The home was just as described and close to the family we were visiting. The home has a cozy, welcoming feel the moment you walk in the door with comfortable furnishings. Penny even put up a small Christmas tree and other tasteful Christmas touches for our Christmas time visit. She is very responsive and answered any questions promptly. We enjoyed being out of town and will likely return next time we are in Indiana. Country Home is a perfect name for this property.

This is our fourth time coming here, and it’s been incredible every single year. We love having Thanksgiving here with our best friends, and this location is perfect for our growing families!

We loved this place. Clean, modern, well stocked, and comfortable. We especially loved peaceful setting and the view out the back overlooking the wooded ravine with great bird watching. We saw a piliated woodpecker as well as a red headed woodpeckers up close and personal. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very usable. Joanne provided nice quality linens and towels. Our hosts could not have done a better job of responding to our needs while respecting our privacy. We specifically came to visit Turkey Run State Park which did not disappoint although the trails can be quite icy and challenging in the winter. We also toured a bit to see the many covered bridges in the area. The restaurants in Rockville were good even during this lowest of seasons for visitors.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Photos do not do this place justice its absolutely beautiful. Additionally, this was a fully stocked kitchen trashbags, paper towels and coffee it was so nice not having to run to the store immediately. The layout is awesome and the lake view is gorgeous. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

Great place with small town appeal. Very clean and well maintained. A bit of a drive to Purdue but we had no problems getting an Uber to and from. Would definitely stay again!

Megan's place is a very beautiful rustic style cabin with modern appliances. Both bathrooms are modernized with a rustic feel. The multi-jet shower upstairs was great! My husband and my mom stayed with me and the main level bedroom/bathroom combo just off the kitchen was perfect for my elderly mom. The details throughout the cabin are impeccable. From hand carved wooden hinges to beautiful displays of antiques and an array of taxidermy, I could tell this cabin was built with love and very well maintained. Megan is a fantastic host and made sure our stay met our needs. She is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Megan's place for anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Megan, for making us feel at home!

The host Maggie was absolutely wonderful! I, along with my workers loved the home, property and location! The three bedroom, two bathroom spacious home was perfect. The endless hot water and fireplace made our stay extraordinary!! I would highly recommend this ABNB!!!
