Yve’s place was wonderful. It was peaceful and perfect for our group. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. They loved running around off leash for a few days. Would highly recommend Yve’s listing to anyone looking for a place around Havelock or Newport.

Such a welcoming home! This was our 4th rental home in ONC and our favorite so far. The location is perfect; near the little beach, a short walk to the park, playground, and harbor. And with views of the water, too! Our kiddo loved the game room and we loved the porch, ideal for rocking and relaxing. All while being pup friendly. THANK YOU! We hope to visit again sometime!

This is a lovely house. Very spacious, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ice machine might need to be fixed. Lovely safe neighborhood and very pet friendly. We will back, we had a fabulous time. Thank you 🥰

We cannot say enough positive things about Christie's place! We were traveling about 2 hours to get there and knew we would arrive late. She already had the lights on for us and the door unlocked with very easy instructions for check-in. She has everything well stocked in her house that you could need as well! Forgot your razor? She has a disposable one! Forgot medicine for your headache? Need a quick snack or drink? Craving a piece of candy? Didn't bring your mouthwash? No worries, Christie has it all!! Not to mention she was quick to respond with any questions, and just a lovely person overall. The house was clean, adorably furnished, and we loved learning about the history of the building. It's in a very convenient location to downtown and we walked everywhere. We will definitely be back in the future and hope to stay at Christie's again!

There are not enough words to adequately describe how much we appreciated this place. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, the wildlife are fun to watch and we felt home away from home. The dock was nice to enjoy. Being able to overlook the city across the river was great too. This location is close enough to everything that you can be downtown New Bern within minutes, but far enough away to be peaceful. The bed is super comfortable! The shower is perfect. Kitchen amenities are exactly what you need for a getaway, complete with spices (which we have found are scarce in some locations). If you’re looking for all the things that are important - peaceful, serene, things to do nearby - THIS IS IT!

Great stay at Jean’s place. The Fairport Harbour location is safe, has plenty of activities including a fitness center, hot tub, pool and marina. Streets are beautifully kept, walkable and peaceful. Friendly neighbors. What a gem!

Can’t say enough for Jennifer and James’ accommodations. Such a beautiful retreat for someone looking for a “road less traveled”. Greeted by fresh brownies (how could you say no?), a pristine living space and proactive host/hostess, everything just fit well. It was a much needed and private retreat with close vicinity to everything, a great outdoor area as well as indoor and price was amazing! We will definitely be stopping by again the next time we’re in the New Bern area!

Great cozy place to stay. Bath and kitchen very well supplied. Comfy bed and furniture. Everything makes you feel right at home. Easy in and out location with downtown a quick drive away. Would certainly stay here again.

Loved, loved this place. We are already talking about our next stay. Only minor concern as lighting for the stairs, but we worked that out with our phone flashlights. We definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Julie’s Airbnb in New Bern! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like a dream, and Julie went the extra mile by leaving out treats for us—a lovely touch! The community itself had so much to offer. We loved how close the harbor was, especially since our friend, whom we were visiting, had a boat docked there. The amenities were fantastic, with tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool, and a gym that opened at 8:00 AM, complete with a well-equipped workout room. It was a delight having these options nearby. While it was just a 15-minute drive to downtown New Bern, there were plenty of great restaurants even closer. Julie also provided excellent suggestions for dining and activities, which we greatly appreciated. And let’s not forget the stellar Wi-Fi—a huge plus for staying connected. We genuinely had no complaints—just a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you, Julie, for making our visit so special. Hig

We enjoyed our stay at Momo’s Condo! Sandra was a great host! She was easy to get a hold of and sent out specific instructions on where to find things! The place was super cute and clean and we enjoyed sitting on the patio, watching tv, and walking to the rec center for some fun activities! Thanks for being such a great host Sandra!

The studio apartment is in a peaceful location yet 15-20 minutes to downtown New Bern. I found it to be an easy jumping off point for tourism and, in my case, house-hunting. A clean, inviting place with all the basic amenities.

Will absolutely be back! Being born and raised from New Bern it was so much fun staying downtown. While we were there to get my mother settled back at her house - being able to unwind at this beautiful location with the great views was wonderful. Robby was so helpful and ensured our check in was smooth and we understood how to get in and out of the building and any other needs we had. Highly recommend this gem of a spot.
