Très belle maison, très propre, spacieuse. Bien équipée. Parking. 3 chambres 3 salles de bain. Environnement très calme. Anna nous a accueillis chaleureusement. 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Si nous revenons à San Candido nous relouerons cette maison 👌

Magnifique petite maison au calme sur les hauteurs de Tremosine. Accueil très professionnel, nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo exécrable cette semaine. Limone est à 5 minutes en voiture où tout les commerces sont disponibles. Seul gros bémol un quiproquo lors de notre arrivée, l'annonce stipulée un chauffage compris et il nous a été demandé de payer 18€/jour mais après avoir montré l'annonce à notre hôte, celui-ci ne nous a pas fait payer de supplément (plus de peur que de mal). Nous serions ravis de revenir.

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Franca’s ontvangst was geweldig met zelfgemaakte taart, groente en fruit uit eigen tuin. Ze is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het dorpje is vrij rustig en heeft een kleine supermarkt. Het huis is een goede uitvalsbasis om activiteiten te doen in de buurt en heeft goede bedden. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Ótimo local, porém a cozinha faltava alguns itens como taças de vinho por exemplo, mas fora isso tudo ótimo! No verão pode complicar pois não tem ar condicionado…

Abbiamo passato uno splendido Capodanno a Villa Magnolia! La casa è ancora più bella che in foto, è luminosa e accogliente. La vista e gli spazi all'aperto sono molto belli, i letti sono comodi, e la casa è calda, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una temperatura perfetta. In cucina c'è tutto il necessario e anche di più Consigliamo vivamente! grazie ancora per l'ospitalità

The house was absolutely wonderful: beautiful, modern and spacious. It was clean and very comfortable. The neighbourhood was nice and peaceful. Our host also responded to any queries promptly and in a very friendly manner, taking excellent care of us! Everything was well during our stay, and we’d love to visit here again!

Casa fantastica. Estremamente confortevole e con tutti i servizi di cui si possa aver bisogno. Il giardino è uno spettacolo e se avete animali saranno decisamente soddisfatti di poter correre in totale sicurezza essendo totalmente recintato. In più, se si vuole un po’ staccare dalla città è esattamente il posto che si cerca.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche dort. Luca war immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Quel endroit extraordinaire! Le logement était d’une propreté impeccable, tout le nécessaire y était pour cuisiner. Nous y avons passé des vacances extraordinaires avec mon fils et ma famille. Je recommande très fortement :)

We had a great stay. The property is very suitable for family and friend gatherings. There are many beautiful nature experiences within walking distance, so you have the best mix of relaxation and activity. The only really minor criticism is that the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped with crockery and cutlery.

The check in was easy, the owners were super helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious, felt brand new and the whole block was very quiet considering there were loads of residents. The city bikes (which there are loads of) were a great addition to our holiday making it easy for our 7 and 9 year olds to make the short cycle into Riva and out to Limone and Torbole. Missing Italia already!

We had an incredible stay at Anna’s house. We were an extended family of 8 on a ski trip to the Dolomites. We received a generous weekly basket on arrival and the house was amazing - it’s just like the pictures! The kitchen in particular was excellent, perfect for large family dinners. The house is also conveniently located, within walking distance from the gondola in Alleghe. We would be happy to go back!

Federica est une hôte accueillante. Le logement est très bien équipé et est idéalement situé pour les escapades dans les Dolomites. Je le recommande. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Villa Vitis was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to everything. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time and would love to come back

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, über den Jahreswechsel in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft zu verweilen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Gegend hat viel zu bieten, und ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es im Sommer noch lebendiger ist – da sind sicher zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten und zusätzliche Einrichtungen geöffnet, die unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert hätten. Ein großer Vorteil der Unterkunft ist der Pool, der in der warmen Jahreszeit sicherlich zum Entspannen und Abkühlen einlädt. Leider konnten wir ihn während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzen, da wir über die kalte Jahreszeit dort waren. Dennoch war die Sauna ein echtes Highlight. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm, und wir können die Unterkunft für eine Sommerreise nur empfehlen. Die Kombination aus der malerischen Umgebung, den tollen Einrichtungen und dem Blick von der Terrasse macht diesen Ort zu etwas Besonderem.

This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

Location molto piacevole in mezzo a un bosco e a campi, appartamento impeccabile, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Generi di conforto come acqua e caffè, bollitore, minibar. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie per l’ospitalità

Wir sind begeistert. Die Kommunikation war super, Andrea, Francesca und Giacomo waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns super unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, im retrolook mit tollen alten Utensilien, die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Saubere Betten, Sauberes Badezimmer, Saubere gut ausgestattete Küche mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Messern, alles zum Kochen sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Garten, mit Feigenbaum, Zwetschkenbaum und dem Mega tollen Pool. Sitzmöglichkeiten für 20 Leute :) Es gab ein Gitterbett, einen Stuhl für unseren Sohn (<1Jahr). Sogar eine Wallbox zum Laden von unseren EAuto hat es gegeben. Die Ventilatoren und Gelsenstecker haben für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!! Wenn man einen Fehler sucht, wird man lediglich feststellen das Espressotassen nützlich wären ;) Danke für den tollen Urlaub !!!!

A lovely rural location with cicadas, fireflies, swallowtail butterflies amongst green hills with long views of the mountains. The house was charming and well-equipped. A nice garden with a pool perfect for younger children. Easy day trips to many interesting towns and cities. Very helpful and responsive hosts.
