Beautiful view, clean condo with nice furniture and decor, walking distance to beautiful beach and pool, beach bar, great restaurant and a lunch restaurant/bar. The drivers Keshri suggests in the welcome package are great, especially the wonderful and amicable "Jeff-I" who took great care of us and could be at the condo in about 10 mins each time needed.

This property is wonderful. The resort staff is amazing, the room was perfect, and everything we wanted to do was only a taxi cab ride (or short walk) away. We will definitely look for Janee’s place again when we come back to St. Thomas!

We loved this condo. Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and all the appliances you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very useful after a day at the beach . Everything was so close that we didn’t feel we needed a car (even tho you get a dedicated parking space). Shared taxis to the beaches are just 5 mins walk away. We appreciated use of the included beach chairs which were easy to carry on trips .

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

We loved staying at the Meritage Cottage and enjoyed the sunset views from the porch. It was a great base to explore St. John from. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was really helpful having Abby lead us to the house from the ferry!

The Condo is beautiful and well appointed and the setting was superb! We travelled to different beaches each day and then spent the later afternoons on Cowpet Bay which was a nice break from the crowds.

Great location on the East End. Amenities at the AIrbnb were well stocked and reminded us of the AirBnB of old. Doug and his team were responsive, the recommendations for activities were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would book with Doug and this location again without hesitating. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is disconnected from the others (it is down by the pool) which if staying with young ones is good to know. Additionally, it is a duplex which was not a problem at all but also helpful. The views are incredible, the amenities are plentiful and the location is ideal for an East End exploration.

Dee and Jason’s place was Absolutely Amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week to celebrate my birthday. We actually arrived a day before we were due to check in to their place because I did not want to travel on my actual birthday, so the first night we stayed in a hotel. We contacted the hosts who let us drop off our luggage early the next day after we checked out of the hotel. This allowed us to be able to go out and enjoy our day until it was ready for check in. The unit was available to check in two hours early. Upon arriving we were given a tour and the place was exactly as described. Clean, private, with beautiful views. We only saw the hosts when we needed something. A special thank you to Dee and her daughter. I was going out to dinner when the strap on my dress broke I messaged Dee for a safety pin and her and her daughter worked their magic and fixed my strap. Our stay was Amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. And a shout out to their taxi driver Mr. Joseph!!!!

Marvin's place was awesome! He was super responsive, always there if we had questions. I wish every Airbnb was like his. He helped us tons, and it really felt like home. He even left us fresh fruit and local goodies – such a nice touch! Definitely recommend it. The view was amazing every morning too. Thanks for everything!

Michael was so helpful in making sure we were able to find the location. He made himself easily available while also respecting our privacy. The location is serene…but you absolutely need a vehicle that doesn’t sit close to the ground. We would 100% stay there again!

Perfect location. Right on the beach with a quick walk to a few restaurants and bars. Beach itself is clean and has amazing views.

Wanted a place to take our family and extended family of friends on a vacation they would always remember. This absolutely was that and more. Kids were in awe and so were we. Things we did include going to honeymoon bay multiple x to enjoy the beach, eat and have a few adult beverages. Went to mainland to shop & explore. Ingrid made our stay so much the better w her amazing energy. The massages from her were best I've ever had. Kids had a drum circle night and that was amazing. Our hosts son took us out on his sail boat, super exciting afternoon. The creatures at 4 elements were a fun part of trip. Hermit crabs. Turtles, lizards and cool sounding frogs. My number one recommendation would be to make sure you rent a golf cart before arrival. The walking up hills was likely good for me but I didn't like it 😂. I believe they book up quick so rent golf cart before you arrive. The property is so amazingly beautiful so worth going. Hope we can make it back another year.

This place was awesome. Beautiful views of Cruz Bay and the surrounding islands (for some reason they don’t have any pics of the views in the posting, which they should update!). Very short 5 min drive to the grocery store and all the restaurants and bars downtown. Very short drive to all the incredible north shore beaches. Pool is pretty small but the views from the pool area were great.

Gorgeous views and great island feel nestled into the hill! Barb was super accommodating and helpful, definitely and 5 star stay!

