Olivia’s house is lovely - plenty of space for everyone and great amenities (games room, TVs, speakers, hot tube etc.). Olivia lives in the house next door and was wonderful, always checking that everything was okay and helping when our fob broke. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a great stay at Hamid’s, it is home from home. Less than 5 minutes walk to local amenities, so much to see and do in the local area.

Percy has created a lovely home in an art deco building which accommodated 10 of us on a weekend get away for a 50th get together. Lots of room downstairs for socialising around the large kitchen space, lounge and lovely large dining room table. An expansive garden to enjoy in the right seasons and a balcony off one of the top floor bedrooms. The beds were amazingly comfortable with good mattresses and linen. The house is a short bus ride or about a 40 minute walk into Oxford City Centre and Percy provided many suggestions for good pubs and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a great stay for a large family or group of friends.

It is in a lovely location, great views of the Malvern Hills, lots of good walks close by. Many good eating places not too far away. The Cow Shed is well equipped, with an excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable living area. The kitchen is a bit smaller than we would have liked, but it all worked really well. Nigel was very attentive, making sure we were comfortable. Our elderly spaniel enjoyed the space around and got on well with the two really friendly terrier residents! Will definitely revisit.

House was lovely. We spent Christmas week with multi generational family and it was perfect. Plenty of room and very comfortable. House was exactly as expected with lots of great amenities and tidy. We were able to prepare a full Christmas meal with everything there!. Lots of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Jan and Jamie were responsive and friendly and stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and settled. Definitely recommend.

Had a couple of days away to destress after Christmas. We only live 10 minutes drive away but it felt like we were far,far away. Lovely property overlooking a lake. It was cold and foggy one of the days but we had lovely walks around the lakes. The host was great. Had contact and they were fast and helpful. Hoping to make this an annual event every January now. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property.

We had a wonderful group stay at Anthony’s beautiful home. It is a unique property, rich in history and stunning interiors. The large garden was lovely to relax in and we enjoyed several local walks. The house is warm, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Anthony was kind and responsive from the start and could not do enough to help. We would recommend this property highly.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

A beautiful location with a well thought out abode - the pictures don’t do it justice. Phenomenal view, fresh modern decor, with little touches making it really cosy (fairlights, binoculars, warm-coloured bed lamps, etc.) the decor was all Somerset themed too, which was a really nice touch. Well kept plants made the place feel natural and interesting. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, modern and clean. They went out of their way to accommodate our baby - a clean and easy to use highchair, and they made up the travel cot with extra care and attention - a really nice touch. Modern amenities, a good tv with access to all the usual apps (apple tv, Disney etc) a Google nest, and good quality WiFi make it an easy place to unwind with music/movies on cold nights. Bathroom was spotless and the shower was great. Lots to do in the village of wedmore, great shops and restaurants only a short walk away. They’ve really thought out how best to use the space, and we’d gladly stay again!
