Loved it! Came here with my husband and child and we loved it. Cloughey was a great base for exploring this part of NI and we would happily stay again Massive thanks to the hosts who were kind and responsive, we appreciated all of your time and effort to make our stay peaceful and enjoyable - a particular shout out for the delicious buns on arrival, a really sweet touch Lots to do in the area - we only wish we’d stayed a bit longer! Location is super close to the beach and a lovely wee park (with a coffee cart), only 10 mins away from Portaferry by car for the aquarium and ferry, we even managed a short trip to Strangford for dinner one night and it was a delight to return to such a clean and comfortable home Thanks for having us! Hopefully we will see you again in the future :)

We had two rooms at the Banoge House and enjoyed our stay there very much. John was very hospitable and the breakfasts were enjoyable with lots of conversation. Relaxed and comfortable place to stay. There are still renovations going on so I can only assume it will get even better.

Helens place was so lovely. Right on the sea front, it was wild and wintery when we stayed which actually added to our stay in a way! Loved listening to the noise of the wind and waves. Hot tub was a nice touch.

Really great stay, John is a wonderful man with loads of great knowledge about local things. Beautiful garden. Great value for money (& pay extra for breakfast cos they’re lovely)

great location if you're wanting somewhere near Belfast and the ocean. place was exactly what we needed cheap and clean the only thing I can comment on is if you're a light sleeper it's right on a busier road so you can hear cars drive by all night but it didn't bother us. highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay in Roisin's garden house! It was a lovely break and a home away from home! Thank you Roisin for accommodating our chilled girlie getaway and hopefully our paths will cross again soon!

We had a wonderful stayed at the house. It's a really beautiful place, our room was huge, so was the bathroom. The gardens are well taken care of and the town centre is easy to reach. Tom was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast he prepared for us absolutely gorgeous!!!!

Lovely clean room and bathroom comfortable bed great for the night stay we needed as we were going to a party in the area. The bar adjoining the property is a gorgeous cosy pub. Friendly and efficient.

Was visiting for an event nearby and just needed a bed for myself for the night, up and gone in the morning. Space was perfect for this, clean and well serviced, easy access in & out.

Just lovely... being using airbnb for +10 years for most of my leisure trips and this is one of the best I've ever been. The place is amazing, the location is really beautiful (and it was cloudy when we got there, I cannot imagine how amazing it is in a sunny day) and Steve was just great! I will 100% recommend it. PD: Steve, we will be back!!

We were looking for a relaxing place to base ourselves for a week and Loughview delivered on all fronts. We walked along the front waterfront each morning and found different routes each day. The cleanliness and comforts were very much what we look for in accomodation and this place has it all. Thanks Regina we’ll be back 🙌

We had only two nights at Sam's place but we wish we had more. The location was private and secluded but an easy drive to a couple nearby towns, as well as general location in NI made it a great choice. Sam and his family were so warm and welcoming and we felt right at home. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Super sejour. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain attenante impeccable. L'espace cuisine est grand, tout est bien pensé il y avait même une chaise haute pour notre bébé. Nous étions seuls dans le logement le temps du séjour donc nous n'avons pas eu à partager l'espace commun. Je recommande.

La propreté et l'ordre règnent dans ce grand Logement. La décoration est sobre et très belle. Sean à été très réactif et sympathique. Vraiment une chouette location que je recommande!

Overall, our stay in Belfast with Dora and Brendan was wonderful. Very cosy facilities, comfortable bed and modern appliances with the added bonus of a swimspa, hot tub and smoke house. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive and went over an above to assist us when we had some personal issues arise. The space is small but comfortable - but important to note would only really suit a couple as there is no kitchen sink, small bathroom and small mini-fridge. Would highly recommend.

very handy for attending a wedding in the Ballymena area. quick and easy check in and out. welcoming supplies left out by host and towels supplied. very affordable for party of 6.

Great stay. I was allowed to bring my spaniel which was awesome. Very comfortable rural setting. Lovely walks into the Forrest and friendly hosts! Private gym a real added bonus. The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept on!!

Absolute gem of a place! Had such a nice quiet night away here, lovely warm, homely feeling and was able to just completely relax. Very close to the beach which was perfect. Hosts have thought of every little detail in the cottage. Absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I, including kids and grandkids, stayed at Ruths just after Christmas. We truly enjoyed all the amenities of their place. So much to do for the adults and kids. We particularly enjoyed the bar area with a great area for all of us to gather. We played pool, listened to music and drank Guinness on tap. Thanks, Paul, for sharing your Christmas keg with us. The hot tub was utilized every day. The ample snacks provided were demolished. The coffee supplies were greatly appreciated. The place was perfect. There were nine of us in all and nights were quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect and if I ever return, I will stay more local to Belfast. So much to do there and it was very close. Ruth and Paul are absolutely wonderful hosts; helpful, available, insightful and generous. It's obvious they enjoy hosting. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

I had a lovely time staying at The Nook. Easy check-in, cosy house, everything was spotless and exactly as described. Kim was a great host. Perfect place for a solo traveller. The location is peaceful and quiet. Easy to get to the town centre, the 5a bus stops very close to the accommodation. Overall, everything was great, amazing value for money, fully recommended.

We had a wonderful week at Millburn Cottage! The cottage is absolutely charming—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cosy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. Liz was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and her thoughtful touches really made a difference. Thank you, Liz, for such a memorable stay!

Lovely placealthough living area is extremely small. The bedrooms are lovely and well decorated. Bathroom is fine and functional. Really enjoyed our stay.
