The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

The apartment was just as described and a great fit for my husband and I’s trip to DR without the kiddos. A/C in the bedroom and everything you needed for a great stay. Excellent restaurant across the street for convenience as well! Very responsive and kind host. Answered any questions I had and helped us have a great stay. Cute and comfy apartment, we would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks!

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! A little serene piece of heaven. very spacious, clean and quiet. If you need a getaway to recharge, this is the place. The rooftop view is breath taking!

Great place jaay was a cool host he even invited us out for his birthday and showed us around and he had a cab driver for us everything was clean water was nice and warm a/c kept the rooms nice and cool I will book again

OMG!!!! the BEST villa i have ever stayed in. Very clean and modern villa. Private pool and no one can see you in the pool. You need to do some food shopping before entering villa cause no store near by since is in a gated community and very secure. Pedro is very fast responding every time I had a question . I will definitely rent his place next time

Allan's place is so beautiful, clean, homely and very comfortable. Every room has a beautiful balcony with great views. Easy access to the apartment. We only spent a night there and really wished we could stay longer. Definitely coming back here. Highly recommended

Todo en orden. Tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos. El personal de portería es muy atento. Cristopher responde muy rápido y el lugar está bien ubicado. Algo de ruido al estar junto a una calle principal pero nada que reclamar al host.

Jimmy was very easy to do business with. He responds quickly and is very flexible. Any concerns we had, he addressed very quickly. I would definitely book again.

My brother and I only spent two nights but we both wish we had more time. If you know Sosua, you should know that a two night stay is not enough time to discover all that Sosúa has to offer from restaurants, bars, beaches, and not to mention the activities. This location was literally just far enough from the noise of the busy streets but right in the heart of it all. I’d definitely recommend visiting this place! Thanks Gregory for everything! Great location, spacious apartment great for a large group! The kitchen has everything! Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. Responsive hosts. Not the most modern of airb&bs but very comfortable!
