My family and I came here from Massachusetts. I grew up near here and wanted to show them. At the same time we chose the same week as the WV State Fair. Rick’s farmhouse was perfect! It’s a lovely, updated house in a rural, rustic setting and we loved it! The private pool and lake took this rental to the next level! In the evenings we cooked on the grill, sat on the porch and listened to music and the played games and put Lego sets together. A very quiet, peaceful vacation!

Rebecca’s place was perfect and she was very accommodating with check in, we’ve stayed a few times now and will absolutely be back soon!

The cabin was just what my husband and I needed for a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway! From the moment we got there, the feelings of rest, relaxation, and restoration were there from the comfy reclining chairs in the living room next to the gas fireplace to the king size master bed with a walk-in dual waterfall shower to the hot tub with privacy screens! Deborah was very attentive and quick to respond to any needs, and she gave many great recommendations! Enjoy brunch at Old Oak Cafe before exploring the Booker T Washington National Monument or shopping at Mama Ann’s Gifts & Goodies! Enjoy delicious ice cream at Homestead Creamery or take a quick drive over to Roanoke to see the Roanoke Star, Optimus Prime Statue, and Mini Graceland while enjoying ice cream from Blue Cow Ice Cream! Even though the house is right off the road, it’s located down a back road that’s very quiet, so you never heard any traffic noise. Thanks for making our trip so wonderful, Ms. Deborah!

What a fun place with so many amenities! We wanted a quiet couples getaway off season so didn’t need all the space or amenities but couldn’t be happier with our choice. The house was so spacious and comfy. It was vey clean and the kitchen is a dream. The back porch was just amazing. Even in winter, with the space heater and the sun shining in, it wasn’t too cold to enjoy. Every where you look there is a cool feature or comfort to enhance your experience. We can’t wait to come back in warmer months with the family to enjoy the dock and all the rest. There will easily be something for everyone and space to breathe, even with our whole tribe. We were also so impressed with how kind and attentive Stephanie was as a host. We could not recommend this place more and look forward to visiting again and again. This was the perfect weekend getaway! The house is beautiful - the charm of an older house with all the modern amenities. The house was spotlessly clean, beds comfy, and kitchen well stocked. The views from the house were stunning 360 degrees around. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We plan to come back next year!

Great location for visiting the area and fascinated by the historic elements of the house. That said, loved the gas fireplace during this winter stay!

Fred’s place was worth the ratings I gave. We were in the area looking to buy retirement him and only stayed one night, but would definitely stay at this property again. Very nice home for any length of stay at the lake. Thank you! Dave and Traci

The house was great for our Christmas Holiday. There was enough space to allow us to spread out and yet still be connected. The bedrooms were well situated and allowed each of us to have a quiet night's sleep. Also had the right number of bathrooms for our group. I especially liked having the ability to sit around the indoor fireplace with a fire burning and a Christmas tree in the corner. The neighborhood was great for a stroll with the kids. All-in-all this was a great location for our family reunion and Beth was very responsive to all the questions we had before and during our trip.

Birgit is a wonderful host and her place is spacious, easy to find, clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful mountain view from the back patio!

The Sunflower Suite is a wonderful space! It is cozy and feels like home. We especially enjoyed the fireplace. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the entire apartment is clean and inviting. Patricia and Gene are kind and hospitable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Christiansburg.

Had a brief but great stay. Very convenient to everywhere in the Radford area!

We have stayed at Home Sweet Home many times. Chyrel and her husband have always been kind, courteous, friendly and helpful every time. The place is clean, quiet and convenient for our needs. We would highly recommend staying here.👍👍

Words can not express how amazing my stay was. First the location of the apartment is in the cutest little town , like something out of a hallmark movie. The host left clear instructions on how to get in and even left the lights on for me because arrived late at night. When I opened the door to the place it not only looked like the photos but even better in person! The place was clean, had all the amenities one would need for a stay and it was cozy, modern and I felt right at home. Even when I had to extend my stay the host was helpful and responded with a timely manner with the updated pricing, Pamela was also responsive and such a kind person to have as a host. I would definitely recommend this stay for future guest!
