The location was very central! Everything we wanted to see was a at most 10 minute walk. The flat was also very beautiful with gorgeous wood furniture and a large bathroom! Simply a comfortable and fantastic place to stay!

Jane was just great, so helpful and accommodating. The flat was beautifully clean and worked brilliantly for us visiting our friend. We had the most fabulous weather and loved our early morning walks on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment looking straight onto the golf course and beach. Nice to be able to walk right out of the kitchen and living room onto the lawn to sit down or stretch the legs. Fantastic, hope to come back.

Lovely wee Cottage with a secure garden for our four legged friend. The house was spacious, clean, comfy bed and great shower. Location was amazing for the beech and Lossiemouth great area as a base to explore further afield.

The lodge is a lovely cosy place surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Brian was always very responsive, and very helpfully provided us with various bits and bobs for looking after our young kids (baby bath, high chair, cot, etc).

Great place to stay in Inverness. Clean, quiet, and centrally located. Skye was a very responsive and helpful host.

Excellent stay! Brilliant location within walking distance to town. The house is fantastic, comfy, clean, spacious, felt very at home. Duncan is a great host, and the charming welcoming touches were very much appreciated. will certainly stay again!

Just WOW! The house was perfect. Anna was lovely. The area was stunning. We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. The house had everything we needed and more, including a decorated tree waiting for us when we arrived. The free wood to keep stove going was much appreciated! The walks directly from the house were beautiful, waterfalls and enchanting forests. The drive to various other exciting places was easy. Dingwall for SPL football, Loch Ness, Isle of Skye and Glen Coe to name a few! A must is visiting Emily’s Byre at Rokeby Manor for food…. Utterly delicious. We’ll be back for sure! Kate’s property is a very attractive renovation. I love the touch of including the process pics in a book for guests to view and appreciate. We could walk everywhere we went. It was a lovely, clean house with everything you need. :)

The waterfront location is nice and with easy access to everything you need. It’s very convenient if you have a car because there is parking right in front of the house and it’s a quick drive from the airport yet still in walkable distance to the downtown area. The house is comfortable and clean and we had a nice time.

Stayed for 1 night as we were working in the area. Good communication from host, easy to access and clean, bright accommodation.

The home is beautiful and clean. Convenient parking in front of the house. The location is perfect- walking distance to groceries, restaurants and shopping.

We had a great time staying here. Brilliant location for the city centre but quiet location and comfortable house. Lovely big dining room table too for meals together.

We stayed in this property while we were working in the area and had a nice stay. The property is very nicely decorated and in great condition. You get a wonderful view of the beach especially on sunny days. There is also a couple of restaurants and pubs in walking distance from the property so if you’re looking to go out for something to eat and a few drinks you don’t need to look far. We were very happy with our stay.

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung klein aber alles nötige vorhanden. Der Waschtrockner war unser Lebensretter. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht mit Kochzutaten. Genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Meine Frau konnte endlich durchschlafen. Frau happy, Mann Happy

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

This was the most cozy stay. Perfect clean and near Loch Ness. It was quiet and serene. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage, warm and welcoming with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Hopeman is a perfect location for a relaxing break and the accommodation is only five minutes walk from a beautiful beach with lots of local scenic walks and cycling routes.

Excellent place to stay, everything you required was there, nice, cosy, warm and we felt right at home. Excellent comunication with Annie, she could not have been more helpfull. Always willing to go above and beyond to make the stay a wonderfull experience. Would totally recomend the accomodation.
