Great location for visiting Seaham sea front and all the new bars and restaurants. Great room, clean, tidy and comfortable. Have stayed here before

We had a really great stay at Josephine's, it's in a great location and Josephine has lots of local recommendations. The room was a good size, clean and had more amenities than expected! (Kettle, tea, fridge)

#16 is the perfect place to stay when exploring Seaham. It is clean and cozy, close to the beaches, and it is walkable to several local restaurants. We have visited multiple times, and it never disappoints. Thank you Dave for another wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at No. 16 and we will definitely be back. My children really enjoyed looking on the beach for sea glass they didn’t want to leave. There is lots to do and all within walkable distance.

What a brilliant place! Kim her communication and instructions were great, the room spacious with a very comfortable bed and the ensuite bathroom sparkling clean. Great set-up with a communal kitchen/dining/lounge, a Lidl across the road and a variety of take-aways very closeby. Very highly recommend!

Only stayed for a night, but room had all the amenities needed and more. I had an early start before a bike race and so found the fridge and microwave in the room very helpful to cook my own dinner and breakfast. Room was generally clean and well maintained, and Vikki was very helpful and responsive to my questions, with checkin/out being straightforward. I would highly recommend and would stay again. We actually got upgraded to the Bungalow next to the cabin, but if the cabin is presented anything like the bungalow it would be gorgeous. Every detail was carefully put together. It felt homely and cosy. No corners had been cut. It was beautifully decorated and accessorized. We were extremely comfortable and relaxed staying there. Thanks Del!

Lovely caravan - easy check-in with lockbox, and parking space next to caravan. Lots of extra thoughtful touches inside that made it feel very home-from-home (board games, DVDs, even a jar of biscuits!), extra blankets, lovingly decorated, and the essentials were there too so we could get comfortable straight away (I’ve stayed in some places where there wasn’t even one toilet roll, hand soap, or washing up liquid!) The location was nice, The view out of the lounge window of the sea was lovely, and it’s a short walk to the beach. The site shop etc obviously wasn’t open as it’s out of season, but local shops are a short drive away. Two toilets is a lifesaver with children. The two doors into the main bathroom from the hall and the master bedroom gave us a giggle as I thought it was a cupboard - remember to lock both doors if using the main toilet haha! But space-wise, it is a clever idea. Midday checkout was really useful too, less rush! Would definitely stay again, thanks for having us!

The room and facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet so it was straightforward getting a good nights' sleep. The property was a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop with ample local shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. Cramlington is close to Newcastle, the coast and the beautiful Northumbrian countryside.

We had a lovely weekend in this little gem of a place. Very easy to find and all major supermarkets a short drive away. No easy walking to a pub which was slightly disappointing. Superb walks at Derwent reservoir and hamsterley forest or from the accommodation itself. Very clean accommodation and not a sound from anything. Great place to unwind and relax. Very comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We loved it and will return.

The stay was comfortable, room was little bit hot, even if they reduced the temperature. I think in Summer this may create problem.

Sharon’s place was lovely and clean, very quiet surroundings. Exactly what we were looking for.

Susie’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing few days away in the countryside. The space was big, with everything we needed, the photos do not do it justice. We had a huge comfortable bed and everything was spotless from top to bottom. We would highly recommend and would love to come back one day.

This property is ideal for people like myself that are conducting business in the area and desire a place to sleep for a reasonable price, that's a local ice cream man all comes past the streets above. (make sure to bring your cash for the ice cream) the location is accessible both via a walking path and a driving one would stay there again.
