Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

This was our second time staying at this location. Omar is an amazing host and responsive. I would recommend this location and host ! We will be back again !

First off let me start by saying I greatly Appreciate Bryan for letting me stay at his home. Me & my Friends was almost stranded and I was able to message him in time of need and he responded right away. I was so stressed about everything that when I arrived and got to my room I was left the most cutest gift.That brought a big smile to know someone cared and it’s just not business. His home checked all my box’s for everything I needed such a beautiful place and very safe. Also he was able to connect me with an Amazing Driver Jerome who went out his way to make everything possible so my Birthday trip was extra special &fun from the time he pick us up showing us the best restaurants, night clubs,excursions, activities, gift shops staking us all over the island literally & answering all our crazy questions up till the time we left Jamaica was great. Jerome is who u need if u want to get that Good Jamaican experience. Jamaica owes us nothing and I loved every bit of it. Thank you Again❤️?

Idle Awhile Nasberry Villa is the most amazing way to spend your time in Jamaica! The photos online and the description on the villa were nothing short of EXACTLY what we experienced for the week! The host Shavel was very prompt and responsive with communicating prior to our stay, as well as when we were on the property! Our chef Jody Ann and butler Ryan were BEYOND amazing! Jody’s cooking got better everyday! She’s amazing!! Their hospitality and professionalism were TOP NOTCH from the minute we stepped foot in the villa, to anytime we wanted to go off site etc! The grounds and beach crew, Kamar and Anthony were very accommodating and friendly each and everyday! This was a trip of a lifetime for me and my family and it would not have been possible without the above mentioned people! We will NEVER do an all inclusive resort after the experience we had at Nasberry! THANK YOU so much for everything and making us feel at home with the genuine care and kindness we felt all week!

Lloyd's place was certainly accommodating. Bedrooms were very comfortable to sleep. Living area was very hot, fans were available, but they only circulates hot air. A little disappointed that there was no TV in bedrooms. Location, perfect! Very close to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is amazing 😍it’s definitely my first choice when going back to Negril!! Very spacious, Comfy and Clean inside out!! also a very quiet neighborhood with a nice view for the sunset 🌅 And the communication with both Verona and Rikard was on point!!! Definitely my moneys worth ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Beautiful stay, the home was just as nice as the pictures. The distance to get to the beaches and restaurants wasn’t too bad, I’d recommend having your own vehicle or taxi. All in all I’d stay here again. :)

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

The pictures do not do this place justice!! We loved it so much that we ended up spending even more time than we thought we would simply staying home because of how lovely the Airbnb was. I will say that Delkia and Eton absolutely MAKE the stay AMAZING and they should be protected at all costs!! Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!

Ruben is an extraordinary host! My experience was unmatched w/1st class service, amazing amenities & chill stress-free vibes. From the modern decor to the lush landscaping in the backyard, it was a picture-worthy escape. The mattress was so comfortable, looked fwd to it every night! The add-on services were exactly what we needed. Hired Chef Courtney thru Rueben (best chef w/ the sweetest personality) to prepare breakfast daily (he didn’t miss!) I worked w/ him to create a custom menu. From there he purchased the groceries & communicated all requests to the chef. I cannot forget Nadine - I consider her something like a house manager. She worked all the magic behind the scenes ensuring our experience was unforgettable. She was also very sweet and provided 5 star service. Lastly, I felt extremely safe. The home is in a nice area & it’s gated all around. Pretty quiet & chill but still close to everything. Rueben thanks for allowing us to create unforgettable memories in Jamaica!

My family and I had mixed feelings coming down because of travel advisor, but you were  transparent with great feedback from the start. Even my mom who is super conservative loved the area and the overall experience. Everyone was really nice to us on our walks around the neighborhood. You and your staff were great and gave us exceptional service. Looking forward to coming back real soon. Jamaica is really expensive though ( as you did give us heads up about) I also wished we’d taken advantage of personal chef, as really hard figuring out food and trying to coordinate food for 13 people. All and all great time and experience.   Thanks you again.  

