Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Vi hade en jättefin vistelse i Florens! Lägenheten var superfin och området var trevligt. Enkelt att gå in till centrala stan. Enkel check in! Vi är supernöjda!

We spent a week in Martinas apartment and had a perfect stay. It's close to the station, which allowed trips to Siena and Lucca. It's just outside the most touristy area but still within a 10-15 min walk to everything in Florence. The cosy street has good restaurants and sandwich joints visited by locals and at reasonable prices lower than the city center. It was a nice secure feeling in the late evening to enter the closed area and the apartment. Supermarket just around the corner. Martina's instructions were very clear. People mention some noise from the hoster next door. We did not experience any of that. We would come back next time we are in Florence.

This place was the perfect location to get to and from all the sites we planned to see and walk to. Her cozy apartment had everything that was needed for our short stay. The neighbourhood was friendly and it was quiet at night. As our second stop on our vacation, this set the standards high for our other stops and stays. We would recommend this Airbnb to other future travellers.

Nos encantó. Él alojamiento de Filippo, Amanda y Chili fue todo lo que esperamos. Cercano al centro de Florencia, a restaurantes y con muy buen acceso a transporte público. La habitación es limpia, la cama cómoda y el apartamento cuenta con una terraza con una vista sorprendente. Adicional a esto, cuentan con lavadora, imprescindible para viajes de varios días. Filippo y Amanda estuvieron atentos a nosotros a lo largo de la estadía, amigables y muy respetuosos y Chili, su perrito, una preciosidad. Muy recomendable, volveríamos de nuevo.

Appartamento facile da raggiungere e con la fermata del pullman vicino per raggiungere il centro. Zona tranquilla e con parcheggi a pagamento o riservati ai residenti, ma Alessandro ci ha consigliato un parcheggio gratuito lì vicino. Appartamento comodo e provvisto di cucina. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto indicazioni e suggerimenti sulla zona e si cosa visitare. Consigliatissimo e torneremo!

abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte per un concerto al Nelson mandela forum. posizione ottima ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni c'è di tutto..pizzerie, ristoranti, super mercati, bar ecc. l'appartamento è molto pulito e ben tenuto, non manca nulla. Vanna è stata molto carina nel farcelo trovare già riscaldato, cosa non scontata con altri host. consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort. in più il centro di Firenze è poco distante, con la macchina o con i mezzi di trasporto. se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben vom 24. - 29. März zu zweit Saras Unterkunft bewohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden, liegt aber nicht mitten im Touristen-Gewimmel. Tatsächlich fanden wir die Wohnung noch schöner als auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie ist sehr umsichtig und individuell eingerichtet, es macht Spaß, darin zu wohnen. Lediglich für die Terrasse war es noch zu kalt. Ein Traum war auch der kleine, wunderschöne Garten, den man aus den Fenstern sehen konnte - auch wenn er nicht zur Wohnung gehört. Man kommt vom Flughafen sehr gut mit der Tram zum Bahnhof, von dort ist man in etwa 15 Minuten in der Unterkunft. Die Fahrt kostet nur 1,70 €! In der Straße gibt es kleine Geschäfte, einen Obst-und Gemüseladen, Bäcker, Fleischer, Eisladen, Süßwarenladen, mehrere Restaurants, einen Supermarkt um die Ecke und vor allem das legendäre "Trattoria Sabatino", das uns restlos begeistert hat. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Sara unkompliziert erreichbar. DANKE!

Our stay at Barbara’s Airbnb in Florence was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and warm personality made our experience even more special. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. We truly appreciated her local recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. She even helped us when we had an injury. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Este alojamiento se caracteriza por la armoniosodad, limpieza y EXCELENTE ubicación. No tuvimos que utilizar el transporte público para ir a las atracciones más famosas, todo nos quedaba entre 10 y 15 minutos a pie. Para llegar solo fue necesario tomar el tranvia desde el aeropuerto, caminamos algunas cuadras y listo!... justo a unos pasos de la Catedral de Santa Maria del Fiore. Eva en todo momento se mostró atenta, amable y muy precisa para dar indicaciones. Sin duda regresaria a este lugar.

O espaço é exatamente igual ao mostrado nas fotos, tudo muito limpo! Até mesmo as cafeteiras moka estavam limpas! Cozinha bem equipada. Aquecedor e ar condicionado funcionando super bem e a maquina de lavar e secar roupas foi de grande utilidade. A Sabrina foi super gentil a todo momento, tirando nossas duvidas e respondendo rapidamente. A localização é excelente, tem de tudo perto desde restaurantes, mercado, cafeterias até mesmo os pontos turísticos. Adoramos o local e voltaríamos em uma próxima oportunidade!

The terrace is absolutely magical! One of the highlights of our trip was just sitting out there and looking out at Florence. The stairs are rough, but it’s worth it. Book it!!!

Prachtige omgeving, zeer goede uitvalsbasis om de chianti streek te ontdekken of een mooie hike te maken. Klein dorpje met supermarkt in de buurt. Heerlijk privé terras met prachtig uitzicht. Zeer groot en comfortabel zwembad aanwezig. Daarnaast is massimo ontzettend aardig en biedt hij veel diensten aan. Wij zouden deze airbnb absoluut aanraden!

We stayed in the house for 6 days. We had a great time and lovely experience. Monica and her Husband welcomed us and were very helpful. We even forgot to buy eggs and they gave us of their own. The place is very private and you have a beautiful private big garden with stunning view. We ate breakfast outside in front of the mountains every day. Great spot if you want the peace and quiet of the Tuscan mountains but also want to be in a strategic position to visit the nearby city’s like Pisa, Siena and Florence. We even went on a hike one day in San Casciano and it was beautiful. Driving to the house is quite challenging with winding roads, so be prepared. Try and come as close to check in so you drive first time still during the light. The house has a lovely warm feel to it, with a Tuscan design aswell as clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying in Benedetta’s little house! We had everything we needed to feel at home. It’s a beautiful location with plenty to explore a relatively short drive away – Florence, Siena, etc. And right by the house you’ll find a winery, trails, and beautiful scenery. It was the perfect start to our Italy trip, and we would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful location. The location is so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s even real. Marcello was so kind, gave us recommendations on all the best places to go, how to get around, and always quickly answered all of our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in a bind and needed some support. Best host ever! Kitchen is very well stocked with all might you need. I highly recommend Marcello’s place if you want a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Thank you Marcello, we can’t wait to come back!

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!
