgot the poop bags, and went to the house to get them. b It took me about 1 minute to get back to the house and back to where he had pooped. The neighbor was already texting Daisha about my dog pooping on her driveway. This is not the airbnb's fault, just a nasty neighbor.

Nice place for gathing with a group. They had a nice living room area and large table, nice for sharing a meal and playing board games. We could hear some road noise from our bedroom but it didn't bother us too much.

I wanted to plan a surprise Birthday/ Valentine’s Day getaway for my wife & stumbled upon this gorgeous offering! It had everything we needed. My plan was to drop off balloons & gifts 1 day prior but we were expecting an ice storm so, that plan was thwarted. Regardless, Mary was willing to help me with that in order to help create the magic. Plan B! I called the kids & my in-laws & had them get there before us to setup the balloons, gifts & cake. Since the place is pet friendly we also got to see our favorite little fur baby! When we got there my wife was very happily surprised to see the reception committee! She had no idea anyone was coming, let alone where we were staying. We walked into a beautifully & cozy decorated living room. Immediately to the left was the pool table. Birthday music was already playing. The bedrooms were very spacious & clean. The bathroom was also very spacious. The surprise was a huge success! Everyone had an awesome time & we all agreed- 5 stars!

Great location if you are visiting downtown Salem, Oregon. I stayed for a month and would have stayed longer but they rented it out before I had a chance to rent it for the next month. It seemed very safe. It has a full kitchen with all the utensils, which I appreciated, I'm trying to cook more and eat out less. The bed was comfortable and it was warm even during a snow storm. The Old Woolen mill is a couple blocks away...I bought a Pendleton wool shirt. There is a convenience store right next door with every kind of beer you can imagine, you can also buy a corn dog or beef or bean burrito or other snacks. There are some nice restaurants about a block away on State Street. There is a Safeway about a quarter mile away and a McDonald's. It is close to downtown and the capitol. Also, the University is just a few blocks away. The Amtrak station is about three blocks away and it takes several trips to Portland and back to Salem every day...if you want to avoid Portland traffic.

Good communication, clear instructions, friendly greeting at the gate. Not much to look at from the outside by tghe place was clean and tidy with nice kitchenette amenities.

This was our second time staying at Kathy and Martin's place, and we had another great stay. The place was clean and spacious, and the hosts were very communicative.

We stayed for one night at Jessica's condo on a road trip when we were absolutely exhausted and had a great time. The spot was very comfortable and the surrounding is very nice, you're right beside wine country!

We had a great stay. Ron was available for contact at all times. Nice home in a great neighborhood.

This is my fifth stay at Marybeth’s! I always enjoy my stay there. It’s a perfect location to stay to visit my family and friends, and to rest and relax too. Marybeth is always very helpful and accommodating. I look forward to my next trip there.

Very well appointed! The kitchen was well stocked, the appliances were great. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
