Cosy flat . Close to local amenities but quiet . Directions and communication very good .

The photos do not do this place justice, its even better when your inside, the views of the sea are absolutely stunning, the apartment was spotless and very comfortable also private and safe parking, really enjoyed our stay while visiting a friend. Lynnes place is fantastic and in a beautiful area of moray just 5 minute walk from the beach. Lynne was there to great us and give ya some recommendations for the week as well as events in the local area. Her place was spotless and the perfect size for 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child). One thing I always look for is good water pressure and Lynnes place did not disappoint, the shower was just right (maybe a little sensitive on the temp). All in all a great place, great location and fantastic host. Will definitely be booking with her again.

Jane was just great, so helpful and accommodating. The flat was beautifully clean and worked brilliantly for us visiting our friend. We had the most fabulous weather and loved our early morning walks on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Stuart is an impeccable host very responsive to any text messages and requests place was lovely as described very quiet location with beaches both sides out the back of the property with a quick 5 min walk people in the town very friendly and welcoming would definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Lossiemouth I will certainly be returning

We loved being so close to the sea. We very much enjoyed sitting by the living room window - the view over the bay was stunning and, on one evening, we were even treated to a glorious sunset. Our visit in February meant the beach was quiet and we walked for miles along the sand and through the forest. The flat itself is cosy, compact and comfortable and contained everything we needed. Our host was really helpful too, and we were super grateful for the welcome basket of groceries. We'd gladly stay here again.

Very relaxing stay in Jill’s flat . Nice flat with great views . Easy walk to beautiful beach . Our Labrador had a lovely time chasing waves . Minutes walk to two pubs serving food . Flat was clean with everything you need . Good supply of essentials . We would certainly recommend it .

This was our second time here and as usual Kenneth was very helpful with everything and put extra things in place for our 20 month old son which were greatly appreciated

such an amazing space with quirky but tasteful decor, quality linen and a roaring fire to relax and unwind in front of. felt right at home. Charlotte is the perfect host giving distant hospitality with a smile enabling you to unwind knowing all is quietly taken care of.

Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

The flat was warm , comfortable and quiet. It was nicely presented and well equiped. We felt completely at home and got a timely response to any questions. We had a lovely few days away over Christmas and Margaret had made a special effort with seasonal decoration which was much appreciated .

We loved the Monkey Puzzle. It's more like a cottage than an apartment, comfortable and warm throughout and, though attached to one side of the owner's house, it is very private and quiet, with a lovely outlook across a large secluded garden. And yet it is only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach. Dave and Sally were lovely hosts, there if you needed them for anything. Our only regret was that we were only there for the weekend. We'll make it longer the next time.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

Lisa kept in touch throughout our stay and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We only stayed a couple of nights but it would be an ideal location for a longer stay too. The massive kitchen and dining area was the soul of our stay. We sat there and chatted around the massive table. The bedrooms were immaculate and the multitude of WCs meant no one was left dancing in the hall waiting for one to be free. The location is ideal too. It doesn’t get any more central. We really needed somewhere to base ourselves for our stay, somewhere we could retreat to and not feel like we were falling over each other and that’s exactly what we got. It’s a gem.

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

This is our go to place when visiting Elgin. Karen is a great host..Friendly and helpful, and responds quickly. The cottage is within walking distance of all amenities. We feel at home when staying here. So cosy and comfortable and love the decor too. 10/10. Thanks again Karen
