We loved the porch! We sat there the whole time unless we were gone or sleeping. It's in a great location, very close to the Pearl and Chinese Tea Garden. Precious old house charm! My daughters and I loved it!

Great location on River in historic building.

We got a great deal on this place and ultimately that’s what made this 5 stars for me. It’s a great location, not really walkable but very close to everything and feels safe. Love that it had a pool, nice views, clean and open layout, and the ready to use streaming services were a nice addition! The bed, pillows and blankets were not great but honestly the couch was much better and we were fine with that!

Perfect location, and everything is walkable! We only needed an Uber for the airport, and going to the Spurs game. The place is smaller than expected, but perfect for my boyfriend and I. If anyone else was with us, I think it would have been too small. Angela was very responsive when needed, and all the instructions were clear. The building itself is older, although this is minimally reflected in the actual apartment. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting San Antonio!

The home was small and cozy, it stood out in cleanliness and you can tell the owner put a lot of time into making it as nice as it is. I personally as a guest should have taken more time to tidy up the little details before i checked out, considering she cleans the home herself. Knowing that, her cleanup fee is quite reasonable. If you’re staying in this particular area of the city i recommend this home for a couple. All thanks to the Texan for her hospitality!

Absolutely perfect! This unit exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and ideally suited my needs. Highly recommend both the communicative host and this property for anyone staying in the area. There were a variety of walkable and drivable food options in the area. This will be my first option when I return.

Austin’s place was a great stay. As a host, Austin was super proactive and responsive. Overall, the neighborhood was great, quiet but close to everything I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Austin’s place for a weekend getaway in San Antonio.

Ron was an excellent host- responsive and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. The home was clean, welcoming, and in a great location, conveniently close to the airport, Fort Sam Houston, and downtown San Antonio. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend the spot.

Nice, clean house in a peaceful neighborhood with a responsive host. Being able to use the garage for overnight parking was appreciated, even though it doesn’t have a motor or remote, but needs to be opened/closed/locked by hand. Would stay again.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home the owner was very helpful and was available for anything I needed. The place was gorgeous and convenient  very closed to the airport. I would love to stay again in the near future. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Neighborhood quiet & the people were friendly. Is to access things. HEB was only a few minutes away along with places to eat. Park with walking & biking trails, dog park, children’s playground 7 minutes away.

Quiet and relaxing getaway. felt right at home. Richard was able to accommodate us earlier and left us some snacks and cold water at the time of our arrival. close to all of the attractions was a big plus ! thanks for hosting our family.

The home was beautiful and spacious. Beds could be a little bigger but other than that loved our stay.

Rosa was an excellent host! Description and instructions were spot on. Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and private and fairly new. I especially appreciated the ability to park my car in the garage and the neighborhood is gated.

We loved our stay here! It's located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. We felt very safe. There were families out walking in the evenings, so it had a great community feel. We walked to the the Riverwalk and to local restaurants from the condo. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Angela's place was exactly as described and made for a wonderful stay. The location was our favorite part—so many birds and deer that we ended up having breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The entire complex felt safe and really relaxing. Angela has been a fantastic host, extremely responsive with clear instructions. My family and I agreed that we would 100% stay here again when we come back to Canyon Lake. The only minor issues we noticed were that there could have been a bit more toilet paper stocked, and in the master bedroom, turning off the light switch also cuts power to the outlets. It wasn't a big deal; we just charged our phones in the living room while we slept. I wanted to bring it to your attention for future guests. Thanks again for a great stay! ☺️

If you’re looking for a place away from the hectic city, this is the place. We spent Thanksgiving with family close by and wanted something that was away from San Antonio. It was convenient and had plenty of great Italian restaurants near by. Definitely would recommend.

Traci is very kind and I am grateful for her assistance and responsiveness. My flight was delayed so I informed Traci in advance that I may be in late and she was helpful of making sure I had no issues entering when I did finally arrive. I came in and felt right at home. The temperature was perfect and the home was the perfect size and clean. The location of the home to all the destinations I had planned were all less than a twenty minute drive, including Lackland AFB. There was a thunderstorm during the day after my first night and lightning probably tripped the breaker so I didn't have lights in one of the rooms and one bathroom when returned from Day 1 of my son's BMT graduation; I was able to call Traci on the phone and have the lights back on within half an hour. Checkout was a breeze and would definitely stay again if I need to come back to San Antonio. Thank you!

This place was awesome! Stayed with my 2 daughters for a weekend away. we ended up with 3 complete mini-condos, which they thought was awesome! The rooms were in the basement, which was really novel, and meant there was no street noise at all, which was great! Very short walk to the Alamo, the Riverwalk, and the Rioley's attractions (literally 2 minutes). Parking available across the street! I recommend this place!
