Magnifique séjour , dans une maison très agréable et très confortable . Magnifique vue . En famille , ns avons savouré chaque minute . Au top , les apéros en admirant les merveilleux couchés de soleil . Ns avons adoré , notre semaine .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Poolbereich und der Garten bietet viel Abwechslung. Auch die Buchung und Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

As a big group, we arrived in 2 stages and Ken did all he could to accommodate same including early check in for one group. Picked the rest of us up from the airport (late in day) and nothing a hassle. had issue with one of the appliances during the stay (no fault of anyone's) and was fixed efficiently without hassle. House is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. has all the amenities you could ask for. while walking distance from the town, having the bikes available was a huge benefit. with table tennis, pool and the pool, no shortage of things for the kids to do. Group made up of 9 from age 1 to 82 and would all highly recommend and go back again. many thanks to Ken and his team for a wonderful stay.

Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Finca mit neun Personen und zwei Babys verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen super! Die Umgebung ist fantastisch und zur Küsten mit vielen wunderschönen Buchten rund um Portocolom ist es nur „Katzensprung“. Ein ideales Domizil für einen entspannten Familienurlaub mit Grillabenden am tollen Pool, Wanderungen in der Umgebung und Ausflügen in die vielen schönen Orte drumherum. Die Kommunikation mit Pere war unkompliziert und freundlich und seine gesamte Familie hat sich um unser Wohlergehen rührend gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Dies wird ein unvergesslicher Urlaub bleiben.

Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern und bietet genug Platz für acht Personen. Wir konnten eigenständig einchecken und durften am letzten Tag noch etwas länger bleiben, was die Abreise wirklich entspannt hat.

we verbleven 3 nachten in deze heerlijke villa. alles was netjes en er was genoeg ruimte. ook de tuin en het zwembad waren heerlijk om te ontspannen en we hebben iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ om lekker buiten te eten. de villa ligt mooi prive op een heuvel en je hoort vrijwel niks van de omgeving/buren. al met al een geslaagde vakantie en we bevelen deze villa zeker aan!

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Villa direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön!!! Es gibt auch 6 Liegen, die waren auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Man kann direkt vorm Haus super schwimmen gehen, da es dort Treppen am Felsstrand gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und durch das Naturschutzgebiet wunderbar. Man hat immer einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur gehabt. Der große Garten ist zum Sonnen super. Im großen und ganzen eine super Unterkunft 😇👍🏻

Amara est une hôte de confiance, très sympathique et très impliquée. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a donné des infirmations très utiles lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est très grand, propre et propose de très belles prestations, à commencer par l'espace extérieur qui possède une grande piscine et beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser. Le logement propose lui de très beaux espaces avec des multiples terrasses, salons et une décoration typique et recherchée ce qui en fait tout son charme. La Finca est idéalement située, à 15min de l'aéroport, à 15 min de Palma et proche des commerces. Nous avons passé avec mes amis un séjour totalement dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande entièrement ou vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avec besoin.

The house is spacious with loads of seating options, both inside and outside. The location is very private and quiet. We loved watching the many boats sail in and out of port during the day. The view over the ocean cannot be beaten. Lola was very quick to respond to our messages and was there in person to welcome us at the house. The house is well equipped and has everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend for a bigger family or group of friends.

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft und super nahe zum Flughafen. Der Blick auf den Flughafen inkl. der Einflugschneise war toll zum beobachten.

Die Finka war der Hammer. Es sieht noch toller aus als auf den Bildern. Es hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir noch Getränke im Kühlschrank und einen Kuchen erhalten. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Humi oder Petra waren immer erreichbar. Auch für die Kinder hatte es viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Wenn es etwas zu windig war, haben wir den Whirlpool bevorzugt. Wir waren 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kinder (1-5 Jahre). Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und jedes Zimmer hatte ein Badezimmer. Das war sehr gut. Die Küche war auch gut ausgestattet und das Reduit war toll so konnte man alle Lebensmittel verstauen. Alles in allem war es eine wunderschöne Woche und wir haben es total genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Great location. Villa immaculate. Property information was very accurate. As clearly stated, there is no aircon in downstairs bedroom which is huge. Might be quite hot there in the heat of the summer although there is a large fan. Virginia was very helpful with local information such as bike hire. There is a good local restaurant within 200 meters but a bit pricey. Better variety in Puerto Alcudia. Local supermarket nearby but suggest Mercadona in Alcúdia for larger shop. Car essential

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic time in this perfect villa in Pollencia. Anna ws very helpfull and a perfect host.. highly reccomend this airbnb!

Das Haus ist eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Gegend, sehr gepflegter Garten mit großem Pool. Das vierte, kleinere Badezimmer außerhalb des eigentlichen Hauses direkt am Pool ist perfekt. Alles in allem beste Voraussetzungen zum Entspannen. Lediglich die Straße vor dem Haus war doch etwas mehr befahren, als gedacht, aber das kann an der Reisezeit gelegen haben (Herbstferien, die Insel war natürlich ziemlich gut besucht) und muss nicht immer so sein. Wir würden in jedem Fall gerne wiederkommen, sofern das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ähnlich bleibt.

Jolie maison, nous avons passé une belle semaine de fin de saison. Nos 2 familles ont trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait dans la maison.

Just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful villa. Location was nice and private and villa very well stocked with everything . 10 minute walk to the supermarket and even provided a trolley to carry our shopping. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool large enough with lots of outdoor furniture. The family owned property meant I’ve seen or communicated with them all and they were all so helpful. Walk down to puerto pollensa was flat, took around 20 minutes. Close to bus stop for pollensa and Palma . Honestly could not fault this beautiful villa in the mountains . ( slightly difficult to find for taxi drivers- ask for the Google map location or get picked up from the Habitat hotel and walk 5 minutes).

We so enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Alicia and Lucia were very responsive and Marga was available for any immediate needs. We appreciated their recommendations for things in Fornalutx. The property is gorgeous from the accommodations, to the pool, to the gardens. We felt that we had ample room for our party of six. Staying here was very special.

Best property with all the amenities. House was cozy and nice with the spanish touch!

We had a fantastic stay at La Roca, the villa was beautifully presented and, with the various outdoor areas, was a lovely place to spend a relaxing week in Puerto Pollensa - we would definitely return. The villa’s location means that you are only a short walk from town (the promenade/footpath starts right outside the villa), however, the immediate location is nice and quiet. Great communication from Joan from the initial booking right up to and through our stay - even calling in with a gift to apologise for a small fault in the front awning.

Erholsamer Urlaub Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus fernab des touristischen Trubels. Der Außenbereich ist mit der windgeschützten Terrasse, Pool, Grillbereich und Garten sehr großzügig angelegt. Das Haus bietet im Außenbereich diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten, um Sonne und Schatten nach Belieben zu variieren. Der geräumige Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll dekoriert, so daß man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse ist einmalig. Alle Absprachen mit dem immer freundlichen Vermieter verliefen vorbildlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Die Lage des Hauses bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Auto für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen ist zwingend erforderlich. Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Schönheit der Natur sucht, ist hier absolut am richtigen Ort - zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen.

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether to stay here...STOP...Book it now, whilst you can! This is a gem of a find. Perfect sized villa for a family of 4, all within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town. It is equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is fabulous. We loved every miniute of our stay, despite the storms! Maximilian, the Host, was brilliant - responsive and super friendly. He couldnt do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough ti gte the chance.
