Era la primera vez que utilizaba la aplicación y fue una experiencia muy buena, el lugar es muy lindo, cuenta con todo lo necesario y la ubicación es excelente.

Es una casa hermosa, el condominio es muy seguro, depende de la época la zona es muy caliente por eso la necesidad del aire acondicionado y Jose es un joven muy atento y servicial. Lastima que no pudimos quedarnos más tiempo, pero volveré sin pensarlo.

This place felt like home right away! We were a family with young kids plus a grandparent. Everyone had a fantastically comfortable room, getting excellent sleep. The backyard is amazing for quiet family dinners, enjoying hammocks and fresh air in the evening. Kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The location within this Residencial is great - very close to the pools and the beach. Isa is a great host, her responces are super quick, she's kind and understanding, and makes extra efforts to accommodate her guests. Conclusion: we fell in love with this place and our entire family just cannot wait to come back!

This place worked great for our family! We loved the location, it was close to all the restaurants and markets and even a little playground right in town for our littlest one. It’s a nice quiet little neighborhood. We felt safe and secure with the gates being closed and a guard on duty 24/7. The guards at the front were always very friendly and even gave us some local recommendations since we didn’t want touristy restaurants to eat at. The pool was great, our kids loved it! And being able to walk right out onto the beach was great too. The hosts were very responsive. We did have an issue with the internet staying connected, we had to reset the router a few times but other than that the space was great!

De villa was voor ons de eindbestemming van onze reis door Costa Rica. Wat een verademing om hier aan te komen en te kunnen verblijven. Vooral het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad was het allemaal waard. We hebben vele vogels gehoord en gezien en vanuit het hoger gelegen uitzichtpunt kun je nog meer van de omgeving zien. Voor ons was dit ons mooiste en meest waardevolle verblijf van onze reis.

We only spent one night here after our flight was delayed and we couldn’t get to our destination. It was a last minute booking and Gabe was very accommodating. Thanks

We stayed in the Above the Gulf house for 3 nights while visiting the Monteverde area. The house itself is lovely, very private, well-equipped. We loved the location. Close to restaurants and town, but nestled in a wooded area overlooking the forest and water. Our host Daniela was so helpful in the process, also hooking us up with a fabulous night tour with a very knowledgeable guide. The compound has a very nice park!play area and an outdoor breakfast if you choose. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable, quiet location with wonderful amenities. The condo is exactly as described and viewed in the photos. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is equipped to eat in. Laundry was an added bonus. Easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries and site seeing. Easy to get an Uber to the property. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks for being a wonderful host!

It’s an incredible location - a small oasis right in the heart of Monteverde! Restaurants, shops, cafes are all just a few minutes walk away and many of the attractions 20 mins or so drive. Everything was squeaky clean, comfortable and well labelled etc - and great to be able to use the laundry in the middle of our stay - it was perfect, thank you!

Exactly as described, quiet, gated neighborhood with security guard, close to everything but tucked away, lots of monkeys visiting around sunset time. Nice pool Laundry service is available at reasonable cost Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals I always stay here when I visit Quepos

Ideal location, right in the heart of everything in Tamarindo, you call it restaurants, beach, supermarket, coffee shops, gym… The apartment if extremely well kept, surroundings are beautiful. Alexander and Gabriela are very friendly and helpful. Very fast internet for digital nomads. I recommend it to the Airbnb community 100 %

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Within our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, guiding us of our parking space and checking in. We met locals in our stay and they recommended many things we can do while our time being spent there.

The condo was beautiful and had amazing views, as expected. Secure and private gated community—everything was easy! We enjoyed the private beach club, giant pool, and killer bar/restaurant. W/D was nice to have, along with all of the top-notch amenities. Great central location and close to everything. Chris was very proactive, responsive, and provided excellent recommendations. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Daphne's place was perfect four our family of six and we loved our stay! The condo was in great condition and we took advantage of the full kitchen to prepare some breakfasts and lunches so we didn't have to eat our every meal. The clubhouse and pool were conveniently located just next door to the building and our kids loved swimming and we enjoyed the beautiful views over the golf course. It was also so nice having the amenities of Reserva Conchal available - we swam at the beach club, used the kayaks in the ocean, and worked out in the gym - all were convenient and fun. And to top it off, Daphne was a fantastic host. Her communications for check-in and check-out were helpful and clear and she provided us with a great guidebook of local activities and attractions to help make our stay more enjoyable. We really couldn't recommend her or her place higher!

This was our fourth week using Airbnbs for lodging, and this was our favorite by far! Carol was always fast to reply and offered helpful ideas for our stay. Her condo has everything you might need for a great stay. The community is super safe with a gate to access, another code for parking, a different code for the tower and another for the condo! No keys just codes. The outside pools and beach are super clean and great for relaxing. The bed was fabulous, shower and AC worked great too! Weekends have more families coming to use the units but all the other days it is super quiet and just a handful of people using the facilities. We had a fabulous week and look forward to returning again. Thank you Carol!

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

Our family of 3 loved this condo. It was so clean and well equipped for our 5 day stay. Great location with a beautiful park across the street, cafes and restaurants. Very quiet building. We will definitely return. Thanks again!
