We enjoyed the location. Being 2-3kms out of Cowes meant it was quiet but easy to walk into town for a coffee or food. The bedrooms were spacious enough and all the beds were large and comfortable. There’s a nice covered area in the backyard for enjoying a bbq and dinner, or fire. Having two bathrooms was helpful, although one is quite small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was comfortable with 6-7A, 2C and 2 dogs.

Great spot, particularly the back year, firepit and backyard area which is excellent for groups. Bedrooms are all very nice, with a nice exterior bungalow for additional guests. Really close by to Somers Beach, and a short drive from Flinders Beach and the town of Hastings for nice restaurants and fish and chips Definitely recommended!

The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

Will’s airbnb is exactly what we needed to just relax! The secluded beach just a very quick 2 minute walk and super relaxing hearing the waves and birds from the house! The fireplace was a favourite also!

Our family of mixed ages like the "vibe" of this older house. The layout of rooms worked for us and the front yard was a very pleasant play area for children. We wondered about only one bathroom and one separate toilet but somehow it worked. Mosquitoes can be an issue. The main bedroom was spacious. The key thing was the location across the road from the beach and on a relatively quiet and treed street.

We, a family of 10, stayed at Alfred's place for 2N/3D, and had a positive experience overall. Alfred was super-quick in his communications and responses to our queries, the house was clean and well-maintained and matched to the pictures posted. The internet speed was excellent, but we had to reach out to the host to get the right password, as the one listed wasn't working. Also, If you plan to cook, just ensure that you carry some cooking oil with you, as it wasn't provided (though was listed in the amenities). Even though we stayed during the holiday period, I must say, the price is a bit on the higher side. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place for a large family gathering to have a great time.

Beautiful home and view! Made use of the tennis court and the spa which were the highlight. Furry son loved exploring the backyard too. Sad to leave!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is so peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is tastefully decorated and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat. The amenities were fantastic —everything we could have possibly needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to linen and towels. The kids especially loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the outdoor area. It’s clear that Mauro really cares about their guests' comfort, as everything was thoughtfully arranged. We had everything we needed for a stress-free, enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place for a little getaway, cosy, tidy and very comfortable. Ashlea was always quick to respond to questions and sent us to all the right places for delicious food. She also took us through a yoga class ( a first for me) and had such a great time. The sauna and cold plunge were a real treat also. Would reccomend to anybody looking for a relaxing get away

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

The house was excellent, with space and bedrooms for the two couples and three singles staying over the week. Thank you for the dog friendly environment. With the dog park behind, it was relaxing and convenient for us all. The pool and games room were well used. We all liked the window opening onto the outdoor area. Thanks, Carmel Ritchie

This house was incredible, words can’t describe how lovely it was. The views were amazing. It was well stocked with absolutely everything you need. We loved that it was only a 10 min walk to the Pub, cafes and beach and that our furry friend could holiday with us too. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation and would love to return.

We had a lovely week at Somers, walks on the beach, coffee at the general store. The house was lovely, and it was great to emerge from the backyard to the beach - quite some steps though. Pool was good for a quick dip and play. We enjoyed the view - sitting inside (storms) or drying off after a swim. Our doggie was welcomed with treats. Lots of lovely art and an admiral beachcombing collection makes you feel at home.

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the close proximity to wineries. The house is lovely and beds very comfortable with good quality linen and bedding which made for great sleeping! Living and dining area super comfortable, and also loved the outdoor deck. Perfect for a girls weekend or a family getaway. Great value too!

A really nice place to live and I will recommend to all my friends if they visit the island. I specifically like the decoration and furnitures of the house. The hoster was super friendly and prepared all the things we requested for a nice stay.

Felt like staying with family, the house has everything. No detail was spared. The bath towels are soft and fluffy, the cupboards are full of games for the family to play, the Coffee machine was stocked with enough pods for our whole stay.

Stayed as a family of 6 including 2 children. Location was in a quiet residential street, and only a 5 minute drive to the Cowes main centre. The house was a great size and having two bathrooms helped with the number of people. An enjoyable weekend! Thanks Jeremy and Hazel!

We had a last minute booking for a week at Simon's place. We were two grandparents with our son and his two children and our Cavoodle. The days were wonderfully occupied with the beach not far away, a beautiful native garden and a half basketball court which we used to play pickle ball! Plus a good table tennis table! Inside there were so many board games which absorbed the children's attention at night. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only detraction were the mattresses which were not comfortable. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute as we had a very enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings.

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

We recently stayed at "Twin Beaches" in Cowes, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail that made this property stand out. The location is perfect – tucked away in a peaceful spot but still just a short stroll to both beaches and the vibrant town centre. The home itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area was ideal for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring the island. We especially loved the outdoor deck area, which was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. The garden was a lovely space for the kids to play, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable

Barry’s place is exactly as pictured and has many comfy touches for a fantastic beach stay. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the house itself is very comfortable with two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans and everything you’ll need to easily self cater. We stayed during a very hot weekend and the west facing bedrooms were very warm, but the living room does have ac. The backyard is fenced for a dog (supervised) and great for little people and dogs to explore. Would love to stay again.