We had the best time at Limeberry House! The house and views are absolutely stunning. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous with the pool, patios and dining areas. The house was very comfortable and had lovely touches like coffee and sugar ready to go, everything you need to cook a decent meal, and a beautiful grill. The bedrooms are like 3 little cottages and are gorgeous and comfortable- bedding, mattresses and pillows were all perfect. And our hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, anytime we texted with a question they got back to us within seconds. The location is perfect for going to two of the most amazing beaches, and lovely restaurants are a short drive away. This was the perfect place for our family to explore the island and take day trips to other BVI islands during our vacation. Couldn't imagine a better place to spend our spring break.

There's not much to add as a review of Nick's wonderful home that hasn't been said already. We just spent 10 days there for the third year in a row, and this is our third review. Because of the 4 king bed rooms (two on each side of the center living area), his place can certainly accommodate four couples with plenty of privacy (our trips have been just my wife and myself), each bedroom and a number of outdoor dining and relaxing spots all having world class views of the Carribean from about 200 feet above the sea. Being right above a nice beach provides a constant sound of waves hitting the beach that adds to the ambience of the villa. The villa is well equipped (we cooked every meal there), clean and comfortable. Has WiFi and TV's for those who need or want Internet access and entetainment. Nick (the owner) and Jon and Jude (the on island management team) are terrific people and very accommodating. We hope to be back again to our personal favorite vacation spot on the planet.

the view is just lovely! I recommend having a vehicle if staying here , as it is up a steep winding hill and it's not necessarilysafe to walk it. Has ac, kitchen amenities, coffee, a vending machine outside and a cute little pool. I enjoyed my stay very much!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Mango Terrace, and our host David. The accommodations were lovely and David was the best host - super communicative, friendly and helpful. The kitchen was so well appointed, including new small appliances. I highly recommend Mango Terrace for your stay in STJ. We’ll be back!

Nice quite get away with everything you need for a peaceful stay loved waking up and sitting on the balcony enjoying the great views ! Car is a must to get around everything is a bit away but worth the quiet location! Be prepared for tropical insects and lots of iguanas to look at while on the balcony lots of animals to see it was great!

I was hesitant to write this review because it is such a hidden gem, but I am willing to share. The accommodations were amazing. The property was easy to locate and private. The unit description was exact. There were no surprises. The outdoor shower was amazing. The host were accommodating and easy to deal with. Always provided quick responses with clear direction and kindness. I would recommend this place to everyone. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The villa at House of Open Arms was the perfect home base for our honeymoon. The views are breathtaking, the grounds and gardens pristine, and the villa was incredibly warm and inviting. We loved how quiet and peaceful the villa and Coral Bay were. Catherine went above and beyond to ensure our arrival to the island and drive to the villa was seamless. She is also a fantastic cook - our welcome dinner was 10/10! We couldn’t have asked for a better hostess or home for a week. I wish we could give Catherine more than 5 stars! Thank you everything, Catherine! We will be back!

A positive experience from start to end. When looking for a villa, this place checked all the boxes. All the reviews were 5s and I must agree. I give it 5 and want to Thank them for sharing their little piece of heaven. We'll be back.

The location of this condo is so perfect!!! You are literally steps away from a one stop beach that has rentals for jet skis/parasailing/a small marina to rent boats/kayaks really anything you need. They have food and drinks at the amazing beach side bar, plus coffee and ice cream at the beach buzz…I’m so happy I found this gem, the host was amazing my only regret is not staying longer!! Also if I could do the trip over I would rent a car(the prices for taxis haves increased since 2022 by nearly 2 times what the taxi commission says is the legal charge for 2022)..the only upside was we were on the safari route which I used and liked a lot(just need to add an extra hour buffer time in case it’s running slow like on cruise ship days).. If you just have a back pack then you can walk from airport to the safari bus stop(if you plan on just going to Red Hook/Coki Beach/Sapphire…I would avoid taxis at all cost on my next trip(they are overpriced and rude on this island)

The condo is super private and in a beautiful location. Walkable to Sapphire Beach. You'll have Pangea and Sea Salt restaurants also walkable and Beach Buzz coffee shop as well as the snack bar at Sapphire. All of this is walkable. The condo is big enough for 3 people max I'd say. Chris is a great host. Friendly and responsive.
