We stayed for a week and it was a comfortable stay. The house is clean. The host is very thoughtful in accomodating the guests as throughout the house there were sticky notes with instructions. The house has all the necessary amenities, though we did not use the laundry and did no cooking but everything was there in case we needed it. The area is quite peaceful. Overall, we had a good experience.

While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

The apartment was very clean, functional, quiet and private. The bed was clean and comfortable and the gas fireplace was warm and cozy. Jasmine is a great host, she answers promptly, is friendly, kind and helpful. It snowed a couple of times while we were in the apartment and she made sure the walkway to the apartment was shoveled off and clear. Any issues we had were handled and solved immediately. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

Tony's place is Amazing so don't hesitate to book as soon as it's available because chances are you'll miss out on a great host. Firstly communication was A+ he was always available to answer questions, Secondly the place is immaculate and smelled refreshing, as soon as we stepped in the aroma and feel of his place felt like home. Everything was seamless 🥰 the bedrooms were airy and clean (I had the master bedroom)not to mention the spotless bathrooms. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals, the living area is cozy with the comfy sectional and parking was a breeze. The attention to detail on keeping this home super clean and looking like it's the first time it's being rented is top tier. Thanks for being so attentive and understanding Tony, I'll definitely visit again.

Wish we stayed longer!! What an enjoyable stay. I fell in love with Zoka’s listing - the amount of detail in her AirBnb listing was absolutely extraordinary. And to top it off, it was all accurate with what was provided in the unit. The pillows and duvet were so so comfy, like sleeping in a cloud. The mattress was a wee soft, with a tiny sag to the middle - but still very comfortable! The little bottle of homemade wine resting in the ice bucket was such a treat to walk into. We loved all the touches, and the sign in wall was so cute to read. The info book was well laid out, detailing to have fun and make noise as the ceilings were sound proof/insulated - we fell in love with the attention to detail. We made a trip to the spa the day we checked in, but next time we might forego the spa all together, because the shower was like a spa experience in itself! And the massage chair was unreal! Thank you Zoka (and family) for such a wonderful stay 😊!!!

Meherun’s place was great and exactly as presented in the ad. She’s a very accommodating, friendly, trusting, and respectful host. The two of us stayed here for ~3 months, and the basement is spacious, modern, well furnished, well lit, and comes with a separate, private entrance. It has everything you need for long stays - modern appliances, like a large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dish washer, washer and dryer, and a SmartTV. Two bedrooms, one with a desk I used for work-from-home and the other with a full walk-in closet. Comfy queen beds in both. Bathroom has a large shower, and modern vanity with a fancy Bluetooth mirror. The neighbourhood is nice with a paved trail near by for walking or biking. Close drive to the 401 from Salem, where there’s many stores, including Walmart, Costco, Canadian Tire, Cineplex, and restaurants. We will definitely think of staying here again the next time we’re around.

Very friendly and helpful host! The suite is more beautiful than the photos. I would highly recommend this host and her accommodations. Absolutely beautiful setting on the water. Lovely Town of Newcastle minutes away.

We couldn't have asked for more. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make full meals. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with a view of a pond and backing onto a walking trail. A short drive to the arena, shopping and healthcare facilities. The hosts are welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

Leijun is a very friendly sir with interesting life experience. We had a very impressive and happy chat. The room is very clean and comfortable. He has a lovely and big yard.
