desde que contacté con él hace unos meses para reservar, fue muy fácil la comunicación con él, así como llegar a la casa con las instrucciones que daba y en la casa estuvimos muy tranquilos y a gusto recomendable 100 %

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to the sea just 5 min walk! restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The little touches, like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere, made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Wir waren eine Woche mit drei Personen in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Ignacio war schnell und unproblematisch. Ignacio war so nett und hat es uns ermöglicht, schon vor dem regulären Check-in in die Wohnung zu können. Es gab zur Begrüßung Wasser, Cola und Bier im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung ist mir allem notwendigen ausgestattet, sie ist sauber, es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den Strand in der Nähe. Die Dachterrasse ist super und wir konnten diese auch Mitte Oktober noch gut nutzen. Nutzen konnten wir leider den Esstisch im Wohnzimmer nicht. Das Wohnzimmer wurde umgestaltet, der Esstisch hat keinen richtigen Platz gefunden und so haben wir bei schlechtem Wetter am Couchtisch gegessen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung, bedanken uns herzlich bei Ignacio und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Silvia's apartment is located near just about anything you could want while visiting Malaga. Restaurants, coffee shops, markets, attractions, sites, etc. Everything is walkable within 5-10 min. The large windows looking down onto the street allowed for ample sunlight, great views, and the sounds of a happening city. If you do not like street noise both in the morning and late at night, be sure to bring earplugs. The noise did not disturb us, but we also enjoy the background noise. Silvia and team were very responsive, kind, and willing to help with any questions. The building felt secure and was well maintained. Easily a 5 star rating from us!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer 🌊. Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et conforme à la description. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, qui est adorable, très disponible et réactif à toutes nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un séjour agréable en bord de mer. El apartamento es estupendo. Cubre todas las necesidades posibles para pasar los días de vacaciones que realices. La zona muy tranquila, hay que coger el coche para todo (playa a 5 minutos en él) pero la urbanización es estupenda. Fácil aparcamiento en las zonas de playa y supermercados cercanos en coche. Hemos estado muy bien toda la familia, mil gracias!!!!

Alors le séjour chez Julia s’est bien passé l’appartement a une magnifique vue il est placé dans une résidence assez calme. La piscine est au top, elle est adaptée aux tout petits comme aux grands. La communication avec Julia était fluide, seul petit bémol le ménage pas au top cheveux dans la baignoire et sable. La machine à café été inutilisable au début j’ai du acheter un adaptateur vu que l’ancien locataire est parti avec l’adaptateur. Ce sont les seules points négatifs. La meilleur partie de l’appartement c’est sa terrasse on peut y bronzé tranquillement sans vis à vis, prendre l’apéro ou même dîner. L’appartement est climatisé et ça ça change tout. Je recommande Julia. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Urbanización muy bonita, grande, con piscina y acceso directo a la playa, super completa. María nos atendió muy bien, muy amable y siempre localizable. Totalmente recomendable
