Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en Costa Rica

Nous avons adoré nos vacances à Playa Hermosa. Nous étions trois familles avec des enfants âgés de 7 à 14 ans. Tout le monde est tombé sous le charme de l'endroit ! Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et de ses surfeurs, le bruit des vagues, la piscine et les aras qui volaient au-dessus de nos têtes. L'endroit est encore plus beau que sur les photos, et les couchers de soleil sont tout simplement à couper le souffle. La résidence est propre et bien entretenue. Abbigail était sur place tous les jours pour s'assurer que les espaces communs soient bien nettoyés. Nicole et Carlos ont été très réactifs à nos demandes et à nos questions concernant les activités à faire à proximité. Lorsqu'un équipement était défectueux, il était remplacé immédiatement. L'endroit est calme et sécurisé, malgré la proximité de quelques restaurants. Je recommande fortement cette propriété.

Siempre nos ha gustado Palo Seco y buscábamos un lugar "Pet Friendly". Esta casita ofrece todas las comodidades, frente al mar, y super tranquilo. Nos encantó la estadía, el servicio excelente y atentos a lo que necesitábamos. Definitivamente pensamos volver.

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

The villa was great - conveniently located for the beach, Manuel Antonio national park and many restaurants. You have to walk through a “stream” to get to the beach. It’s very dark murky water, that reached to the top of my thighs (I’m 5’8”). I was quite reluctant to cross it the first time but it was fine. The beach is worth it. We saw lots of wildlife in the backyard - lizards, monkeys, birds, etc. It’s very quiet at the villas as night. It’s great for those who are early to bed and early to rise. Howler monkeys are active starting at 4-5 am and construction next door starts as early as 6 am. Finally, Dani was super helpful for booking tours.

ARBNB bien situé dans une ruelle de Brasilito. La terrasse était impeccable avec beaucoup de commodités. La piscine privé était un atout pour tous. Proche des restaurants, le Déli Café et la plage. Il ya juste une bémol c’est qu’il y a un coq qui chante le matin de bonheur. Merci Murielle !

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Juancito!!! Juan and his on-site caretakers Sujey and Alvaro were wonderful hosts who catered to our every request and need. A highlight was the lobster dinner that Alvaro prepared for us the evening of our arrival. Punta Juancito is a classic, traditional beach house and thus the perfect place for a relaxing time. We especially enjoyed having the beach across the street so we could take early morning swims and strolls before others appeared and it got hot. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

This was our second stop during our week in Costa Rica. The location was fairly remote, which was relaxing. It wasn't far from larger cities like Putenaras and Jaco, both of which we did explore. The higher tourist areas weren't as desirable, but the house location was much different. It was very quiet. The house is nice and the view from the master bedroom was amazing. Waking up to the ocean waves and sound of birds was calming. The beach is nice. There was some storm debris on the beach but easy to navigate around. The sound was like walking in chocholate. There were also a group of scarlat macaws that came by a few days to feed in the trees next to the house. The kitchen was nice and we were able to cook fresh meals that we enjoyed sitting at the table on the patio. The pool was clean and refreshing. We have a visit from some iguanas each day that liked eating the flowers from the bushes next door. The local resteraunt was delicious and had a visit from monkeys.

We loved our stay here! The walk to the beach and several restaurants was very manageable. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I also appreciated how well stocked the house was. They provided everything we needed for the beach and in the kitchen! Thank you for making our trip to Costa Rica a great one!

My family enjoyed 11 nights at John’s place. The house was more spacious than expected. All amenities needed were available. We felt safe at the house and surrounding area. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed it daily. There is a grocery store and 5 restaurants very close by. Tamarindo is about a 15 min walk. We did not have a car. You can rent golf carts if needed. Beaches - Playa Langosta is a very short walk 5 min and you can walk to Tamarindo beach in about 15 min. Tamarindo is busier, it was nice to stay in a quieter area. Howler monkeys were seen morning and night right on the roof of the house and trees in the yard. We also saw iguanas and variegated squirrels in the yards along with a number of birds. Cleaning service was included in the stay the lovely lady came a number of times while we were there. John was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my many questions prior and during our stay. We would stay again at John’s villa.

La villa tiene un diseño espectacular, exactamente igual que en las fotos y la zona es muy conveniente ya que esta muy cerca de Santa Teresa pero lo suficientemente lejos para que sea muy tranquilo y pacífico, lo recomiendo

Este es un alojamiento excelente, muy cerca de las piscinas y la playa, super limpio, la cocina super completa con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días super agradables, definitivamente vas a pasar un tiempo super agradable en este lugar. Al frente hay un centro comercial super completo y muy lindo para visitar.

This was a perfect getaway. We loved walking to Father Roosters for a meal. Playa Ocotal is a calm, serene retreat and this house is perfect for a family. Our kids loved the pool and games that were available. Extra star for modern amenities like W/D and dishwasher. We will miss waking up to the incredible view! What a dreamy home.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again. The house is in the perfect location- a short walk to town and just steps from the beach. We also all fell in love with Missy. She is the sweetest dog. The owners are very responsive to any questions. They met us there to check in and even messaged me with restaurant and grocery store recommendations.

Passer quelques jours dans la petite cabane en bord de mer a été une très belle expérience. S’endormir et se réveiller avec le bruits des vagues, marcher sur la plage, se baigner dans la mer, admirer le coucher de soleil, pas besoin de plus…Pura vida.

We loved our second stay at Susan’s Villa Margarita!! My husband and I came here last year, and we brought our 15 and 19 year old boys back with us this year! We all had a blast! Lots of swimming, boogie boarding, walking, running, hiking, and relaxing! Jenny does a very good job keeping the place clean outside and in! Susan was by far the best host we have ever had! We will be back next year for sure :)

The view, the beach, and the pool make this place worth it. Beautiful property and lovely home. Douglas was a great host. The road into the place was fine with our Rav4. This place was our favorite Airbnb in Costa Rica that we stayed at! Well worth the drive to this place. There are a few restaurants not too far. I recommend doing a grocery run before heading to the Airbnb, only small grocery stores close by.

Un excelente lugar para descansar, pasarla bien en familia y disfrutar de todas las comodidades que ofrece, definitivamente 10/10, se ve igual a las fotos y todo es sumamente limpio.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pipa! The home was exactly as advertised. Iris was so easy to work with; helped with dinner reservations. Excellent guide/resource book emailed prior to arrival. Manfred the local house manager was so nice to work with, orient us to the home, and make us feel welcome immediately. We enjoyed Manfred's homemade pastries; so delicious! The home is very clean and comfortable. We found the beds and pillows very comfortable. So private and the private beach access was just magical! Was so nice to go through the gate, walk a beautiful little forest path, to find the amazing beach and Pacific ocean!!! Any questions; answered immediately. Just a total chill place for ultimate relaxation while being able to walk the neighborhood and enjoy the lovely small restaurants and market. We didn't rent a car and didn't feel the need for one. Our driver brought us to the supermarket before our arrival so we had everything we needed; the home, pool, beach!! Thank you!!!
