Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Niko's place was very clean and well maintained. He was very responsive to my requests. His place is just across the street from the old city walls and the view from the living room window is breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying here.

We came just for the night as a middle spot to spot on our drive but we wish we had more time to stay! The house was absolutely stunning and so cozy. We didn’t see the view until morning but it was to die to for. It is so beautiful! There seems like a lot of nature stuff to do in the area so it must be great in the summer. Definitely a place worth staying at! We highly recommend! Only wanted to mention- there is no shampoo, just body wash, so don’t count on it.

It was a super nice week in Jelena’s place. We needed a beautiful getaway and that is what we got. Jelena is very friendly, responsive, and her advises and insights improved our stay. Perfect place for couples and families with not too small kids (since there are lots of stairs and the place is on a slope). We can also highly recommend a full day boat trip with a skipper.

Mein Mann und ich haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei Tihana in Kroatien verbracht. Der Ausblick von unserem Haus war wirklich atemberaubend schön! Es war schön ruhig und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit zu zweit. Vielen Dank!

Absolutely incredible place and wonderful hosts. Ana was really friendly and helpful, offering advice and in contact throughout. Her love for the house is catching and we loved it instantly. Maria is just amazing, went out of her way to help even before we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The property and garden is amazing, wee slice of paradise. The water is like a warm bath and so clear and with the use of the kayak we were constantly in or on the water every day. The garden is huge and lush with fruit trees and beautiful plants and lots of places to sit and watch the beautiful butterflies. Down by the water has lots of wildlife, we even saw kingfishers! Ston is a short cycle or walk away in the most beautiful surroundings and a walking the city walls were amazing. The locals were lovely and friendly and we felt really welcome. It really was as amazing experience and we all loved it!! ❤️

Jagoda and Kristijan have created a truly unique, beautiful, atmospheric and distinctive place! Perfectly meeting all our needs. We were especially impressed by the lovely surroundings, the stunning sea view, the sensational open kitchen, and the well-maintained pool. In every corner of the house, you can see the care of the hosts to create an exceptional place and about details. We and our children were delighted with our stay. It will be a great pleasure to visit them again.

Estera jest wspaniałą gospodynią, bardzo miła i życzliwa. Chętnie pomaga w każdej trudnej sytuacji. Gdy przyjechaliśmy wieczorem dała nam chleb, bo nie mieliśmy na kolację. W każdej sytuacji, gdy potrzebowaliśmy pomocy, chętnie i szybko nam pomagała. Dom jest duży, bardzo zadbany, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Na dole jest salon i bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo Ładny teren na zewnątrz, z dużym stołem pod dachem. Można tam siedzieć nawet gdy pada deszcz. Na górze są trzy sypialnie, Łazienka w której jest także pralka. klimatyzacja jest tylko na dole. Na górze są natomiast porządne okiennice które można zamknąć by chronić się od słońca. W czasie naszego pobytu pogoda była raczej deszczowa, więc trudno mi powiedzieć jak gorąco jest w sypialniach w czasie upałów. Dom stoi blisko jeziora, od którego oddzielony jest szosą. Szosa jest mało uczęszczana, ale porankami jest jednak pewien ruch, więc siedząc przy kawie na dworze słyszymy także przejeżdżające obok samochody. generalnie jednak dajemy ocenę bardzo dobrą, bo było nam tam dobrze, mieliśmy dużo przestrzeni i byliśmy sami.

Mit der Ankunft haben wir(2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) uns wohl gefühlt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Privatstrand der direkt am Haus liegt. Anfangs hat unser Sohn noch den Pool genutzt aber der Strand war dann doch interessanter! Desweiteren haben wir täglich das bereitgestellte Kanu und das SUP genutzt. Ein nahes Restaurant ist gut über den Wasserweg erreichbar, mit dem Auto etwas holprig und dauert länger… Gute Ausstattung, Liegen mit Auflagen, Moskitonetze, tolle Aufmerksamkeiten zur Ankunft wie Wasser, Eis fürs Kind und Citronella Kerzen fürs abendliche Wohlbefinden auf der Terrasse. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist toll und schön kühl zu halten, die oberen Betten sind unter dem Dach wo es naturgemäß etwas wärmer ist und die Betten nicht ganz so bequem. Allerdings gibt es zu öffnende Dachfenster, auch mit Moskitoschutz somit kommt hier nachts doch etwas Kühlere Luft rein und wenn man richtig liegt kann man den Sternenhimmel betrachten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

We had great time in the Grscica bay. We liked the little stone house a lot. Sandra is a wonderful person and all the communication has been very pleasant.

c est un super sejour que nous avons eu chez Jerko! Nous avons pu échanger avec lui et sa femme autour d un excellent diner. c est une vraie personnalite Jerko et rien que la soiree a discuter avec lui vaut la peine de louer son gite! la piscine est privative et l endroit est incroyable pour se reposer. 1 h00 de split et de l aeroport nous recommandons fortement opur celles et ceux qui aiment l authenticite, la campagne et rencontrer les locaux. nous reviendrons!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und ich kann mich allen vorigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Lage, das exklusive Terrain mit Blick aufs Wasser und eigenem Steg, Kajak, SUP, den verschiedenen Plätzen zum Ausruhen, die Liegen und die Terrasse: dieses Domizil ist was ganz besonderes und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir konnten für uns sein, aber Ort und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah genug. Und nachdem wir uns mit dem Boot vertraut gemacht hatten, drehten wir unsere Runden und sind auch öfter rüber gefahren, um andere Strände oder Gegenden zu erkunden, selbst zum Joggen um den einen oder anderen Zipfel der Bucht. Empfehlenswert der Spaziergang durch Alt Murter hoch zur Kirche St. Rocco mit einem grandiosen Rundumblick über die Bucht mit den vorgelagerten Inseln. Eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Leben in der Großstadt.
