It's my second time staying at this property. Never disappointed. The location is beautiful and isolated, the house instead of perfectly for gathering of close friends and family, and the scenery and atmosphere of the location are unmatched. Also can't forget, Stan is an amazing host.

We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

This was a Great place to stay we enjoyed everything. the balcony was awesome to sit out and watch the deer and list to the river and drink coffee the pictures do no justice of the exterior it sits about 40 yards from the rio grande river you can hear it rolling from the balcony

I stayed for over 20 days and I felt at home from the moment I walked in the front door. Everything was absolutely perfect and spotless. I enjoyed the ability to hunt and fish along with great golfing in the clubhouse was absolutely wonderful. Perfect would be the word to describe this place and the hosts. Thank you guys. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. We had a beautiful view of the mountains to wake up to each morning that set our moods for the day. The place was exactly as advertised and perfect for our trip of 4 adults with plenty of room for additional adults/kids. We brought a few cooking supplies with us but ended up leaving everything packed in the truck since the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Our main purpose for the trip was to ride the Alpine Loop on the Polaris Ranger and there was just enough to park the trailer and the truck in the designated parking area. Awesome communications prior to check-in as well as mid-visit check-in just to make sure everything was going smoothly which we greatly appreciated and no issues with the check-out either. Julie was great to work with and will definitely save this as a favorite!

What can I say! This was probably 1 of the best and nicest AirBnb's that I have ever stayed in. Karla did a great job of staying in touch and was very accessible. Everything in the home was set up so well that I never had to contact her for anything. The facility was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking utensils that one might need. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. I usually have to take extra washcloths with me at other places but not here. I was amazed. Checkout instructions were very clear and definitely not burdensome. I cannot say enough about how well I enjoyed staying in this facility. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering a stay in South Fork Colorado. It is a beautiful place. I will definitely want to try to stay in this place the next time I come to South Fork.

This cabin is phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay. It’s pristine, cozy, and has every amenity you could ask for. It is in such a beautiful location. When we walked in it smelled like juniper and I knew I would love it. We saw elk and even a bobcat just from the deck, and watched a beautiful stream flow right next to us. The fireplaces were so cozy! We stayed during the holidays and they decorated the entire space and put up lights on the cabin. It was the white Christmas feel we wanted for our kids. They loved it and we can’t wait to go back another season. We also brought our dog and they had a lovely dog bed for her, a cookie jar of dog treats…they really have thought of everything. This is the best experience I have had with a place on Air B&B.
