A great apartment! Everything was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures. The location can’t get any better. Within walking distance to the Buffalo Zoo and many great restaurants. A short drive to KeyBank Center and even HighMark Stadium in Orchard Park. If you want to experience Buffalo and be central to many activities, choose this rental.

This weekend was one for the books. Left cold snowy Ohio, to come to Niagara Falls in a snow storm! Kevin was a super host and made sure the sidewalk / stairs were clear & salted prior to arrival and during the stay! Appreciated all of the amenities - clean home - great location - easy to find - great recommendations for wineries & food! 10/10 would stay again!

Nice place that met our expectations. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. There had been considerable snowfall the week before, and there was not much effort to shovel sidewalks in the area, so not as walkable as we had hoped. Obviously that is not our host's fault.

Came to Buffalo to spend time with my friends for my birthday weekend. We were mostly in the Airbnb, it was very cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Ryan and Allysa were very responsive to all our requests. The location is very close to coffee places, shopping etc and super convenient. Felt safe in the neighborhood as well. The only slightly inconvenient thing was that the floors were a little creaky and we felt we might disturb the tenants downstairs with the noise but other than that we had an excellent stay.

This was an amazing location for anyone who wants to see the Naigara falls. It's super close and walkable to multiple restaurants and places. The House is perfect. The hosts are also very helpful and responsive. Would recommend the place 100%. Had a great time.

Mary's space was neat and clean and perfect for a weekend in town. The check in instructions were clear and the space was well taken care of.

Thankful for Maria’s place to stay while we visited Niagara Falls! We have a young baby and were looking for someplace that was a bit quieter than the main hotel strip and offered kitchen facilities. Maria’s place was perfect! The place was just as it looks in the photos and Maria was kind and communicative. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Felt right at home. We had a longer stay (3 weeks) so having all the things; laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher.. was perfect. The half circle driveway is great for not only getting out on the busier street but also loading and unloading the car. The beds were so comfy I slept so well. Having everything accessible on the first floor (except laundry) is great for mobility issues and giving second floor and basement space is great for family members to space out. Super happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sajjad and Jennifer for your hospitality!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Donna and Bob’s place. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The views were amazing. It was peaceful and cozy at the same time. My favorite part was the cleanliness throughout. I’m a neat freak and this certainly made me feel at home. The extra details and abundance of all the house necessities were greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you both for allowing us to enjoy your home for our visit to the falls.

Jesse was an amazing host, ended up having a delay in our job which made us have to stay in town for longer than expected. Couldn’t renew our current Airbnb and booked with Jesse super late notice, he was able to make the stay happen, couldn’t believe it. The house is super nice and clean. Multiple snow showers while we were in town, every day when we got back from work the driveway, walkway, stairs, and porch were shoveled and salted. Jesse really cares about his guests and it shows. Hands down the best host I’ve had in the years with Airbnb. 1000/5, if you need a place this is it.

We had a great few nights at the house. The unit was perfect for the 6 of us to have our own space and also spend time together eating and enjoying conversations. Too cold to enjoy the fire pit but it looked lovely nestled among the vines. Definitely worth booking again if you’re wanting to explore the Bench.

This is my second time staying at Charles's place, and it was just as amazing as the first time. I love the decor and the little comfortable spaces to relax. It is perfect for a calm place to unwind after a busy day of talking to people, but it would be equally amazing for a small family. Excited to see them again next year!

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and clean- loved the fireplace! Jon was an amazing host and great communicator. Gave great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again!

The whole process was smooth and easy. Nomaan was great to communicate with—his instructions were clear and straightforward, and he even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The place was clean, tidy, and beautifully set up with all the amenities we needed. There was more than enough space for our family, and our three-year-old especially enjoyed the games provided. We had no issues with the internet or setup, and the location was super convenient—just 5 to 10 minutes from everything you might need. Highly recommend!

I had to message Damian a few times, and he helped answer my questions. I had a tournament in the area, and the location was great for that.

This was a very nice place to stay. The condo was very clean, easy to access and had all amenities needed. Very close drive to Stanley Ave as well. Stefano was very accessible and responsive to all our inquiries.

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was exactly as described and perfect for our 3 day getaway. We are frequent travellers to Niagara. For our next adventure, I will definitely rebook, instead of staying at a hotel. All amenities provided were greatly appreciated and made our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. Having 2 bedrooms, each with their own onsuite bathroom is definitely a bonus! It's a very short drive to the falls which was perfect as well. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Jessica ☺️

Andrew showed us great kindness in allowing the five of us to stay in a four person listing. he welcomed us in the lobby and showed us around, making sure we knew we could contact him for anything we needed at all! The apartment was beautiful and well kept, and well stocked with anything we could possibly need, very easy to settle in and feel right at home. Andrew pulled out all the stops, putting out toiletries sets and treats on our pillows, even some soda in the fridge! We had an excellent time staying here and will definitely be coming back when we are in the area next! there wasn’t any demands from him, most listings have you doing crazy chores but he told us not to worry about it and just enjoy our stay! very kind! the price is totally worth it, well stocked and kept apartment with the softest beds we’ve ever slept on. it was heartwarming to see the art in the apartment, and the photo of andrew and his dad, it shows it’s not just a listing, but a home.
