We stayed a month and found the apt clean, well stocked and comfortable. Its a very light and bright place that we enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony and cross the street to reach the beautiful beach. The building is well maintained, the pool was awesome, convenient parking with a place to park our Bicycles. a great place to stay. Thank you Tracy

Eva was an incredible host. Responsive, helpful and entirely on the ball. The location was an absolute dream - right on a beautiful sandy beach with limited crowds, plus multiple pools and hot tubs for when we wanted to get out of the ocean. Our family could not have asked for more and we look forward to returning.

Would definitely book again! I love the location it’s on the main strip with the beach right behind it.

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of parking, on the ground floor, heated pool-a nice 85 degrees, was refreshing for the January visit. The view from the bedroom and living room is very nice with the ocean, sand and sunrise. Michael had some nice decorations, furnishings and provided some bottled water as well. I stayed with my dogs, and they seemed pretty comfortable with the space. The ground floor and yard space was nice for them too. We walked on the beach every morning and evening. We hope to stay again next year!

We had a great time at this place - there was so much to do within walking distance. We really enjoyed the splash pad and volleyball courts right across the street. The place is nice but the living room furniture could use upgrading - it wasn’t very comfortable. Overall we hope to be back - the location, community and beach are so nice.

Perfect! The location was great. Very quiet surroundings and everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with lovely views of the ocean. Complex had great hot tub and pool, tennis courts and easy access to beach. Highly recommend Colony Reef Club for its proximity to historic st. Augustine, gold courses, and restaurants.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Andrea’s condo. Very clean, looked just like the pictures, and amazing views! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends/family

Can't say enough about Dani and the place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with everything. And the place was great, clean, lots of space, three bedrooms and nice kitchen, plenty of places to sit/lounge, great patio with wonderful view of the outdoor pool and ocean. We had one small issue and Dani was very fast in getting it fixed. Totally recommend. A couple comments on the resort. The outdoor pool is very large and nice, but in late March it's still a bit cool and the water was very cold. So we swam a lot in the indoor pool, which is advertised as heated, but it's not very warm, warmer than the outdoor pool but could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor hot tub broke on our first day there and we were there for multiple days and it never got fixed.

Allen was a warm, welcoming host. He even loaned us a fishing rod so our grandson could go fishing at Bings Landing, which is nearby. The condo was spacious and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for gang. The amenities at the condo were wonderful. The lovely cinnamon-like sand beach is a short walk from the condo. There are two pools you can enjoy. One is kid/family friendly. The other pool is large and perfect for lap swimming. Both pools are heated! The resturant/bar by the pool is open seasonally from 11 to 4, but closed on Mondays. The Mahi sandwhich and the Redfish sandwhich were delicious! Our kids enjoyed the kids room and played Foosball and air hockey. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation for our family. Thanks Al, we hope to be back asap!

Great stay. Location is perfect for easy walk to the beach and a beautiful area. Easy check-in at the clubhouse and plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and our kids loved the little grass space for running around as well. No issues at all and will definitely visit again, hoping this time without a hurricane coming!

First of all, the host is awesome. We were down for a show at The Amp. When I mentioned this, she actually reached out to offer a late check out. I have never had an airbnb host to that before. The description of the condo was accurate. Quiet area. Lots of sweet dogs in the neighborhood. Locals were super friendly. Walk to beach was easy. Pools were nice. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. The ONLY possible negatives could be getting in the gate the first time (but you can see the entrance from the balcony and people were struggling with it the whole time), carrying your stuff up the stairs, and road noise at night. None of these were an issue for us. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this host for her kindness and communication.

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

She was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful in the questions that I had. She forwarded all information to me, and checked when we arrived to make sure we got in okay! We had a wonderful stay, and she even recommended a favorite restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend Diane, shes a terrific host!

We were in awe when we entered the home. It was bright, beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and cozy. I would certainly stay here many more times. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at The Blue Heron!!! The house was immaculate and elegantly decorated. The space was perfect for 7 guests. Plenty of room to enjoy the home without tripping over one another. The well appointed and up-kept home made our vacation stay very enjoyable. From the smallest details to wonderful amenities we could not ask for a nicer place to stay! Hosts were very responsive and helpful without intruding on our privacy, recommending local restaurants and giving helpful advice about the area. We had 6 of us in our group and it was the perfect space! 30 minute drive to the beach but it was great! Host was very responsive and friendly! Will stay again!

This was our first time traveling with our dog and kids together and the space couldn’t have been more perfect. It was free of clutter, not much for the dog and the kids to get into. They loved playing in the spacious backyard and running around. We loved that we could all eat in the backyard for takeout, it made mealtime so peaceful and easy (which isn’t often with young kids). There was even a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom which was perfect for our toddler’s air mattress. All of our daily activities were less than a 10min drive. Such a convenient location and wonderful host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

We had a great stay for the two nights we were there. Vibhav was very responsive and even allowed us to stay a half hour later which was very nice of them to do. House was spacious for the five of us, clean and peaceful area. The only small complaint I have is the couch in the living room, not the most comfortable. We wanted to watch TV as a group and it wasn’t really comfortable to do so and it could really only comfortably fit three people. Overall that wasn’t a huge deal for us but something to know for future guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

What a great vacation home! Jessica has truly thought of everything and you need to bring nothing! Location was great. Neighborhood was great and this was maybe one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever had to fit our family! Jessica is extremely responsive and very adaptable to your needs and requests! Highly recommend!
