We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

We had a lovely stay. Quiet, cosy and clean, perfect to explore the Isle of Wight. Would absolutely stay again :-)

The place is stunning it is very close to the railway but the noise is minimal. There’s some amazing places to eat close by and dog friendly too. There’s market was amazing and we will definitely come back again if the place is free xx

Matthew’s house is a stunning period townhouse which ticked every box for us. We loved seeing the original features retained such as the exposed beams! Everything was super clean and tidy and we found everything we needed as the house is very well equipped. Lovely little touches for us on arrival which were a nice surprise. The house is perfectly located for visiting Beaulieu town and walks in the area - we would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back soon! Thanks Matthew.

Brilliant 4 night stay at Crossroads. It felt like a home from home - with everything we could ask for and more. Communication was great, and the house was even nicer than the photos. The little touches like food essentials were really appreciated after a long journey too. Will definitely return.

A really cute and cozy place for upto 4 people. You have the entire place to yourselves and the house has every amenity you would need. The kitchen is fabulous, there's TVs in every bedroom and bonus points for having a cool selection of DVDs if you're all staying in like we did. The view in front of the house is also really beautiful - you get to see the creek. In summers I suppose this would be even more beautiful. It's a very quiet area and we had a really nice time here.

Yvonne was a lovely host and provided good communication. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House - it is a lovely house on the beach, clean, well equipped for our needs. Fortunately we also had good weather and were able to explore the IOW on the bikes we hired. The only suggestion I would make is for some allocated parking nearer by that would make it easier for residents to access the house. Otherwise, thank you for the enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic three nights here. The photos don't do it justice. It was immaculate, spotlessly clean. I don't think that I have been to a let that was so well equipped. Location wise, it's perfect, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the cathedral and town centre. We also enjoyed great walking in the Downs around Goodwood racecourse, a stroll along West Wittering beach and walk around Arundel. It was incredibly quiet, although this was probably helped by the fact that the road was closed a bit further down due to roadworks. Not that we were complaining. It was wonderful listening to the cathedral bells from the garden on Sunday morning. Lynn is a terrific host. She was really quick to respond to communications and sorted out our digital visitor parking vouchers. Not only that but she was extremely helpful in getting a coat posted back to one of our party who had left it in a cupboard on departure. Thoroughly recommend.

Had a great weekend staying in isle of wight for a wedding. House was very big and spacious and great value for a large group with a well equipped kitchen. Location is great, about 5 mins from main area in Cowes / the ferry. Claire was very responsive to messages and accommodating in allowing us to adjust check in/out times based on our requirements.

Lovely house, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is centrally located and only a few mins stroll from shops, restaurants, and the harbour views.

Great place to stay in Chichester. Centre is 10 minutes away. Comfortable, clean, well equipped house.

Beautiful homely stay! So clean and tidy. Had everything we needed & more. Matt sent a brilliant guide book for local recommendations and provided us with a complimentary parking permit for our stay! Everything was perfect (even the weather, not that we can thank Matt directly for that but made our winter stay even more perfect ☀️) Highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. Matt was super helpful and responsive on the one occasion we needed to contact him (to help us log into Netflix) he had approved our evening request within minutes! Matt kept in touch to ensure everything was going smoothly which it was. We had a wonderful relaxing and well deserved girls weekend away and Matts home made it possible ❤️

We had a great stay here. A lovely spacious townhouse with wonderful sea views and direct access to the beach. Would return for sure.

Perfect place to stay for a shirt-term break. Ours was not normal season but all the same plenty to do. Property was very central and incredibly comfortable

Very nice house with 4 separete bedrooms. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled and fully equipped. Very welcoming and with some fruit and snacks provide to us . Top value. Only backdraw perhaps is the shabby neighbour house. /Magnus, Olle, Peter and Janne from Sweden

beautiful house, stunning decor throughout, not the normal 'sterile' places you can book, it is filled with thought and attention to detail. Great location, so close to the Historic Docklands and great bars and cafes.

We had a great time at Donna’s place. Donna was very responsive from the get go and answered all my queries proactively. We had no issues at check in and all rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen space was great, we loved the dining room table for morning breakfast. We had a great time at Palermo Villa. It's beautifully decorated and the perfect location for exploring Southsea Common, the seafront and some lovely Portsmouth bars and restaurants. Nicola is a great host, quick to respond to messages and the house is spotless! Highly recommend.

Stay was lovely home away from home. Can be a little noisy at night as it’s near some pubs and restaurants and the windows are only single glazed but these are things that cannot be changed due to location and type of building, I am used to the silence of the countryside at night so I am more aware of noise than others would be. Overall a great house and we would definitely stay again.
