Vanesa's apartment is in a beautiful area, right next to the sea. We take a walk on the beach every day! The host is very responsive, she gives very clear instruction how to get in the house and give good recommendations on where to visit. I recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, lots of pools, gym, parking space. The only drawback for us was the unfunctional lift for over 10 days of our stay, which made our life very difficult, since we were there with a small kid. But it is rather question to the building management, not the host. All the rest was great, really enjoyed our stay in Orihuella and would love to come back.

A super apartment in Santa Pola with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, super market and bakery. Set back from the promenade with a small park in front below meant there's a great view from the balcony with plenty to amuse you as well as the sea. Or you can sit and enjoy the sunshine or wind down the shade if it's too hot. Svetlana kindly collected us from the airport and returned us on departure. She was very friendly and helpful making for a great start to our holiday.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, a lovely location, tight security, and a nice golf course, look no further! Our family of four (including 2 young kids) stayed for a month and loved our visit. The park at the entrance to the resort was a lovely spot. My kids and I enjoyed playing all kinds of make-believe games. Siska is a brilliant host, and responded immediately to each message. Thanks, Siska! I have been to several resorts and this was definitely the most conscientious group of security officers. The whole lot of them were bilingual, and friendly. There were regular patrols. The only drawback is that it is about 15 minutes by car to the nearest town. So, unless you plan to get your groceries at the resort's Spar and "dine out" exclusively at the resort's restaurant, you will want to bring/rent a car.

We had a great stay. Apartment is really nice, well equipped, clean and is very well situated.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. We voelden onmiddellijk thuis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het appartement was uitermate proper en ruim om te verblijven. Je hebt (gratis) parking voor de deur, een winkel op wandelafstand en je kan genieten van de rust. Als kers op de taart, heeft het appartement een fantastisch uitzicht! Wij komen zeker terug, bedankt om te zorgen voor een fantastische vakantie.

Anfitrión muy atento con nosotros, de trato cercano. Nos asesoró de lugares donde comer y en los que disfrutar de comidas sin gluten cerca de la casa, ya que viajamos con un niño celíaco, detalle muy de agradecer por nuestra parte. La casa tiene de todo y está muy limpia. Está en una zona tranquila en la que hay buen ambiente y todo el vecindario respeta el descanso en las horas de noche. Ubicación muy buena y cerca de heladerías, bares, restaurantes, supermercado,... Cerca de la playa, se puede ir paseando, está a menos de 10 minutos. Sin duda una grata experiencia y recomendable 100%.

We can warmly recommend this house, it was very clean and tidy, and well equipped. It has a very quiet and peaceful location just beside the poolarea, perfect for families with small children. The only thing we missed was a few more towels.

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Pedro war bei allen Fragen erreichbar und konnte diese beantworten. Von ihm aus kamen auch Vorschläge was wir machen können. Gerne wieder!

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotted clean, with a great view, and in a quiet building even though there were apartments. The host replied almost immediately. The location is also very convenient. If I decide to come back to Alicante, I will see if the apartment is available before looking for accommodation. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Ann’s place was perfect for our needs as we needed a comfortable base to visit family at the Vistabella Golf Urbanisation. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. Ann’s communication is excellent, very responsive to our questions and very proactive, as was the interaction with the local contact (Yvette) for support and key hand overs and day-to-day support. Would definitely recommend to others for a peaceful, well equipped holiday home

El apartamento está en una urbanización privada que cuenta con 14 piscinas de agua salada, pero con la que está debajo es más que suficiente . Cuidada y mantenida a diario. El apartamento cuenta con todas la comodidades y aire acondicionado , muy importante en estas fechas. Esta ubicado en un punto que teníamos tanto la costa como Murcia capital a menos de 30'. hemos pasado una días estupendos en el piso de Carmel.

Czyściutki, przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony, na zamknietym osiedlu. Piekna, spokojna okolica, doskonała na dlugie spacery. Świetna baza wypadowa na pobliskie atrakcje. Doskonala komunikacja z gospodarzem. Serdecznie polecam.

This was a fabulous holiday for us. Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. Lovely pools, gym, gardens, all well maintained. A nice 10 minute walk to the beach with great restaurants close by and a supermarket right next door. Plenty to see and do in the area but we also travelled around the coast to explore Murcia/Cartagena and other local towns. We will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you so much Koen.

We enjoyed our time here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool , and we were happy to use the barbecue on the top floor ( beautiful view ). We drove in with two cars , so we were happy to see there were lots of parking opportunities right in front of building. Also being a gated community made us feel safe and not worry about the cars.. David was so helpful and friendly, always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Från matlagninsredskap till blåsbar pump till pool leksakerna. Sandra är en varm, snäll person. Hon är alltid tillgänglig och tillgänglig om du har frågor. Hon ger också bra tips om saker att gör.
