Excellent stay! David was very helpful-meet us when we arrived, showed us around, even provided some basic needs like milk and bread. The place was very clean and comfortable. Washer/dryer was a challenge but David did warn us in advance to be proactive. It’s not far (20/30 min) from Roscommon tourist things to do and Carrick on Shannon. I would stay again for sure and would highly recommend!

A really charming and comfortable cottage. Mike was a great host and was very welcoming when we arrived. The cottage is very warm, and the kitchen is a good size to cook in. There's a dishwasher, a good oven with hobs and an air fryer, and microwave. Also a washing machine and tumble dryer, so all is covered. Some nice walks around the canals as well. We'd happily stay again.

Great stay welcome pack was lovely fresh milk and bread clean beds and fresh crisp towels, took a while to get the hang of the television setup but once we got it was grand 👌 would recommend and stay again thanks Maria

Great hosts. The home is very comfortable and homey. Anthony and Sarah decorated the house for Christmas which our kids were very happy to see. They also left milk, brown bread, butter and marmalade for our checkin. Property was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend. 😀

Saskia's home is just perfect and they're the perfect host! Saskia communicated frequently, clearly and was so friendly. The house was immaculate, and cozy. We booked it so that we could be in Ireland for Christmas with our family. It was twenty minutes from Mullingar - an easy quick drive. The house was so spacious. At no point did we feel on top of each other - as would have in a hotel room. I thoroughly enjoyed waking up and stepping out the front door every morning with a cup of tea to take in the fields. The area is so tranquil and quintessential Ireland. I would recommend this home to EVERYONE!!! Anytime we go back to Ireland we will be booking Saskia's home!!! WE LOVED IT!

What an amazing find!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clare's beautiful cottage. It was modern, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. We felt so at home! Unlike anything else that we saw in the area. It was great value for money and the little touches like snacks, coffee, milk and breakfast items were a wonderful and unexpected addition. My family of 5 can’t say enough great things about our stay here! The place was really cute, comfortable and most importantly CLEAN. The rooftop balcony was really nice for having morning coffee outdoors. Rosemary had a few breakfast items ready for our arrival. The bonus for us was her restaurant/bar. The food was incredible and the drinks were just as lovely. We were welcomed and shown unbelievable small town Irish hospitality from the staff and locals. We felt right at home. It was an ideal location for our last 3 nights in Ireland!

Norbert greeted us and was very friendly and showed us where everything was and added bonus of ingredients to make a fry up. The place was lovely and clean very comfortable beds fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and tumble dryer. Couple of minutes walk to pub and convinence store and about 10 min drive to town. Highly recommended staying here for peace and quiet.

We had a fantastic experience and Sharon’s hospitality went way beyond our expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend taking the opportunity to spend time at the cottage. Sharon and her whole family are very welcoming, helpful and generous with their time and the nice extras including lovely fresh flowers, welcome pack etc.

Shelagh Met us with a smile and warm embrace, much appreciated after the week we were having following Storm Ewoyn. Shelagh had made sure the water was hot and the heating was on. With coffee pods, tea bags and milk for the welcome cuppa. The location is lovely, nestled in the Midland countryside, close to Mullingar, Multy and one of the midlands famous lakes Lough Owel. I mentioned in my booking that I was there was a family funeral and the first thing I saw was a sympathy card and some flowers. So so kind and thoughtful. And the day before we were leaving Shelagh sent me a message saying I could check out anytime I like as there was no one immediately booked after me. I was there for very sad reasons and Shillelaghs kindness was so appreciated by myself and family members. Thank you Shelagh

We had an amazing time at Shelagh’s Airbnb, it was the perfect spot for a weekend catch-up with friends. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable! The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Shelagh was an outstanding host and was very quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend staying here.
