Stop looking and book this! Safe, private and peaceful. We loved our stay here and were sad to leave. It is even better than the photos. The jungle setting was so peaceful and had so much wildlife, which thrilled our family. The hosts are great communicators and attentive. No issues with directions or check-in. All rules are reasonable and easy to follow. Location felt safe and secure. We had rented a car and the location was absolutely perfect for all the activities on our itinerary. Cenotes, beach, snorkeling, restaurants and stores just a short trip away. This Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for and did not disappoint. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend. We stayed for one week, working remotely and then doing activities over the weekend. The space was exactly what we were looking for: internet worked well, multiple spaces to work from, and a small kitchen. Leydi is very responsive and really friendly. We ended up using the bikes she had available, which were great for a local ride. If you want to bike the 40 mile loop, I’d recommend getting hybrid bikes (which is what we did). Overall fantastic and would stay again.

It was so nice to stay there and they were so open about letting us have friends over throughout the entire month. The only thing I’ll say is it could be loud with the little ranch next door, but I was also sleeping in till like 10 so makes sense haha

Le logement est propre. Je m’y suis sentie en sécurité. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Vous avez un supermarché (chedraui) à 10 minutes à pied et une laverie à 5 minutes. Si vous êtes étranger, n’hésitez pas à demander l’adresse exacte avant votre arrivée et/ou le contacte de la personne qui vous accueillera. Dans mon cas, il n’a pas été évident de trouver le logement.

I absolutely loved staying here and would absolutely book again, if the opportunity presented itself. The guest house has everything you need to feel right at home, the pool area is clean and welcoming, and the neighborhood is lively and close proximity to grocery/parks/restaurants, etc. Karla was flexible with me on the check-in time, and was extremely responsive. 10/10 recommend. I loved my one month stay at this airbnb and the family who runs it are wonderful, decent people . It is a safe, quiet and comfortable option and I highly recommend it!

excellente pension, avec une chambre très mignonne, salle de bain privative et des agréables espaces communs. En plus la maison donne sur un petit parc tres agrable, lui meme proche a pied du centre et des tout ce dont on a besoin a PDC. Je recommande absolument !

Nos gustó la ubicación, la atención de jazmin, el fácil acceso al apartamento, las camas y cosas muy cómodo. Solo tenía un poco de olor a humedad o a desagüe apenas entrabas

We had a great stay at the loft of casa Darcy for our week scuba diving in Cozumel. The location was perfect. Easy walk to great restaurants and grocery stores. We were very comfortable and appreciated the outside rinse area and place to hang our gear.

Had a wonderful stay and was very happy with the apartment. It was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.

We stay at a lot of Airbnb’s and very few of them stand out as Hacienda Xcaret. The owners father lives onsite and was incredibly gracious and kind, always responsive to our many questions and even offered to grab us supplies when he ran to town for himself. There are very limited options for dining nearby so prepare to purchase groceries so you don’t find yourself a hangry mama on Sunday morning when you realize the only breakfast spot nearby is closed! We wouldhave been in quite a bind but Skip offered to allow me to raid his fridge and the eggs and bacon he provided saved this mamas day! It is quite far from pretty much everything, but that was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to the park that we attended was a huge plus. The grounds are absolutely incredible and you can see the love and care that has been put into their design. I do wish we had decided to rent a car to be able to explore more of the area, but we were perfectly happy to spend our time enjoying the property.

What a great oasis! It was so nice to have two outdoor spaces to enjoy ... the covered upper patio was lovely and it was great to have sun loungers available. I enjoyed the plunge pool several times a day. Unit was 12 min walk to 2 large grocery stores and 15 min to the tourist area.
