This is our second time here and we just love it! The most beautiful views and it's perfect if you're hoping to have a little more privacy between two parties staying there (in our case, my husband, I, and and our kid in the main house and my parents in the other house). Also always appreciate the baby and kid items provided. We will be back!

Beautiful panoramic view of Clearlake, regardless of the weather conditions. The house has all the amenities for a turnkey weekend. The wraparound deck is a wonderful feature. It must be nice to bbq in the summer. A lot of good hikes in the area are just a short drive away. It was nice to return home at night to relax, a perfect getaway for this holiday weekend.

Beautiful condo in a stunningly beautiful location. Simy was a wonderful host with clear and quick communication and very helpful. The hot tub with an ocean view was something else and I’ll be recommending this spot to friends and family in future.

Beautiful home with fun art and eclectic retro beach vibe. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay, was warm and cozy with the fireplace. There’s plenty of room for 6 in 3 private bedrooms, plus there’s also a sofa bed in one of the two separate living room areas. Beautiful, serene and peaceful location and views. Lots of dear, frogs and geese roaming around, we could hear seals while we were enjoying the hot tub (which was hot and ready to go when we arrived)! 😊 This was a girls trip for 3 friends age 55-ish and we loved everything about it… we had foggy weather most of the trip- but still beautiful! We had a massage therapist (Rebekah at fruition wellness is amazing!!) come to the house and set up in the master bedroom, what a treat. Just a 5 min drive to downtown Mendocino. Great house, don’t hesitate to book it!

Wow- What A View! was exactly as described, a great deal, and very enjoyable. We arrived after dark and had no issues finding the location and entering using the lock box key. We were able to bring our dog (loved this) and used the provided sheets to protect furniture. My absolute favorite part was the view from the kitchen and living rooms and the convenient walking distance to the ocean. We happened to be there at the same time as a storm and were able to witness some truly memorable waves. We ate at a few recommended restaurants in town and were also able to cook a few meals in. We played board games and enjoyed some time away from the hustle and bustle of life. Truly a great birthday present. Thank you!!

John’s space was exquisitely arranged with everything we needed. We appreciated access to the beautiful grounds that exuded peace and serenity! This space was appropriately called a sanctuary. John was available when we needed him, but provided us with privacy throughout our stay. We had basic breakfast foods provided and a well-functioning kitchenette. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you, John, for sharing your joy with us and others in this way!

Brian and Lenie provided an exceptionally clean and inviting home full of amenities from a hot tub, outdoor fireplace and grill, to beach towels and beach umbrella. Closets and shelves are labeled to help know where things are and belong. The mattresses were very comfortable which is always an extra bonus. The location is surrounded by a beautiful redwood forest with easy on and off access to the major highway. Brian and Lenie were easy to connect with. I will definitely be booking another stay at their place.

My family and I had a fun, cozy stay here over Christmas. Enjoyed the hot tub, cooking in the kitchen, comfy beds with nice-quality linens, and the mellow Mendocino vibe. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Jennifer and Amy!
