Abitazione in zona tranquilla a 5 minuti di auto dal centro, con parcheggio riservato ed un piccolo spazio all'aperto. Perfettamente arredato e fornito di tutti i comfort necessari. È un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole visitare Chania e le spiagge della costa ovest distanti circa un'ora e mezza di viaggio in auto.

What an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described (if not better in person) and the location could not have been better. Across the road from Nea Chora beach and all the beach-front bars/restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Venetian harbour, and quiet at night. The plunge pool on the terrace was bigger than I thought from the photos and was a great bonus, especially for the kids. It was nice to have the option of the odd 'day off' from the beach and relax at the apartment. Dimitris was a brilliant host who was always available for any queries and even provided a nice 'welcome' basket in the fridge with fresh water and some local alcoholic tipples. All in all it was a wonderful holiday in Chania and I would 100% recommend this apartment.

Un soggiorno perfetto! Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è bellissima, estremamente pulita e ordinata, curata nei minimi dettagli. La posizione era ideale per visitare le attrazioni della zona e godere di momenti di relax. Zoe è stata eccezionale: sempre gentile, disponibile H24 e pronta a fornire ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Grazie ai suoi suggerimenti abbiamo scoperto spiagge meravigliose e ristoranti che hanno reso la nostra esperienza ancora più memorabile. Inoltre, un gesto davvero apprezzato è stato permetterci di effettuare il check-out alle 17, ben oltre l'orario stabilito, visto che la nostra partenza era prevista in serata. Questo ci ha consentito di godere appieno dell'ultimo giorno senza fretta. Non possiamo che consigliare vivamente questo appartamento e ringraziare Zoe di ogni cosa!

The apartment is in an excellent location, on one side in a quiet street and on the other side across from a supermarket and within walking distance of the main street. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for cooking. Konstantinos was available for any question and request.

Iosif's apartment was beautiful, perfectly situated and walkable to the old town (we were in the old town!). Our family loved the location. We would book the apartment again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel ! Terrasses très agréables ! On a le choix côté soleil ou côté ombre ! Vue sur la mer ! Excellente communication avec Nikos qui fait tout pour qu’on ne manque de rien. Beaucoup de petites attention pour passer de bons moments( café tsipouro….)L’appartement n’est pas loin du Port Venitien et de la vieille ville de Chania. On gardera un très bon souvenir de ce séjour ! Merci Nikos !

Beautiful place, nice rooms and bathrooms! Good location for the beach and alnear some nice cafes and restaurants. Old town is easily accessible by drive. Manos was super helpful from start to end, even helping us wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working. Would definitely stay again!

Für unsere Familie war dieser Platz ein kleines Paradies. Der Pool, viel Schatten, tolle Küche und eine ruhige Umgebung. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an herzlich sehr unkompliziert und mit zügigen Antworten. Auch Giannis Hilfe und die schönen Gespräche gaben und das Gefühl sehr willkommen zu sein. Der Weg an den Strand war mit dem Auto kurz und die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr unkompliziert. Wir mussten mit unserer Tochter ungeplant zum Arzt und auch da war die Betreuung kompetent und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dass wir da sein durften ☀️

Ein wahres Juwel auf Kreta! Die Villa Emanuele hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Einrichtung zeugt von exquisitem Geschmack und durchdachter Raumplanung. Jedes Detail wurde berücksichtigt, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Der Aussenbereich ist einfach atemberaubend. Der mediterrane Garten gleicht einem kleinen Paradies. Der Panoramablick auf das Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastfreundschaft war aussergewöhnlich. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar, reagierten prompt auf alle Anfragen und lösten jedes kleine Problem umgehend. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Ihr Engagement hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and the description was accurate. The surrounding was beautiful, and the place felt extremely safe. We enjoyed the balcony with a stunning view and all the amenities included. The place is easy to reach with a car, in a successful location.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Dorf Kouses und ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf die Landschaft mit den Olivenhainen von Manolis, dem Eigentümer. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefreut haben uns die Gastgeschenke. Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung das zu den 10 besten weltweit gehört, Oliven und Raki. Manolis hat uns sogar eine Tour durch seine Olivenhaine mit anschließender Verkostung des Öls in seinem Haus bei Kaffee:). Wir haben viel dazugelernt und er ist mit Herzblut bei der Sache! Danke Manolis. Super war der selbsterstellte Link vom Gastgeber Ioannis, wir haben diese sehr viel genutzt und waren dankbar über die tollen Tipps! Danke Ioannis! Schön ist auch, dass auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a great 18 day stay here with the family. Would highly recommend Petros and his properties as he is a top tier host. Very responsive and attentive and has great recommendations. The property itself was very nice and clean. We took advantage of the 2 kitchens and the grill several times during our stay. One thing to keep in mind is the pool is not heated so if you are not used to that it may be a bit cold. It was low 70s while we were there so we didn't get to use the pool since it was too cold. I'd assume later in the summer it's probably more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old city center, and 10 minutes to the beach. There is a parking spot which makes traveling by car much easier. The place was clean and all equipment we needed was there.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the villa Feronia. Catherine and Manolis left wine and beer in the fridge as well as all the basics needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry corner. The Garden and the pool area is duper nice and well equipped too. As the weather was cool end of October, we used the jacuzzi instead of the pool. Arrival and departure were smoothly organized. Catherine reacted promptly whenever we had a question. We would definitely come again !

Mihalis si è rilevato un host gentile cordiale è accogliente, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta dell'olio (ottimo) del miele e la loro immancabile raki. La casa era come nelle descrizioni, pulitissima è accogliente. Un paio di volte abbiamo chiesto delle piccolezze a Mihalis che le ha prontamente eseguite. Tutto si è svolto nel modo migliore, se un giorno tornerò a Kissamos sarà sicuramente da Mihalis che ringrazio per la sua ospitalità.

Anna was a warm and welcoming host. She was very attentive and responsive, leaving lots of little touches around the apartment and booking transport for us on more than one occasion. The apartment was as pictured and described and in a perfect location. We would love to return and highly recommend Anna’s place!

What a fabulous apartment! The space was perfect for two and the little pool is a wonderful amenity - much needed if you are going to venture to Crete in July. It is on the doorstep of the old town, but still accessible by car/taxi. We had an excellent driver (Nikos) recommended by Ioannis who helped us throughout our time there. Thank you!!!

We had a great time in this spacious apartment in Rethymno. Elisavet and Michalis are lovely people and great hosts. Always there for you and they had a lot of Tips where to eat, what to see and how to get around. We stayed for 12 nights and had everything we needed. There is a Supermarket and a very good mini market with delicious vegetables and fruit just around the corner. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped for 2 people. There is a small beach very close to the apartment which is perfect for short lunchbreak-swims, sunbathing and the most beautiful sunsets. The WiFi is very stable, we worked from the apartment and even videocalls were working great. The Terrasse is more like an additional room. Although the street is very busy, the view of the ocean is very calming. it is the perfect place to eat, work out, maditate, have a drink with friends, relax. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

Emmanouil war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit Obst, Kuchen und anderen Leckereien empfangen. Die Mutter hat uns noch extra Kuchen gebracht. Sehr nett. Der Strand lag fussläufig und es gab schöne Tavernen ganz in der Nähe.Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein Auto und konnten so die Insel erkunden. Privater Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und ist weiter zu empfelen.

Two things stood out from our visit. First, is the interaction Mr. Manolis, who is a very friendly and discrete individual. He provided us a lot of information, about local restaurants and activities, which we followed and were completely satisfied. Secondly the apartment is very cozy and spacious and it's location is very strategic because it is near to the town of Chania.
