Our group had a blast staying here, just a few steps down out the back gate to the beach was great, very quiet section of shoreline compared to some other areas. Amazing kitchen for cooking and we really enjoyed using the outdoor charcoal grill for cooking local meats and the multiple dining areas. We spent a lot of the time in the pool and it truly felt like a private paradise. Great spot for 4 couples with 4 separate King bedroom areas and very comfortable mattress setup. 2 of the additional bedrooms are attached directly to 2 of the main bedrooms so factor that in if you are needing that extra privacy but worked great for our group. The host provided some amazing recommendations for local spots to check out as well. We also utilized the housekeeper Ruth to cook us a big meal and the was one of the highlights of our stay here. very spacious, comfortable and we all felt safe in this area of town. lived having the bikes as well for exploring. We look forward to another stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Carmen’s place, I love this house I would definitely come back. The house is at a perfect location the beach is just steps away from the house and so is 5th avenue. Carmen is always very flexible and very responsive. GREAT LOCATION!! 100% recommend!!

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Raul’s house in Playa del Carmen! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was fantastic—perfect for cooling off during the day and relaxing in the sun. The rooftop was truly magical, offering breathtaking views and an ideal spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. The location couldn’t have been better, with countless delicious food options just a short walk away, making it so easy to explore the local scene. The house itself was spotless, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that Raul takes great care of the place—it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with Raul was seamless; he was responsive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to booking this house again for our next trip to Playa.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, hay un supermercado cerca y está cerca del centro de Playa y de la carretera federal que conecta a todo el estado. Ideal si van en auto. El fraccionamiento es muy familiar y tranquilo, las personas de seguridad fueron muy amables. La casa está muy bien equipada para hacer la estancia cómoda. La comunicación siempre fue puntual y muy clara. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda alguna.

Had a wonderful month returning to Villa Selva . This is our second time spending a month and it was fantastic. Paul is a super host , always responsive and clear in his communication. The place is exactly as pictured and described . It has everything you need for a long or short stay. Well situated within walking distance of restaurants , dive shops and the larger grocery stores. A very short walk to the water. The pool is such a bonus as is the outdoor sitting area. Rodrigo and his team looking after the property are exceptional, proactive and responsive. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous everyone was. We will be back .

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Very nice stay- loved sitting by the pool for breakfast surrounded by mature plants and occasionally seeing hummingbirds. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Beds comfortable, hot water and cozy. Norman was responsive to questions and responded quickly.

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

Marco is charming and had tons of information for us as travelers. He provided some lovely welcome drinks and answered all of our questions promptly. The grounds were great. I loved the gardens, which were pretty, and the pool, which was clean and serviced during our stay. The house itself was airy, light, and breezy. We found the beds quite comfortable. And the towels were replaced frequently. The kitchen had dishes, coffee maker, blender, and pots and pans for preparing food. There were some extremely sweet cats on property, but they are not allowed in the house, so that should not be a problem for anyone with animal allergies.

We had a delightful stay at this property. It’s conveniently located near a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. While not directly in the heart of town, it’s just a short drive to Fifth Avenue and the Mall of the Americas. The private pool was the highlight of our stay, and there’s a beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and some extras, ensuring we had a great breakfast and snacks before embarking on our city exploration and visits to the Xacaret parks. The area appears secure and peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, promptly addressing our questions and requests.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The manager (Ksenia) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and well prepared for all of our needs. You can see that extra thought was taken to make sure we had all our needs taken care. Plenty of cold drinking water prepared. Very private, safe and great location. Plenty of space. The outdoor spaces have lots of plants that add to the natural feeling. Beautiful views from the top floor porch. A very short walk to the water. Includes a parking place. Air conditioning and fans kicks in very quick. Only negative, is that some of the furniture is older, and could be replaced, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful time!! Would definitely come here again!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

We had a great stay at Casa Vista! Orane clearly communicated all of the needed details and even arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. The pool and hot tub were lovely and cleaned daily. It was great to have an outdoor grill. We went fishing and were able to grill up our fresh Mahi Mahi! The bug mister in the back yard is a nice touch, but I’d still pack your bug spray. The beach was beautiful, quiet and just a short walk away. The pool table, video games and karaoke machine were a huge hit with all ages. It was great to have something to entertain us when it was raining. The AC worked really well and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of minor hiccups while we were there, but the property manager was extremely responsive and acted quickly to get them fixed. We left a few small suggestions (like it would be nice to have a toaster and the safes didn’t work), but overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay there again! Maison bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un secteur paisible et sécuritaire, avec bonne connexion Internet et à distance raisonnable de marche pour faire l’épicerie. Je la recommande vivement. L’hôte était réceptif et répondait rapidement à nos messages. Il nous a trouvé 2 parcs de bébé. Les lits étaient confortables. La piscine à 2 niveaux était à proximité et idéale pour nos enfants. Durant notre séjour de 3 sem., nous avons utilisé les services de Maria, la femme de ménage. Elle a fait un excellent travail autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons utilisé la carte d’accès au Reef Club mais je ne le conseille pas si vous avez de jeunes enfants. Le resort est loin (30 min) et petit, sans attrait pour les enfants. Pour boire ou manger, il faut acheter un livret de coupons à 100 US qu’il faut dépenser le jour même. Nous avons préféré acheter des DayPass au Iberostar situé à 10 min. Seule déception, nous étions loin de tout... loin de la 5e avenue, des restos et de la plage.

An amazingly beautiful property. The architecture and design of the home was incredible. The backyard was like a dream. So many trees and vegetation. The house is full of plants which added so much to the gorgeous character of the home. It was less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and you walk by mayan ruins to get there. Private, peaceful, quiet area that is tucked away from the crowds but is walking distance to tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. There is quite a lot of wildlife that walks back and forth across the backyard. Coatis, capybaras, raccoons. They were fun to see but would sometimes leave messes behind. The pool and spa are not heated so it got a little chilly in late March but that didn’t deter my kids from swimming daily. We also really appreciated the giant purified water jug and pump and a cleaner that came every few days. Magical place, would stay again!!
