Beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. All amenities are very close by. The beach was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

A nice place to stay literally across the road from the beach. Very quiet property with a parking space right at the entrance. Perfectly reasonable location for a trip to the Daytona area.

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful place, exactly as it looked in the pictures! The place was extremely clean and every detail was thought of! Kimberly was a wonderful host and extremely responsive! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely rebook for our next trip to st Augustine! Can’t say enough good things!!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again

This was truly a beautiful place to stay!! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was AMAZING every morning. Even though it's in a condo type complex we felt like we were the only ones there! So quiet and peaceful. The host was VERY responsive and answered any questions right away. Would love to come back if we travel to Florida again! ❤️

The view is outstanding. You can see the waves from most every room. The rooms are spacious. The storage areas are gracious. It’s comfortable and clean. What we needed for our stay was totally provided. The deck is roomy with great furniture. We were very pleased with our stay.

I really enjoyed my time there. Phil was great to work with and the place met all of my expectations.

Great house, a lot of space, and close by the beach so easy beach day. Quick walk to local food and drink spots. We had an amazing weekend here!

Allen was a warm, welcoming host. He even loaned us a fishing rod so our grandson could go fishing at Bings Landing, which is nearby. The condo was spacious and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for gang. The amenities at the condo were wonderful. The lovely cinnamon-like sand beach is a short walk from the condo. There are two pools you can enjoy. One is kid/family friendly. The other pool is large and perfect for lap swimming. Both pools are heated! The resturant/bar by the pool is open seasonally from 11 to 4, but closed on Mondays. The Mahi sandwhich and the Redfish sandwhich were delicious! Our kids enjoyed the kids room and played Foosball and air hockey. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for our family. Thanks Al, we hope to be back asap!

Wow, what an amazing location! Gypsy Palace is set directly next to the ocean — the sand is literally just a few steps away. You can see and hear the surf from the living/kitchen area — and what a beautiful sight! The cozy apartment was very clean and well-equipped. There was even a Keurig coffee machine. We also really appreciated the no-step access via the front door (to the single/ground floor unit) and the few steps to get to the beach — made it so safe and easy for our aging doggie … and us! The owner/host was super responsive, flexible, helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely look into staying here again when we’re in the area. And, many thanks to the owner/host for sharing this wonderful spot with us!

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

We loved our stay here! The beach wasn’t crowded and the condos had their own private beach access which was just a short walk from the condos. The place was so cute and well decorated with plenty of space, bathrooms and everything we needed. I really appreciated the pack n play for my baby and access to some beach chairs.

Second time staying at this unit, and despite the weather making the beach a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention where you're stepping-- the "Beware of Snakes" signs on the lawn are there for a reason. The hurricane probably displaced a few from their normal homes, but there was a tiny rattlesnake on the walkway our first day, so be especially careful if you're got your fur babies with you.

Beautiful place. Amazing location. Walking distance to the most gorgeous beach. Nice and close to the town of Saint Augustine. Well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Ana Marie was a wonderful host. Very thoughtful and attentive. Our stay was very enjoyable and it was nice to unplug for a week and relax right by the beach.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. We loved the location to the beach, especially with small kids. The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was close as well as the steps to the sand. The view was beautiful. I enjoyed the fact that we were away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if we wanted to do something. I loved being close to the inlet. Joslyn was so responsive and helpful. We were coming two days after hurricane Milton and she communicated very well of the conditions of the area. I can’t wait to book our next stay here.

We LOVED the condo at Cinnamon Beach-it had a beautiful view from the outside balcony and the inside was decorated so nicely, the photos provided you with a very accurate idea of what to expect! We loved that 2 of the rooms had King size beds-such a bonus! And the unit is an easy walk to the beach or pool. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would 100% come back and recommend this spot for anyone looking in the Palm Coast area!

Great condo! Was a perfect stay. The beach is on the quiet side which is nice. Had a problem with the AC unit on our last day, but Minnie responded quickly and someone came to fix it within hours. The sunrises are incredible! It rises right in front of the condo and is nothing like I’ve ever seen. You should get up to watch it at least once. Overall a nice place to stay just wish they provided some beach equipment like an umbrella and a couple chairs.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! It was our second time at these condos, but our first time in this particular unit, and we loved it. The best part was being able to step out onto the back patio with the beach right in front of us. The easy access to the pool and boardwalk made it even better. As a corner unit, we appreciated the added privacy—especially with our young kids who can be a bit noisy in the mornings. Our kids discovered a new love for pickleball thanks to the courts on-site, and we ended up playing every day. Plus, a short 2-minute drive north takes you to another public beach on the inlet side, which is great for when the ocean waves are too rough for the little ones. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was as described, very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was very stocked, plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths. We enjoyed our stay. This will be on our list for future vacations. Thanks for sharing your home. The Byrnes and Summers family.

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!
