The house and the view were beautiful. Lovely area, lots of options within a few minutes. The only issue we had was upon arrival, the house was very cold. The host was quick to respond and everything warmed up nicely over a few hours.

A wonderful stay at Jillian’s lovely home in Portnablagh, beach access very close by within walking distance which our two dogs loved and small enough that we could keep an eye on them off lead. Dunfanaghey itself is very quiet at this time of year we found it hard to find any restaurants open. Jillian’s home is spotless and has everything you need for a lovely comfortable relaxing stay

Had a lovely relaxing and very enjoyable few days at Duffy lodge. The accommodation was just perfect it’s was spotless, had everything you needed and more eg plenty of towels, toiletries, tea/coffee. Deirdre was just amazing so friendly and accommodating and went over and beyond. She had fresh bread, milk, butter, eggs in fridge for us when we arrived. She made the most amazing scones which were absolutely delicious. We felt very at home and loved that our 2 dogs were very welcome also. Fantastic stay in an absolutely picturesque location. Having stayed in many air bnb while traveling around the wild Atlantic way this one was one of those finds that just blew us away. The location was remote which gave total and utter peace and tranquility, although it's only a 10 minute walk to the local garage or 20 minutes down into Burtonport. Marjorie is the perfect host, just a message or call away if there's any issues (there won't be) and happy to give recommendations on local restaurants. I honestly can't recommend this stay any higher, it is perfect, and my wife and I will most definitely be booking back in for another break in the near future

Pauline house is amazing has everything you need. The house was spotless and the welcome pack was a really nice touch. The house is really close to one of the nicest beaches I've ever seen also the shop is in walking distance to the house which was great would definitely stay here again

We had such a lovely time. The accommodation was amazing so cosy, comfortable, lots of personal touches! Loved the book library! The location was stunning with the beaches nearby, we ran out of time to see and do everything so we will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here our hosts were great with recommendations of things to see and do and were easily contactable if needed.

This accommodation is perfectly situated on the outskirts of Buncrana. Buncrana seamlessly accessible by foot. Beautiful beach or heritage walks on the door step with coffee docks conveniently located near the property. House is new build, very modern, spacious and comfortable. Ideal for large groups and families. Cannot recommend enough.

Just returned home from 2 nights in this beautiful home. Our friends and their kids were with us and I can’t recommend the place highly enough. The house is spacious and has everything you need, and the beds were among the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The kids had the best time enjoying the outdoors, the beach close by and the hot tub (we let it cool for them). The kayaks on the lake were a great pastime for the older kids and the adults, and the hot tub was a fab way to relax in the evening. Paul was a great host, and his nephew John (our closest neighbour) was lovely. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to it already ☺️

Jean's place was in a great area. It was walkable to the water, multiple pubs, and many shops. The owners of the pub next door are very helpful and offer great recommendations as well.

John's space was exactly as described. Everything was well communicated. In fact, we arrived really late at night and John was there to let us into the space. While the pictures show everything well, I would have a hard time staying here again (and this is purely my reason and nothing to do with the listing) the size of the rooms and the location. The bedrooms are in the loft so the person getting into the other side of the bed has some difficulty especially if you are over 6 feet. What made up for it though was the skylight directly above my head which was spectacular.

I highly recommend this cottage and its wonderful host to anyone seeking a peaceful and enchanting getaway in Donegal.

This little house is such great value for money, I don’t even know where to start it was just perfect. My 2 little girls had so much fun and loved playing games in front of the fire in evenings. And running around the totally safe and-private garden playinghide and seek. we walked to the local pub one afternoon and was also so nice sitting beside the fire. Carrickfinn beach is less than 5 minute drive and beautiful and Mullaghderg beach also very nearby another stunning beach. I loved the views out of the front of the house , just stunning! There was ample supplies left that most places don’t leave or else just enough for one night. This house provided enough of everything we needed for whole stay and more. We both agreed that the host Amanda was what made staying at this house really special. She was so kind and accommodating. Leaving lovely little treats and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is so special! Thank you Amanda! Definitely recommend

What can I say about this place...absolutely stunning! Alongside the fact that Sheelagh and Alex were soon responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Even recommended a beautiful boutique restaurant for us which was beautiful 😍 10/10 would definitely recommend. The hot tub with the elements blowing around you and being able to sit on the pier just listening to the water. Will definitely be back🙌🙌

This place is a real gem. An old traditional Irish cottage but with all the mod cons. Location is picturesque. Briony was always available for any queries. We has a great few days and will definitely be back
