Had a very peaceful 3 nights at Fionnuala and Peter’s. The coach house is charming, very clean, well equipped and quiet. Fionnuala is a lovely host. This was my second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

We had a wonderful three night stay at the Forge Cottage. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was on hand. The peace and quiet was well appreciated. The Library next door to our cottage was amazing and well worth an afternoon of exploring and checking out the amazing collection of books. Will definitely be back.

The accommodation was great for what we used it for and close to the motorway for each place we were going from Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick were all under 2 hours drive

Good location, Theresa was very clear on how to find and get into the house. House was warm and cozy and felt very welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay in Curadoon House. The house itself is beautiful and so cosy. It’s ideal for families as it’s really spacious and well kitted-out. It felt like a home away from home. Miriam was extremely helpful and kind. She checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed any more sticks/coal for the stove which was a really nice gesture. The area is picturesque and despite the bad weather, we found plenty to do. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking chill and relax while exploring the area. Thank you Miriam 😀

Paul was a great host and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The house was really warm and cozy and a lovely place to relax in. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. The hosts were great on everything from communication to recommendation. They made sure we knew how to get there, local things that were happening and making sure we had our cabs lined up a head of time. Thanks for a great stay!

I strongly recommend a stay here with Irene and Dave. From the moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is outstanding, with everything you would need to make a meal. We got a takeaway from Sanjay s Indian restaurant in Birr, which was delicious. We were keen to get back to the apartment and light the stove. Dave gave us a tour of some of the fabulous grounds which he has been rewilding for years. He also directed us to some wonderful walking trails as well as filling us in on the history of the house. The gorgeous dogs need a special mention! A return visit is being planned already . The pond cabins were absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend staying here . Iveta was extremely friendly and helpful and came down to personally welcome us . Milk , sugar , tea etc supplied on arrival for a hot cup of tea after our drive ! Hot tub was easy use and really made the experience. Will definitely visit again !

Great stay in Lorna’s. We only stayed for 1 night but would have loved to stay for longer. The house is gorgeous, lots of little touches. Great for families with children of any age. Beds were so comfy. Lorna is very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to arrive to Freshly baked scones and fresh milk. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely cottage in a peaceful setting. The pictures are accurate, amenities are updated for how old the cottage is. Warm, comfortable linens and beds. Fresh, homemade biscuits awaited our arrival as well as a warm peat fire. Beautifully furnished. Tomás was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. He and his farmhand, Queenie the pup, welcomed us warmly. He gave local recommendations, and was always available for questions. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

This is a really beautiful place to stay. Cosy, peaceful and the perfect cottage to relax and unwind in. Spotlessly clean with beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. So much thoughtful extras and delicious local food items that made us feel so welcome. Can't thank Tom and Muireann enough, they really have created a magical getaway

This place is a “must stay” if looking for a short term rental near Rock of Cashal or in County Tipperary. My family was wishing we could have stayed longer. Sue and her husband are fabulous- very responsive. Unbelievable service- and they left us fresh eggs, milk and butter. It was hard to leave- getting to see goats, sheep, cows, chicken and a beautiful Saint Bernard. Loved it…

Is there a way to give more than 5 stars?!Wow - such a beautiful place and such wonderful hosts. Everything Bee suggested was amazing - from great food, wonderful music, and friendly places. And the house…just wow! So beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we are lucky enough to make it back to Ireland! Thank you so much!!

We (family of four) stayed in Ashleigh and Micks lovely cottage for a week. The cottage is very private with beautiful countryside views. It is really nicely decorated, and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen which was very well equipped, with all utensils, an oven, hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Communication in advance of visiting was very clear and we easily found the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it - thanks very much Ashleigh and Mick!
