The chalet is very pretty and well equipped, it is compact but feels bigger due to being light and airy. The decor is lovely and everything is clean and tidy. I wanted somewhere for a short break with my elderly mother. She appreciated everything being on one level with the bathroom close by and dedicated parking space. It was also great value for money. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying at Patsy's chalet. The chalet park is very quiet and well maintained. The chalet itself had everything you would need and really appreciated the extra sitting area outside. Patsy left clear instructions and the chalet was easy to access with the parking directly next to the chalet. It was very handy having the beach in walking distance and also the convenience of a Tesco extra nearby. We would definitely recommend the chalet and it's very good value for money. A lovely clean, as described property in my favourite location. Clare was extremely helpful and even gave me the opportunity to come a night earlier (unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of that) I would definitely recommend

Naidene was great help when we needed it , me and my little family felt right at home, the chalet was a lovely little place to stay and can’t thank her enough:) would definitely recommend this place to stay :)

lovely clean chalet. good size shower. big enough for our family, 2 adults, 6 and 4 year old. comfy beds and pillows. all the pots pans, crockery were clean. decent size and clean kitchen. comfy sofas. chalet was warm despite the cool temperatures.

We loved our stay in the chalet. It was cozy and felt homely. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our four day stay. We settled in very quickly. It is walkable distance from an amazing beach. We loved taking long strolls every day. It is well placed for several other attractions. The kids in particular loved Africa Alive and watching seals at Horsey Gap. Everything was as described and we would stay here again. Our host Karen was very thorough and sent detailed instructions up front. We hope to be back again in the near future.

Reallly lovely chalet. Felt right at home. Raymonds instructions on how to find the chalet were spot on. He was contactable throughout the stay (though we didnt really need to). Lovely location - right on the beach. Everything you could need in the chalet and a very big thing for me.. it was very clean. Thankyou for a great stay.. we would recommended

Great value! Lovely accommodation. We booked as a family for a nearby wedding which it was perfect for as easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful communication prior to and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Will definitely be back to explore the area and facilities!

I recently stayed at a holiday home that truly exceeded my expectations. The place was incredibly cozy, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was also fantastic—convenient and accessible, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which was available for use with a small charge. It was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, the entire place felt just like home, offering both comfort and convenience. Lovely clean chalet, short walk to the beach. Ideal for young families. Had some milk in the fridge on arrival and haribo for the kids which was an unexpected and nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

The chalet was really easy to find and comes with parking directly opposite the path. There is a gate that goes all the way around the chalet and locks, which meant that our dogs could be outside safely without escaping! Inside, the chalet was immaculate. It was so clean and tidy, and really beautifully decorated. The facilities are brilliant and they have everything you could possibly need. The shower was big enough to get more than one of us in which helped with having the small (and sandy) children! The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook almost any meal! There's also a little information stand with lots of leaflets and tour guide books in as well to help you plan your stay. Kev and Karen were brilliant with communication both prior to and during our stay. We couldn't recommend the chalet enough and the hosts are so lovely. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed! We will be back :)

Had a lovely stay at toms cabin for the second time with my dog Rhea well situated for the beach will look forward to booking again sometime

We had a 2 night stay the caravan was located with a sea view and i enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore . The caravan was spotlessly clean with bedding and towels included. The kitchen had everything including a coffee machine . An enjoyable stay with plenty to amuse in Gt Yarmouth. Would recommend.

Deborah was amazing from the first moment that we enquired about staying at her place. It was just what we were looking for - February Half Term is always an adventure for us and we love finding little places that are unique and fun. Deborah prepared us well and we came prepared with a bit extra (camping heater that we used in the shower room for some extra heat). Over all the kids and I loved the location (close to the beach) and a quick drive to the locations we'd looked up to explore before getting to Bacton. Deborah gave us some great recommendations as well. Would definitely stay with Deborah again!

Location was absolutely perfect for beach walking and our dog was in heaven! Property was immaculately clean, cozy with a real homely feeling to it, plus it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent, right from our initial booking enquiry, prior to arrival, during our stay and on departure. Would definitely consider booking this property again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering staying in the area.
