Excelente lugar. Una paisaje excelente y muy tranquilo y a gusto. Todo es como en las fotos. Solo que el Netflix nunca entró, ni colocando mi usuario, compartiebdk pantalla. Al parecer la TV está desactualizada y el anfitrión nunca respondió a esta queja. Pero después todo estuvo excelente. No tuve quejas Volvería a ir.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ruslan's place for an entire month, and it was a delightful experience. The apartment is located in a secure and welcoming guest friendly gated community, just a short 10-minute drive from the town center. The amenities were exceptional, including a private beach, which I would visit every morning to start my day by watching the waves, a full gym, a small water park, basketball/tennis courts, and pools scattered throughout the community, making it impossible to run out of things to do. The apartment itself was well-maintained and kept spotless with weekly scheduled cleanings at my convenience. Ruslan, the host, was incredibly accommodating and always accessible whenever I had questions or needed assistance. His responsiveness and hospitality made my entire stay stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable place to work remotely. I am already looking forward to returning for another stay in the future!

Das Apartment hatte eine tolle Lage. Es war wirklich sehr ruhig, die Nachbarn alle sehr entspannt. In den 2 Wochen, wo ich da war wurde der Pool vielleicht 1-2 Mal von anderen genutzt, sonst hatte ich ihn fast nur für mich allein. Der Strand war 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und sehr lang mit vielen Restaurants. Es war wirklich sehr angenehm und ruhig weit und breit. Die Wohnung war groß, hatte 2 Smart TVs, Wlan und alles was man brauchte. Für den Preis kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen 👌🏽

My stay at this Airbnb was quite enjoyable due toits prime location. The apartment is beautiful and well taking care of. The staff at the buildingis also very nice. Centrally located, close to everywhere you'd wantto go. The balcony was my favorite place to sit and relax. I highly recommend this property to future guests for its comfort and convenience. My host Herbert was great. Despite the high cost of the electricity, next time I am there, I will handle it differently. I will be returning soon!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

Este lugar es tal cual las fotos. Es hermoso y todo estuvo como lo descrito. Nos sentimos como en casa. Lo pasé súper con mi familia en Puerto Plata. La piscina está frente a la casa, que eso no se ve en fotos, es el último edificio así que era más tranquilo y basicamente al frente solo caminando un poco están las playas El Pueblito, Cosita Rica y el Malecón de la ciudad. Fue muy fácil acceder a las atracciones desde aquí y se sintió muy seguro.

The place was as listed and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen equipped with what you need for preparing simple meals. Location is great: in a front row building with immediate access to the beautiful Playa Dorada. The hotel complex offers different pools and a number of activities, including shows in the evening, while the beach area is more quiet and peaceful. The hotel surroundings were safe and included a golf course, a small mall and a few restaurants all within walking distance, but for a charge, you can also eat at the onsite hotel restaurants. We had a car to explore places on the island and there was always enough free parking available. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit to the Dominican Republic very much. We definitely recommend this apartment and thank Cesar for his hospitality!

Nos encantó la casa. Definitivamente volveríamos con los ojos cerrados. Buena ubicación a pocos metros de la playa. Súper tranquilo y limpio. La casa acogedora y organizada. Tony el señor que nos atendió, más que excelente. Afable, siempre dispuesto y muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Manteniendo la piscina limpia diario y las áreas de jardín y piscina las mantuvo impecables. Cocina equipada y todo perfecto! Gracias a todos por hacernos un fin de año, tal y como lo imaginamos o mejor!

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

This was an amazing resort and amazing villa. The villa was clean, the pool was beautiful and that staff was great. This is great for grown-ups only, families, kids school breaks, whatever. Elizabeth happen to be in DR while we were there. I must have text her at least 3 times a day. She responded every time right away, although, they have a concierge service that is available that can accommodate almost any request. The restaurants were tasty as well. Our group really enjoyed Ocean. However, please read the ingredients. The BBQ at the villa, daily liquor delivery, in-house breakfast, snacks all day and grill food delivery. I have not complaints. I do have one suggestion. As you get closer to your arrival ask for the liquor list, snack list, cookout menu, breakfast menu and place your first day order before you arrive. Not sure if that is an option but it will definitely help since you will be having so much fun and forget to ask when you get there. We will go back!!!

Had an amazing stay here in Sosua. The villa was very clean and consistent with the online photos. I wasn’t certain what to expect with internet coverage and was impressed with the speed and reliability of the wifi considering we are on an island. Fortunately we did not have any issues that required us to reach out to Manuel during the stay. There was personalized check in and check out process which was nice. Manuel was informative on things to do and places to eat and any inquiries we had really. We had a short stay here but we will be back anytime we are in Sosua!
