Nice quiet place with a laid-back host we'll stay again in the future!

Ich hatte wunderbare Tage in Marias AirBnB. Das AirBnB sieht wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Fotos aus. Der Check In war total easy, Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig. An meinem Ankunftstag hat mir Maria geschrieben, da, aufgrund von Bauarbeiten, der Strom für einige Stunden ausfällt. Sie und ihr Ehemann haben mir proaktiv zwei Batterien in das AirBnB gestellt, damit ich Handy und andere elektronische Geräte aufladen konnte. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. 5/5 ⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s apartment. The location was good with restaurants nearby within a few minutes walk and the mall also close by. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. On site were swimming pool, table tennis, outside seating, gym etc. We would definitely stay again

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

We had a great stay in Alex’s apartment. He was a great communicator with us when needed. The apartment was exactly as shown and was definitely nice to have some household supplies already in there (shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap/softener, hand soaps, paper towel, trash bags, etc.) The apartment amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness room, and lounge areas were nice additions to our stay.

Place was really nice, clean and very neat, super chill area/neighborhood. Will definitely be returning for a second stay !

Listen! This place is perfect. When it says right by Crypto Arena, it means RIGHT by the arena. Super clean. Responsive host. This is now my go-to for my LA trips! 10/10. Zero complaints.

Lily’s place has a full equipment kitchen, many spacious storage rooms, and comfortable furniture. The location is just steps away from Spectrum mall where you can find plenty of options for dining and things to do. Also, the apartment’s complex has a market, Starbucks, and a very convenient salon.

John and Candy were extremely prompt at responding to my messages. The home was clean, and they provided everything we needed. John made us feel welcomed. The location is perfect if you’re visiting the Disney parks and don’t want to stay at a hotel. The neighborhood is quiet. Check in and check out was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This space was perfect for our annual girls trip. The house itself is well maintained, nicely furnished and well configured for groups/gathering. The beds were extremely comfortable - everyone commented on them! The outdoor areas were great, and it’s only a short walk to a quiet beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed - beach chairs, coolers, toiletries, detergent… The host’s messages were proactive and easy to understand. Garage parking was great. I would highly recommend. We’d love to rebook next year! Thanks for a perfect stay!

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

We enjoyed the house and private outside patio.

Great house and Tarik was a great host. We had ordered a package to be delivered there while we were there but it arrived early. Tarik went out of his way to secure the package for us.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Huntington Beach! The neighborhood was gorgeous and a short distance from the beach. The owner was very accommodating for us and quickly responsive whenever we had any questions. The place was really clean, spacious and had the most amazing, dreamy layout! Especially loved the deck up top, great views! Would definitely stay here again :)

This place was very spacious and cozy. Has lots of rooms and bathrooms for a big family. Beautifully remodeled. Ted saved the day! We had booked another property through a different rental service and that owner never showed up leaving us stranded. We booked Ted's place literally at the last minute. He was so accommodating and his place ended up being better than original place we had booked! Condo has a full size, 2 car garage which is amazing for Newport! The location was right next to beach, restaurants and bars, convenient stores. comfy beds, t.v.'s in all rooms. Great stay,

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. We absolutely loved our stay! The place looks even better in person than in the photos—beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. It was the perfect alternative to a hotel while traveling with our daughter and her teenage friend. They had their space, and we had ours, which made for a super comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a huge plus for us since we have dietary restrictions—it made traveling so much easier. We were also welcomed with a lovely food basket, a bottle of wine, and a handwritten note from the owner—such a warm and personal touch! The host was quick to respond to any questions and even checked in when the smoke alarm was triggered while we were cooking. The location was great—everything we needed was within about 15 minutes. Plus, having access to the pool and gym on the premises was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay here again!

I am pleased to report that Sam's place is the nicest apartment I have stayed in the USA, after some years of coming over for meetings. It is spacious, uncluttered but really well appointed, and felt like a homely and comfortable space. There is a balcony with a clear view of the Queen Mary (which I recommend for a tour). My wife and I came to Long Beach for a meeting at the Convention Centre, and I was delighted to find that my meeting was a 5min level walk. Sam communicated really well and was very helpful with a flexible arrival time and a very good restaurant suggestion (Thai District is highly recommended and about three blocks). If I were coming back to Long Beach I would certainly rebook Sam's apartment.

Miguel’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. The price was great, everything was spotless, and the location was super walkable. The host’s communication was fantastic, making our stay seamless. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Newport Coast Villas. We chose the hotel because we wanted to hunker down after having had surgery in the area. The one disappointment was that we expected there to be room service but this facility doesn’t have that. Other than that, we were quite pleased. The facility is beautiful and the two-bedroom villa was very well appointed and comfortable. The communication and check in were seamless.
