This Sun River cabin was a gem! The location is ideal, perfectly located between the Village and the SHARC aquatic center (passes came with the cabin!) and easy access to the bike trail. The cabin had much more space than I anticipated and I loved the layout. The spiral staircase was a fun feature that my kids loved (13, 12, & 4) and I was able to get a fun picture of them sitting on it! As the owner discloses in their listing, listing wouldn’t be great with a crawler/ toddler due to this. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck and hot tub are both large and amazing!!! The hot tub appears to be new with lots of features, changing the color of the lights was a hit. The deck is enclosed giving the privacy you want while still allowing you to admire the trees and wildlife in it. We stayed in the winter and loved the wood burning stove! My boys are scouts and had it up and running in minutes each night. We will absolutely be back to visit again!

Really enjoyed our stay at both of these cabins- loved the area and both of these homes as well. Babette was a great host who helped out quite a bit when slight issues arouse. 5 stars

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s place! It’s a charming and cozy spot, perfect for an overnight stay while skiing. The interior is beautifully updated and immaculately clean, with well-functioning appliances and a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. The beds were incredibly warm and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day on the slopes. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Caroline was a responsive and attentive host who lives nearby, making it easy to reach out if needed. Overall, a fantastic stay—I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is our second year using Paula's cabin for a family ski trip. The cabin is perfectly situated on the way to Mt. Bachelor and is large enough to comfortably fit a group of ten. The cabin is peaceful and quiet, and the hot tub makes it even more perfect. Would happily recommend.

We had a great time at this house. The company was incredibly helpful and understanding when we had to reschedule our booking due to a wildfire. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic central location in Sunriver. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. My family and I can't wait to return next year. I can't recommend Bennington Properties enough!

We absolutely loved staying there. It was perfect for me and my two daughter stayed up in the loft. It was just what we needed, close to the village, easy access to the sharc, and only 25 minutes to the slopes. My daughter’s love staying up in the loft. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. I would recommend for the host to store some essentials for cooking, like salt pepper, regular seasonings oil, etc. that would make it a little easier for those of us coming in from out of town. The host was amazing and let us check in early and check out late. This really helped as I had a job interview that I needed to take from there right when we got into town. Overall, I think I will stay here again and again - great job all around.
