We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in Alicante. Het appartement is perfect gelegen, dichtbij het centrum maar net buiten de drukte. Alles was ook heel schoon en netjes. Beatriz is heel vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen. En ze gaf goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt!

Maria is a fantastic host, she goes beyond what should be expected by a host, we had some logistic difficulties during our trip and we could earliest check in af midnight, which was no problem for Maria, she met us personally at her place with key delivered. At check out we forgot an import painting at her place, we didn't expect to see it again, but once again Maria came to the rescue and within 2 hours she would be back at her house and lock us in to get our lost painting 😃 my girlfriend was very happy about that. so if you look for something near Alicante with a short drive distance and beach view, maria got the place for you!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It was especially nice to have board games that we played in the evening. The view from the window was simply incredible, it was nice to work and look out the window and in the evening watch the sunset. There are good restaurants and a shop within walking distance. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope that we will be able to return to this accommodation again on our next trip.

Mieszkanie było czyste oraz ciche. Gospodarz był bardzo pomocny.

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

Maria was the best host we have ever had. She excellent provided detailed information on how to locate and enter the apartment along with suggestions of places to go and to eat. She checked to ensure that we were happy with the apartment which we were. It was very clean in in excellent condition with everything we needed. Loved the roof terrace. The area around it is very quiet but we were using it as a base to explore so this didn't worry us. A five star apartment and host.

We had the perfect time in Alicante in Mario Apartments! The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet place in the city center, next to the Mercado Central market, Postiget beach, Santa Barbara Castle and many other attractions within walking distance. The apartment is very stylish and flawlessly clean! Furniture and appliances are completely new and everything is tastefully furnished! Visual delight! He welcomed us personally and allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, made local recommendations, was always in touch, and a separate thanks to Mario, for my little request before check-in! Wir durften spontan länger bleiben, das sagt ja wohl alles. Es war eine super Zeit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We stayed for 9 days over Christmas, a family of 17, in this large house and everything was perfect. The garden was a true paradise for the children, with plenty to do and enjoy. The swimming pool is fenced, which we greatly appreciated since the seven children in our group ranged from 1 to 7 years old. The house was spotless and well maintained, with two excellent and modern kitchens and a lovely outdoor BBQ area. There is a large refrigerator and a large freezer downstairs so there is plenty of space for groceries. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and the four bathrooms were good. The games room, with billiard and a foosball table, was very popular, as was the table tennis. In the evenings, the illuminated garden was simply breathtaking. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants just 10 minutes walk. We were very impressed and highly recommend this property for families or large groups. Thank you Marta and Emilio.

Just back from a great 2 week stay at Casa Pap. Great Villa and amazing pool. The views of the mountains are spectacular. Great communication from Steve throughout who made the whole process very simple.

bonjour, on à passé des bonnes vacances un endroit très calmes de nombreux restaurants aux alentours centre commercial abaneras a quelque mètres de la maison et aussi le parc aquatiques aquapolis de torreveija a deux minutes franchement je remercie beaucoup monsieur anas pour l'accueil

We had a fantastic time at Daniel Y Marcela’s house. Quiet, peaceful area close to everything, 1-2 minutes by car to the beach and as far as shops (Lidl, etc), restaurants are just around the corner. Everything was perfect, if we get the chance we will definitely return.

Josh ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber ! Tolle und äusserst schnelle Kommunikation für's Check-In / Check-out und bei anderen Anliegen. Die Villa ist in einem sehr modernen Zustand bei der es an nichts fehlt. Die Betten sind bequem und eine derart gut ausgestattete Küche habe ich noch selten gesehen. Auch für unser Kleinkind fehlte es an nichts. Jede Menge Spielsachen, sonstige Babyprodukte, ein gutes Babybett und Hochstuhl. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum geniessen und entspannen ein, mit einer gepflegten Terrasse und grossem, sauberen Pool. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und können sie bestens weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

appartement tres bien situe a 5 mn de la plage et au pied de la piscine de la residence.appartement est tres bien agence et equipe.Nous avons toujours manger sur la terasse qui est tres bien situee face au pont qui se leve et ou nous profitions du passage de nombreux superbes bateaux.M Salva est tres sympathique et disponible.Pour un sejour avec jeunes enfants a la Manga nous conseillons cet appartement.

Alojamiento con todas las comodidades, perfecto, tal cual se anuncia. La zona es perfecta para mis necesidades. Sin duda repetire.

Exterior: • En la fachada a la playa, mucho tránsito de vehículos y personas día y… noche. En la trasera un hotel concurrido por jóvenes. • Vistas excelentes. • Terraza amplia. • La terraza tiene una pila con un grifo que por lo que salpica no se hace práctica. • La cerrajería de PVC, en especial las contraventanas, no ajusta perfectamente pero son un buen aislante acústico. • La piscina perfecta en cuanto a limpieza, temperatura y poca ocupación. Interior: • Espacioso y con mucha luz. • Baños interiores y con una luz natural por claraboya que sorprende. • Cocina bien equipada, frigorífico americano y muchos pequeños electrodomésticos. • Aire acondicionado prefecto. • Plaza de garaje para coche grande Limpieza: Limpio en general aunque un par de detalles han bajado la nota, teniendo en cuenta que el coste de la limpieza son 150€. (con mascota pero cantidad que no he pagado nunca) • Cabezal ducha e interior WC con mugre. (tengo fotos) RESUMEN: Caro pero recomendable.

Fuimos 6 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos, ya que la casa cuenta con 2 habitaciones, 1 de ellas con litera muy amplias, + uña sofá cama. La casa esta totalmente equipada, es muy fácil de llegar ,tiene todos los supermercados muy cerca y la playa a 10 en coche. Tiene una barbacoa en la terraza y una mesa con unos bancos, sillas… que está muy bien. Tiene una luz en esta zona, quizás faltaría otra más, pero por lo demás, genial! La comunicación con Pascal siempre fue muy rápida y con Anita también. Repetiría sin pensarlo :)

Viajamos mucho con airbnb y nunca habia encontrado un piso tan limpio, comodo y ordenado como el de Juan Antonio. El piso está muy bien equipado, no falta de nada. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Está muy cuidado y muy nuevo. Estuvimos como en casa. Desde el primer momento Juan Antonio estuvo atento a todo lo que pudieramos necesitar y nos dio mucha informacion sobre la zona. Muy profesional y amable. Ubicacion perfecta, cerca de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes y transporte publico. Zona muy tranquila por la noche sin ruidos. Le damos un 10 al piso y a Juan Antonio. ¡Seguro volveremos!

Excellent appartement in a very good location near the centre and the beaches and with an amazing sea view. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The building is cer well maintained and has a communal pool and a private door to the beaches.
