The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Taty und Luca. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattetes - insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar bekochen. Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment, sowie Taty und Luca als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine größere Familie. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Strandsachen haben uns sehr geholfen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Treppe zur Terrasse ist gewöhnungsbedürftig , man muss einfach ein bisschen aufpassen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Das Ortszentrum und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Da wir im März in Cala Gonone waren, hatten fast alle Restaurants und Läden noch geschlossen. Ein Supermarkt war jedoch ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Elisa hat uns freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet und stand mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ho potuto fare il checkin in anticipo, senza problemi. Ottima comunicazione e a richiesta consigli e info molto utili sulle spiagge. Posizione ottima, poco fuori dal centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Nell'appartamento ho trovato tutto il necessario. Consigliatissimo.

Fantastic location right at the beach with practically no other people using it. This is ideal for relaxing beach holiday with family. We loved the terrace with views of the Mediterranean for breakfasts and lazy afternoons. Daniele is a fantastic host and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and find great local restaurants. Highly recommended for family holidays on the beach

We are very pleased with our stay at Rita’s place. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We were travelling with kids, so Rita had very nicely prepared a babycrib and put in a babychair aswell. The place also had some beach umbrellas we could use. Our host Rita was very friendly and helpful and was easy to reach when needed. The place is very close to the beach and restaurants, also almost next to a small supermarket which was extra convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

Nous somme restés une semaine chez Davide, et ce fut le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé dans un Airbnb. Davide était extrêmement arrangeant, souriant, sympathique et a pris de son temps pour nous visiter et nous donner des recommendations de choses à faire même après que sa mère soit venue nous déposer les clefs. un grand merci à elle aussi pour son accueil. Belle attention de leur part, ils nous ont laissé une bouteille de vin et pain traditionnel sarde. l'appartement est spacieux avec 3 chambres, une cuisine toute équipée, une clim, une douche d'extérieur dans la cour intérieure, parfait pour le retour de la plage qui se situe directement à la sortie de l'appartement. Énormément de moustiques mais toutes les entrées et fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Peu de touristes (comparé au nord) donc facile de se garer devant chaque jour, belles plages très proches et position centrale donc pratique pour un daytrip. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là-bas !

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Liebe Paola, wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die wunderschöne Zeit in Deinem Haus bedanken, alles war perfekt vorbereitet, super sauber, aber vor allem war es traumhaft schön. Die Räume sind nicht groß aber perfekt ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Dünen und das Meer ist atemberaubend und wenn man dann zum Strand läuft, findet man einen der größten Strände, den man je gesehen hat, einfach riesig in seinen Ausmaßen, von Länge und Breite, klares Wasser, das türkis und in vielen Blautönen leuchtet, einfach traumhaft schön. Danke für alle Tipps, denn auch die Umgebung ist einfach grandios! Bei Dir kann jeder einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub verbringen, den man nie mehr vergisst!

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

Casa in cui abbiamo lasciato il cuore, era come essere a casa, provvista di ogni confort, arredata con amore e dotata veramente di tutto, persino piastra x capelli phoon e tutto il necessario x la cucina olio,sale,ecc… la macchina del caffè con le cialde, e accessori x il mare ( ombrelloni per chi non lo avesse e giochi x bambini) casa vicino al centro circa 10 minuti a piedi( ma noi ci siamo sempre mossi in auto) ma lontano dal caos, parcheggio riservato all’ interno del garage comodissimo perché in giro i parcheggi sono introvabili. La casa è stupenda dotata di ben 3 bagni comodissimo sia quello nel garage che quello in camera da letto. Pulizia impeccabile. Davide e alessia che dire, persone gentilissime ci hanno accolto con calore facendoci persino trovare bibite nel frigo e dolcetti di benvenuto. Sempre disponibili Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi vuole soggiornare in questa zona. Sfido a trovare di meglio.

The place is only 5 minutes from the ferry and a great place to explore Carloforte from! everything is close at a walkable distance. the place was really clean and the Host is super friendly! She even proactively gave us route descriptions and informed us about the ferry times. We would come here again without any doubt :)

Ottimo appartamento per familgie o coppie di amici: 3 stanze due bagni. Appartamento pulito e con parcheggio. Utile per chi vuole utilizzare Cagliari come base per poi visitare i dintorni. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Host preciso e puntuale nelle risposte.

come ormai ogni anno abbiamo trascorso un week end sull isola e quest anno abbiamo scelto l alloggio di Domenico, ci siamo trovati molto bene: zona centralissima da cui puoi arrivare a piedi in ogni zona del paese, check in e check out semplici e da effettuare in autonomia, struttura super accogliente dotata di tutto il necessario. consigliatissimo.

Carlas Apartment war für uns als kleine Familie genau richtig - nicht zu klein, sehr sauber und die Küche war super ausgestattet, um auch schnell mal etwas kochen zu können. Der Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeizen sind schnell erreicht. Carla war auch immer zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Wenn wir in Torre Grande sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. I had a wunderful time in Bosa at the great Loft of Alessandro! I flet like home, had my daily coffee at the big window to the river enjoying the beautiful view and calm. The place is a blast and excellent located. As a solo traveller, As a solo traveller, perfect to reach everything in a few minutes walk. The supermercato for the ‘cornetto’ for breakfast was only a minute away. The free car park right outside the door. I would come back to this wonderful place anytime. I really loved it and Alessandro was always quick to answer questions. Thank you for having me here.Grazie mille Alessandro e alla prossima volta.
