A wonderful place to spend Christmas! The cottage was lovely and warm, very quiet and one of our guests who is a professional chef said the kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens he had stayed in!

Williams place is totally idyllic. It's secluded and peaceful, yet not far away from a whole host of things to see and do. William was a very attentive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

If you desire a quiet and peaceful spot in an absolutely beautiful setting, you have found it. I just wrapped up a three week stay for a writing sabbatical and had an amazing time - the house is isolated, yet modernized with strong WiFi and a full kitchen. Beds were comfy and I enjoyed having fires each evening. It is also around ~15 minutes to Letterfrack and ~30 minutes to Clifden if you desire a larger town, so grocery, restaurants and such are not too far away. Triona and Rory were absolutely lovely people and great hosts as well - I highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful cottage, perfect for our family of 5. Perfect jump off point to explore, though we wouldn’t have been completely upset had we been rained in. The cottage was very well done.

We loved staying in Kate’s beautiful cottage this is our second time and won’t be the last, we have family nearby and this little piece of heaven is so beautiful and tranquil, if you need some time to be at one with nature and forget about the busyness of life this is for you. Amazing hosts whom can’t do enough for you with great communication.

Felt right at home. The beach walks nearby were lovely. We had everything we needed including fire wood for a cozy fire.

Die Unterkunft war so schön, wir hätten uns nichts anderes wünschen können! Ein kleines Idyll im herzen von Irland. Die Gegend ist sehr sehenswert und das Hühnerhaus sehr gemütlich und komplett privat. Dazu noch Sean’s unfassbar netter Empfang mit selbst gebackenem Brot und Eiern. Alles war perfekt!

Loved our time at this cottage. The home was very homey and comfortable for our family of 8. Lots of toys, books and games for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked and a great kitchen table where we could all hang out. Loved the fireplace in the living room- made for some cozy nights. Thanks for sharing your home. We had a lovely stay!

The apartment was just as described: very clean – and we were pleasantly surprised with a small basket of chocolates and a bottle of prosecco. (It made me feel at home.) Fiona was an excellent host. She provided a list of things to do during our stay, as well as providing several snack items in our room. The suite was spotless, and just as shown in the photos. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area!

Das Cottage hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage direkt am Berg sorgt für eine atemberaubende Aussicht über den See und seine kleinen Inseln, für eine noch bessere rundum Sicht bietet sich eine Wanderung auf den Hausberg an. Um das Grundstück herum gibt es jede Menge Schafe und Natur. Perfekt um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und das Leben zu genießen. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde und hatte doch mal etwas gefehlt, war Anne sofort verfügbar und hat geholfen. Die Räumlichkeiten haben viel Platz geboten. Vorallem die große Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind für Gruppen gut geeignet. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Wir würden am liebsten direkt wieder kommen.

Hemos viajado 4 amigos y la casa de Grainne ha sido perfecta para nosotros. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, con una gran cocina y zona para comer, muy luminosa y agradable. Si llevas coche y visitas la zona de Galway, sin duda, merece la pena hospedarse en esta preciosa casa. Sin duda volveremos!!

This was the most wonderful place to stay and we could hardly bear to leave. The cottage was beautiful, comfortable and homely and as for the swimming pool, the billiards room and the grounds, we could not get enough. Our only regret is that we didn't have enough time to go out in the boat - we'll just have to come back. Thank you, Marshall, for being so welcoming and hospitable.

Very enjoyable short stay here on Inis Mor for 4 nights, what an adventure! House had all amenities, and very comfortable and clean. We couldn't fault it! Bernie had left very clear instructions on how to check in and check out which made everything so easy. She also gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do on the island to keep us busy. Would love to come back again some day soon!

Mary's cottage was wonderful, peaceful and serene - we loved it so much it took us a bit to get going in the morning! The fresh scones and bread were wonderful, and Mary is such a kind host with wonderful local recommendations. I cannot recommend a stay with Mary enough!! I'll be back next time I'm in Ireland!

Aingeail's cottage on Twin Island was an absolute dream. If quietude and a break from the pressures of the day to day are what you seek, you could do no better. It is a place of peaceful air, soothing nature and contemplative quiet. Aingeail's recommendations for walks, for food options, for places to go are all perfect and she is a friendly and communicative host. I am grateful for my time there which was sadly all too short but left an immeasurable impression. I cannot wait to someday return.
