Tyler's lake house is absolutely great, we felt at home and more! From the lakefront to the views of Wachussett Mountain and the fireplace with lots of wood! Our family had a dreamlike stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Alecia’s cabin! The place was exactly as we expected—cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our small family of four, including two kids. The check-in process was smooth, and Alecia provided clear directions, which were very helpful. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it a great retreat. We also appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for grocery shopping and local tips. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a quiet and cozy getaway!

The cabin is clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located for access to Mount Sunapee. Great hosts with clear communication and easy check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed our stay!

House was very clean for when we arrived. Plenty of space to store our things. Dan checked in with us when the storm came and made sure the drive way was plowed. Will definitely be back!

Lovely spot! Detailed information provided with perfect check-in instructions . Two big comfortable bedrooms. Lovely living room and bright sunny enclosed porch with comfortable sitting area. Well equipped kitchen abundantly stocked with delicious coffee! Sidewalk allows for short walk to Lake Sunapee. Beautiful surroundings. Hosts were very responsive.

If you are looking for an idyllic lake house experience, this is it! We could have spent our entire trip just sitting on the porches—upstairs, downstairs, one screened-in porch, and the lovely dock. We used the kayaks and the paddle boat multiple times. The house was perfect for us because we are a close family of three, but if you need privacy from other guests, this wouldn’t be the ideal house as one bedroom opens into the other. The beds are soft and comfortable as is the sofa. Paula and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely return to this house. It was difficult to leave the gorgeous leaves.

Phil’s place was a great choice for the weekend! Plenty of room for the amount of people we had. Beautiful property right on the water. Spacious living room to hang out in. Everything was clean and tidy. There are also restaurants and things to do nearby! Would recommend.

Todd was so great to work with. Extremely responsive and helpful! His place was so cute, very clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could ever need and very organized. We rented it to ski at Wachusetts and it was great location( only 15 mins away). We would rent again. Thank you!