Read all the reviews. An absolutely 5 star experience. Special, memorable, once in a lifetime, & more. Zein's home is right on the beach, situated walking distance from Sandals, Beaches, but feels like it's located in a world all it's own. Walk out to the patio & swim in the pool, snorkel in the ocean, or walk to ice cream just a few minutes away. However, when it comes to meals, we didn't dine out once because of the kind and amazing chef (Kenya) that went grocery shopping before we arrived and cooked all our meals (and makes a fantastic rum punch.) We enjoyed seafood, jerk chicken, salads, and wine while Miss Kenya cooked rice & beans, spaghetti, & other kid friendly items for our girls, including kid-friendly mocktails. If you're still reading, one thing to note is that the house is not new or luxe. It hasn't been remodeled in decades, but daily housekeeping keeps it clean, 24hr security keeps it safe, & for us, our stay was perfect. A real Jamaican experience. We'll be back!!

Wow I don’t even know where to start. If you’re looking for a great authentic cultural experience while in Montego Bay, book it ! We were a group of 8 and we enjoyed the entirely of our stay. The staff is amazing, we left feeling like we found a new family. Ms. Sylvia, the cook prepared dishes better more enticing than the local restaurants we dined while out. Ms. Rosalie was so helpful with our requests. Mr. Clive was so informative on the fruits and plants ( noni, moringa, aloe) and its benefits . We gained such great knowledge and he even tried to teach me how to swim! I could write a book on this stay. It was my 3rd visit to Jamaica and I’m thankful we chose this stay vs. a resort. I hope to rebook again in future and bring my family back. You will enjoy the amazing views and just like others mentioned a step back in time but we left with humbling appreciation of the present. We felt safe and took walks in the neighborhood. The listing is as described. Sarah is a great host.

Ms. Shirley is an awesome host! We had a group of 14 ladies, and we all felt at home. We requested cooked food, and Ms. Shirley’s food was soo delicious! Such beautiful views, as well. We would like to extend our gratitude to Miss Yolanda for an exceptional stay at her place. From the moment we reached out to her before landing, she went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. Yolanda kindly picked us up from the airport and even arranged for the driver to take us around to pick up supplies and anything else we needed. Her hospitality was outstanding, and we truly appreciated her accommodating nature. The location is fantastic—very close to the airport and conveniently near shops. We would absolutely stay with Yolanda again. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the location of this location was breath taking the neighbourhood was quiet, with friendly neighbours and amazing staff. The beach was a walk away and the amenities were great. Starr was an amazing host response quickly and made sure we were comfortable. The house was so clean, the decors looks like photos and even better in person. The backyard was nice and breezy with the ocean view. The backyard also had space for family fun! The jerk bbq pan was amazing made alot of amazing meals on it. Starr has everything you need in the house to be comfortable. We felt like we were on an all inclusive resort but with a big space and privacy. We will be returning for sure thank you Starr! My family and I enjoyed our stay <3

We spent the second part of our trip at Shians house and WOW!! From the beginning it was truly an AMAZING experience. Shians house is stunning, it was spacious, clean, open, light and had everything we needed for our stay. We booked 4 rooms as we came with a few family members. Everybody had their own space but stayed with us as we had the bigger unit, so cooking and relaxing was done in our unit. Where the house is situated it gives a very private feel but still close to local amenities, there is a shop not too far down the road and right infront of the house is a bar and restaurant (owned and run by Shian and his family). The family are also very warm and welcoming. We were blown away by the hospitality we were shown. Shians brother Omar was absolutely amazing. There was nothing too hard for him and he really tended to our needs throughout our entire stay. Omar was always just a phonecall/message away to answer any questions, give directions and just to have a general chat with.

My family and I had a lovely time in Jamaica. The property location was safe and peaceful. The decor was lovely and the house was well maintained. I would like to commend Melissa Grant, the stand-in host, for her exceptional service. If there were concerns, Melissa addressed them promptly in a professional manner. Her contagious smile, warm reception, and impeccable service made our stay at the property simply wonderful.

Danielle’s space was exactly as pictured—comfortable, bright, and airy. We were thrilled to find a pet-friendly rental in such a secure and well-maintained community, complete with a lovely backyard. The home offered the perfect combination of comfort and charm. Danielle’s responsiveness and warm hospitality truly elevated our experience, making our stay exceptional. We would absolutely return!
