Never rented an Airbnb before. Was amazed how easy it was, the place was perfect for my needs. Al was responsive when I contacted him, always kind and courteous. Decided to rent another one of his locations after my time at this one ended. Looking forward to it. Place was clean, accessible, private, easy to reach and I truly enjoyed myself. Will recommend his rentals to family and friends.

DeAira place was beautiful very peaceful very clean I just kept having trouble with the lock I followed the instructions every time I had to leave the door wouldn’t lock back even after I enter the lock code but thank god it’s a private area therefore no one was harm or nothing was broken into however great location and great place .

This spacious studio apartment was perfect for our two week stay. We were in Snow Hill to help get my Dad's house ready for Closing and the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything including my Dads. There is a cafe shop with terrific sandwiches downstairs in the same building, a world class bakery across the street, a wonderful cozy wine bar less than a block away, and two restaurants a block away. Everything was exactly as described. The mattress was fantastic -- we've never slept so well. The kitchen had everything we might need, including a full sized refridgerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There were laundry facilities right in the building as well. Lots of hot water for baths too! The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor. We were fine with the stairs as was our dog, but it's something to know about.

Jeanette’s place quickly became our favorite and continues to blow our expectations away! From my first visit, I’ve felt right at home, each time feels like the place is set up just for me. Up and downstairs continue to be updated with furniture or decor, and somehow everytime feels more like home. 11/10, and more than appreciated each time!

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. It was quiet, cozy, and so beautiful right on the water. The private pier and access to their canoe and kayaks (plus life jackets for the whole family) really put this place over the top! The binder included relevant and helpful recommendations for local eateries and fun things to do. The appliance and bathroom were all clean and we had no issues with the washer or dryer :). Highly recommend!

Our stay was lovely! The property is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is right above the roosters so we could hear them crow every morning, but it didn't bother us. The parking is a bit of a walk from the apartment, but everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The kitchen had basic pots and pans, plates and bowls, and utensils. But did not have things like cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc. It didn't hinder our stay, but these are mentioned in the listing, so it was noted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

A wonderfully cozy spot right on Back Creek with a beautiful backdrop of Zahniser's, and Calvert Marina. Love the small town East Coast vibes. There are plenty of great little local shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance, as well as the Calvert Marine museum. I would gladly stay here again. Hopefully longer next time. Thank you to both Anthony and Shannon for being wonderful hosts.

For a single or couple, with a dog in tow, Thomas's apartment is perfect in every way- matched description so no surprises, very easy to get to and access restaurants or walking trails, clean, cozy and many necessities provided. We try to take our sweet Ralph (who is deaf) with us a few weekends a year, and this was an ideal dog-friendly option. The yard was fenced in and easily accessible from the unit. Thomas offered lots of options in the area and was very responsive. We felt right at home and will definitely return!

The house was perfect for two couples, though sharing one bathroom required some scheduling. Nice kitchen. The location is great with an easy walk into town. A quiet neighborhood with private driveway parking added to the relaxing stay. The big plus is that this house is pet friendly. Our host communicate well and made our stay worry free.

Amber was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and helpful! We were coming into town for a funeral nearby and we were thankful for her help with hosting various guests. We were going to bring our pet and then we changed our mind and we got the pet credit back, prior to staying there. We absolutely loved how close it was to walkable shops and a local coffee shop. This home was spacious and beautiful! It was clean and made me feel right at home. I was in town on a sad occasion, and nonetheless, it gave me comfort having somewhere quiet to stay for the week. My host was very prompt and friendly. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to visit the Shore.

Had a terrific stay at Karen's place! It's hard to beat the location—right on the edge of an inlet from the Chesapeake, with neighboring houses nearby but still felt relatively secluded. The house layout was perfect for us, and we had all the amenities we needed. Karen was super responsive and friendly. We hope to stay again when the weather gets warmer!

Launched the brand new sailboat I designed and built at a nearby boatyard and took it out for a few days of sea-trials. Terri's place could not have been better situated for this. Boat yard and restaurants all within walking distance. Plenty of stores nearby for supplies, and fortunately not right next to the house; the neighborhood is awesome. House is great for two couples - plenty of room w/spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen with big dining table, comfy living room with a great view of the harbor.

This house is perfect for large groups. It is very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock taking in the serene natural beauty of the Creek and observing the local birdlife, including Kingfishers, Great Blue Herons, and Bald Eagles. The house is situated very near to the entrance of Lookout Point State Park which we greatly enjoyed exploring on bicycles. Seeing a large wedge of Tundra Swans fly overhead was a special moment. If you want to spend some time relaxing in a beautiful setting in a beautiful and very interesting area with a large group, this house will serve you well.

Noah & Carolyn’s house was the perfect home away from home. It was very welcoming and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The most comfortable part of our stay were the beds! I slept amazing and was very refreshed the next day! Thank you for the perfect weekend!

Our first time to Chincoteague Island and it was very beautiful and peaceful! In the off season, it's a great place to go for a relaxing getaway. We rented a Moke and drove around the island including Assateague Island which was lots of fun. The unit had beautiful views of the sunset and was in walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to other restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed.

Fantastic hosts who responded very quickly to the one minor issue we had with the wifi. It was not their fault at all, but they had the service provider out and with the issue being completely resolved within a couple of hours. Comfortable condo with plenty of space for a family. Hosts were very friendly and had great communication, with reminders before and during our stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfortable space, great hosts, and a relaxing stay.

Very good spot for a small family trip to Tangier (I came alone, so it was more than enough.) The house is spotless, and Travis has some extras there for his guests (coffee, water, fishing rods, board games for young kids on a rainy day.) Travis also sent me the phone number for an evening ferry off the island, which was extremely helpful. I had a great stay at Travis' place, and would stay here again. I hope to soon.

Perfect place to stay in Chincoteague. Great for all ages. Loved biking everywhere to explore. Condo met all of our needs and offered extras that completed our trip. Beautiful sunset every evening. Annie was informative and easy to communicate with. 5 star highly recommend.

Beautiful unit with memorable views! High quality kitchen appliances and the unit felt new and is impeccably maintained. Easy access to the rest of the island and a short walk to good food and shops. Planning to return!
