Brilliant place to stay, beautiful views. Lovely host, Heather, great welcome and explained how everything worked, had book with local recommendations. So handy for Culzean Castle and local Ayrshire Coastline and not far from Ayr. Would highly recommend the Sheep Shacks Had a great time

What a wonderful, relaxing week in the most perfect cottage. Location was perfect for walks straight from the house as well as local restaurants. The cottage was so beautifully decorated with absolute everything we could possibly need. The sun lounge and walled garden was an extra bonus. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were allowed a slightly earlier check in which helped us a lot. The caravan was clean and comfortable. Being dog friendly was a massive plus. I can’t say anything negative about our experience.

We had a fantastic time at Rockliffe, helped by sunshine all day long for a week! The hosts, Julian and Theo were very friendly and helpful, they even showed us around their beautiful garden! The bungalow is fabulous, clearly been recently renovated, with excellent facilities, cooker, washing machine, plenty of hot water etc. The beds were very comfortable. There is an outside covered area at the back of the bungalow, completely safe and ideal for leaving bikes, shoes etc. There is a large garden to use, with table for al fresco dining, and lovely lawn with garden chairs, mainly for sun bathing for us! The beach is a short walk away, and it was great to cool off after long hot days! Dave

It was a lovely experience to be in this place feeling like home: the house is spacious, with modern technology, well decorated, very clean, great showers, beds and pillows, spacious kitchen and has all resources needed with good quality. Liz and Dave are ready for helping in any issue. The area is quiet, can go for a walk, mountains, lakes, historic train, local bus, light house and seaside are close for exciting activities or relax. Great place to be and invite you to go again!

Warm, friendly and very attentive throughout the stay. Lovely touch with the Valentines bubbly. Everything we needed and bonus having the optional lesuire facilities.
