Great little place, very well equipped and very clean. Can’t wait to go back.

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

We had a lovely weekend stay at Sarah’s place, it was very cosy and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location very close to the high street with beautiful independent shops and great cafes. It is a short walk to the beach hut, which was a lovely haven on a windy December day. Sarah was great from the start with excellent clear instructions and advice. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A very enjoyable stay . It was great to be able to park up and leave the cars at the accommodation and walk into the town or the beach . Great accommodation that easily catered for 6 adults and our dog Reg. Spotlessly clean and very very comfortable.

Fantastic place, spotlessly clean, had everything you could possibly need and felt really homely. Very spacious for the two of us but would easily accommodate four. Great location for Southwold and Minsmere. would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Sara’s beach house. A beautiful place to relax and destress after a busy week. The view is stunning, I could wake up to that every day. Weather was on our side on our first morning and we enjoyed breakfast and a lovely nespresso coffee on the terrace and soaked in the view. The beach house is clean & cosy with all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. Sara provided a detailed booklet with all the information we needed along with recommendations for the local area. We managed to pass by Horsey Gap on our way home to see the seals, we were shocked to see so many! A must see for anyone staying in the area. Thanks for such a lovely stay, I’m sure we will be back in the summer.

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

This cosy apartment in Koolunga House was the perfect home-from-home for 5-weeks during a local work placement. The location was ideal, far enough away from the business of Great Yarmouth, but close to local shops, food spots and a walk along the river to Gorleston's lovely sandy beach and cliffs - great for coffee and dog spotting! The house has endless character and the balcony was a dreamy escape - both during the day overlooking the lush garden and dragonflies, and in the evenings for spotting stars and fireworks in the distance. The owners and house manager were a message away and really helpful. I would absolutely stay at Koolunga House again if I’m ever back in the area.✨

The place was very clean, homely and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful location, with 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute into the local town or the park. Perfect set up / layout for a 1 year old and a dog. Laura was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again. Thank you!

Lovely flat with a very homely feel. Perfect base for a long weekend exploring the North Norfolk coast. Ver accessible for my husband, who cannot walk far.

House was well presented and as described. Host was great. we meant to stay two nights but due to breaking down on the first night we only managed for 2nd night, Jody was most helpful.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

I really loved my two nights spent here - perfectly situated to explore the gems of East Anglia; nearby Bungay is a delight, as is Southwold. The accommodation has everything you need, and is surrounded by the peaceful tranquility of the River Waveney. There are plenty of nearby walks, and I thoroughly enjoyed a pint in front of the roaring fire at the Black Swan, as well as a nice breakfast at The Dove. Lovely hosts, cosy accommodation and a fantastic location - I'll be back.

Very nice apartment within a short walk to the very centre of the City. Parking for one car within a gated area to safe etc. Nice little touches like tea/ground coffee and milk etc. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Norwich.

Gils place was really lovely, it was very cosy and done out beautifully (my partner even took home some ideas!!) Suzy was very approachable and made our stay very easy. Love that this also supports MIND,a very worthy charity. Thankyou x

thankyou for such a glorious stay! the place is nestled in a quiet tranquil spot next to a running river and sauna of which was refreshing to dip into.. the bed was super comfy and all the necessary facilities in kitchen and bathroom were plentiful with an addition of some goodies on arrival :) im very sure we will be back !! Beautiful, AND a lovely quaint pub at the top of the drive with delicious, local food menue, a true bonus..

We really enjoyed our stay in David & Fran's beautiful apartment. The kitchen has everything you need and the living area is fabulously comfy after a day exploring the local area. We appreciated the location - both for its quiet seclusion and its proximity to town, sea and lovely walks. David and Fran were responsive throughout and let us check in early which we really appreciated. My only regret is that our stay wasn't longer!

We stayed Monday to Friday and the location was fantastic for getting to know the area better, both the town and North Norfolk Coast. We have a great stay that we enjoyed immensely.

Emma is the perfect host. She went beyond what is expected, many extras to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A very well equipped apartment, warm and beautifully curated. Everything appeared new and well thought out. Massive plus to have a comfortable bed with beautiful linen. A bonus to be able to take our dog with us for super walks on the beach which is literally across the road. We will certainly stay again Thank you Emma

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Fantastic couple of days in Cromer over New Year. This was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable and cosy, well equipped and clean, and walking distance for everything in town. Would happily stay again.
